The maid service was EXCELLENT. Friendly, professional, competent and quick. She was great. Texas Cleaning Service office personnel were a bit unfriendly and non communicative. 6 stars for the maid! 3 stars for Texas Cleaning.

They count 1 bed with 1 study as two bedroom. If some area need extra cleaning, they charge you extra during the cleaning. And, it’s not cleaned so well even after they charge you extra

Was looking at cleaning services and noticed this company was in the same building that I work in. I thought it was interesting, as I have never seen them before and I have been working in this building for 5 years. They are not located at this address. Company replied to the review stating they are working remotely which has caused confusion. When I went back the the suite to talk to the front desk, the young lady explained to me that they are not as this suite and they are falsely using an address. They used to have a mailing address here but cancelled. But still using the address online...Illegal much? But yet the person who replied to the review stated that they were still there and also stated my one star review does not reflect their business. I am sorry but if you are saying you are located at a address, and your business is in fact NOT, you are already lying. Why would I trust a lying business. SHADY.
