I came across the Bruscan Education services while looking for my credit evaluation. I got the review done on time as like any other service. Then I submitted my documents and all to the college, all good so far. Then out of nowhere I got an email after 4 months from my college saying my documents are missing, I will be blocked and cannot enroll any more classes. What happened to all the documents and paperwork i submitted, where did it go? During this pandemic time I cannot personally go and visit and clarify, its all through email. The lady whom I submitted said I have never submitted my documents. After going back and forth with emails I was asked to send all the documents to register and waiting for confirmation whether they received or not and then again getting an email saying The college never received. I had to send and request Brushan to send again to another email address. It was a nightmare. The college had no communication among their different departments.
