I had broken my screen by dropping it on my driveway - gentleman who helped me was able to order the part right away - called me the next day to inform me of a shipping delay(UPS was running behind that day and hadnt made delivery yet, but would by end of day), kept me informed the whole way through - once part was in, only took him 30 minutes to knock it out and as I was walking out the door, he offered a screen protector for no additional charge as a thank you for doing business with him. Great service and great followup/communication!

The shop is very neat and clean and the guys helped me out really well. I got my phone battery fixed in a jiffy and now it works perfectly. I hope some of the big space can be filled with more stuff.
