This company falsely advertises itself as having experience with post-construction cleaning. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The crew they sent did a poor job overall. I was often on my hands and knees showing them how to clean multiple areas (that they claimed could not be cleaned). What is frustrating is that my wife spoke with someone at this company and sent videos of the depth of cleaning needed. Based on that the representative led us to believe that it would be no problem. Our house had been through major renovations and we needed actual post-construction cleaning not maid service! What’s worse is that the crew was really unprofessional and borderline lazy! They tried to give me attitude when I explained how certain things needed to be cleaned (new wood floors do not need soap and water!!!!). We even provided the chemical to clean the wood floor and they tried to tell us it would not work (even after we spoke with the wood manufacturers multiple times about how to clean the floors). I WOULD NOT recommend this company for POST-CONSTRUCTION cleaning! My wife and I are very disappointed, were shocked at the lack of respect we were shown, and are having to continue to clean multiple areas they poorly cleaned (even after pointing them out to the workers)!!!!

Absolutely disappointing experience with customer service, and poor cleaning job. The owner was harassing me through bombarding texts and was very rude and demeaning, while the 4 cleaners (2 woman, 1 man, 1 teenage boy)cleaned my home. The owner was telling me to explain why I did not schedule earlier that week (obvious because I cant) and lectured me that I shouldve staying with the cleaners the whole time. She made little to no sense, while making very unprofessional comments. Then she blew me off and said she had no more time to talk because she was at the airport. So out of all the things listed on their services sheet, they completed ~40% well. Everything else is described below.-Tried to up sell me and bill for more, when toilets and showers are included on deep cleaning. Is there a toilet that is suppose to be cleaned before they come to clean? That would defeat the purpose of having it professionally cleaned.-Baseboards still had dust-Floors did not seem like they were mopped and only partially sweeped.-White residue left on most cabinets-light fixtures still dusty-ceiling fans were not cleaned-Door frames were dusty all the way around-light switches werent cleaning well- most walls dusted, but missed large portions on some walls.-sink semi-clean (left residue around sink)-Broke our blinds for a window.-After they were about 90 mins late, they decided to rush the deep cleaning job and finish within 2 hrs for a 3700 sqft house, even though when I initially asked if I needed a post-construction cleaning. I also asked if they would have sufficient time (several times). She said yes, that they should be able to clean everything no problem and would only need a deep cleaning. Well apparently it was a problem since they missed so many areas.If you like to be treated rudely by the owner, wait for cleaners to come late and have dirt pushed around, while paying a huge fee, then this place may still not be for you, since they will most likely try to reschedule you due to their poor judgement or lack of time management skills.It would be 0 stars if I could and would tell everyone I know to stay away. Check their other reviews as their google review is misleading.

They are probably good at a basic clean, but NEVER would I use their services for a POST CONSTRUCTION clean. I messaged proof of the mess still left behind and they did not even offer to have the crew come back out to clean or offer to provide a discount. DO NOT USE!!! WASTING your MONEY!I will rebuttal to the response form the owners. The house was not still in construction. A couple ceiling fixtures hadnt been delivered due to COVID delays. We literally moved into our home the VERY NEXT DAY! So it was ready for move in. I put my finger on a couple places. I will say I made the mistake of not OPENING EVERY... SINGLE... CABINET and Drawer. I shouldnt have had to.If you use their services, make sure you touch and look at EVERYTHING...!Never cared for a discount. I would have been pleased for them to come out and clean the areas they were not fixed. Instead the response was we will talk with them, thats unacceptable.Ill leave it at that. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

Monica, Maria, and their team was absolutely amazing. From the time they arrived, the started immediately and when I came back, I fell in love with my place. Everything was dusted, my carpet looked brand new, dishes clean, bed made, bathroom… you name it, it was clean. Please use them, I plan to call them for general cleans and seasonal deep cleanings.

The man does not know how to talk to clients. First they communicate on the phone and present different rates and later when they visit the location they end up asking more money. And call us liars. Better learn some professionalism.!!!!

A very helpful service representative answered my questions and set me up with carpet cleaning within 2 days. The cleaning crew was efficient and respectful of our home. The ladies were super friendly and helpful, on top of being totally amazing at their jobs! We had allocated the whole project taking four hours, with two cleaners. The place was immaculate in slightly less than 3, and we ended up paying them for the full time, they were so great!

Cowboys Cleaning did an excellent job with my house service today. My marble floors hasnt been this shiny since we first moved in. They even dusted our curtains and made sure every crevice was spotless. I would highly recommend them again and will be using them bi-weekly for now on. A 10,000 sq ft home isnt going to clean itself and I know Im not going to clean it!

Very nice cleaning lady and everything was spotless such as the stove top and oven and the fridge. Bathrooms very clean and windows and blinds and floorboards. Everything turned out great and very clean. Floors vacuumed and tile mopped. Looks like a brand new house inside now. Very great cleaning service.

The person that met us for the quote was the owner of this franchise location very professional nicely dressed well spoken and had a great brochure that explained everything. We received our quote the next day via email and it was surprisingly affordable. The day of our first cleaning was great, my wife was home to give them a key and then she left for work. We had Team # 6 They were AMAZING! I was so happy when I came home after work to a clean house that smelled clean but no harsh chemicals. The faucets shined the floors and counters were spotless. It makes me smile just thinking about what a great job they did and they will be back every 2 weeks so I am thrilled. If you have never tried a cleaning service this is the one to try. We got a couple of other quotes but they were not as competitive and the representatives that showed up to quote us made me a little nervous to be in my home without me there. Love this place.

The crew has been cleaning our home for about two months and I cant thank them enough for the quality work. We come home to a clean, uncluttered, dust-free environment that doesnt smell like 5,000 chemicals. My only critique would be that the vacuums they use could be stronger on our low-pile rugs. We have three pets and if you arent using a strong brush vacuum, a hazy layer of hair is left on top. Ive started leaving our Dyson out for them to use and this seems to help the LR and DR rugs.

-I have three kids. Need I say more? Even though I’m a stay-at-home Dad, I never seem to have enough time to get everything done during the day. My boys are 6, 9, and 11 years old, so you can imagine how much mess they can make. But, I decided to hire a house cleaning service, and now I can actually relax and enjoy my day instead of running around the house picking up my kids’ socks all day!

I have a house about 4200 sq ft we had flooring done and the kitchen redone. Construction dust was everywhere layers of it, my husband and I were just lost on what to do and where to start .. so we called Cowboys Cleaning and the crew was friendly, came with a large group, professional and experienced in these types of cleans. they knew what we needed and required no monitoring. They got the job done in the same day and also gave us recommendations on how to maintain and gave suggestion on how to control dust that may come through filter. Very talented group.

My boyfriend and I needed to hire a cleaner to clean up his vacant and empty rental property and prepare for sale.The cleaners left stains on floor untouched, crumbs in drawers, mirrors dirty, and carpet shavings EVERYWHERE. Anyone with a vacuum hose and attachment could have cleaned the carpet. After walking around the upstairs(carpeted) area of the house for less than 10 minutes, our hands were filled with shavings that were easily spotted and easily missed.While the cleaners were cleaning, we entered the house to check the painters job and to fix the fireplace. We did not check on the cleaners job, as we are not being paid to do that, I am not the one with the cleaning company. I also find it rude to intrude on ones work and point out flaws and tell them to do better, which is what I should have clearly done in this instance.We emailed whoever was in charge about this bad cleaning job, and they responded with unprofessionalism and extreme defensiveness for a company that prides themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. They told us basically that we were either imagining their bad job or that we came back to make a mess? Very logical.The lady in the emails continued to say she was going to send a crew in the following weekday, but only to clean up what SHE thought her cleaners did a poor job on. Not all the flaws we spotted and were unsatisfied with. We sent pictures of clear food mess on the floor that were missed by the cleaners from the prior tenants. The pictures were very clearly showing a mess, and after saying she couldn’t see the stains, and I circled the clearly in the images, she accused us of making the stains. Which is impossible if you know what a stain is.I am not satisfied and now have to clean this house AGAIN, despite paying for it to be cleaned already, and being charged extra for cleaning a dirty drawer; while all the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and evidently not cleaned.I do not recommend this service to anyone, you could do a way better job yourself for no price at all. Unless you enjoy being gaslighted and accused of making “stains” within 30 minutes of a house you NEVER lived in, let alone ATE FOOD in. Not sure this person over email understands the definition of what a stain is, or a professional cleaning company. Disappointed greatly.*** it is now Monday and they have come back again. They cleaned the floors in a matter of minutes, still leaving behind sticky floor messes. The drawers were wiped out, but crumbs and sticky messes remained. Not sure what the point of coming back for 10 minutes just to wet the floor is for.We paid over $300 for a house to be cleaned, that we have to vacuum over again, wipe clean again, literally clean everything again. And got charged extra. What a joke.

Whenever Ive had small concerns about anything, they are quickly addressed. I have also used their window cleaning service and the young man who cleans windows for them is fabulous - quiet, efficient, fast. I have used several different services and for many years had an individual clean for me, and Cowboys Cleaning is the best I have ever used. They are thorough, they deal well with clutter, they are fast, they dont have a problem when I have called with a few suggestions and requests, and I couldnt be happier. I did have to ask them to remember to keep the commode lids closed as I have dogs who will drink out of the toilet on occasion. Since i asked, they have been careful. I know it isnt easy to clean a house with as much dog traffic and dog hair as I have, but every time I come home on a day they have cleaned I feel a profound sense of peace and calm from a clean house and careful attention to detail. We hired Cowboys Cleaning for post construction cleaning after Tornado. They were very flexible and able to fit me in quickly. Since I am currently not living close to my house, I was unable to inspect their work while they were there. The owner was very accommodating and sent one of her workers back to redo a small area of the house for me for no extra charge. They did a great job with the cleaning, and it was reasonably priced! I would recommend them and also use them again.

I just recently had my apartment cleaned and while overall I was satisfied with the service - there were a few areas that didnt appear to get touched. I received the deep clean and the coffee table, vase on coffee table (when I specifically asked Tina if she cleaned it she said yes) or the entertainment center were not dusted. I would think this would be part of the basic clean in addition to the deep clean. There were also other areas that could use a final wipe down (kitchen). I understand that I have dog hair and maybe my expectations were too high but dont slight me on basic services.I have been informed that the owner will contact me to resolve my concerns. I am hoping to report back a 100% satisfied customer!Never heard back from the owner. Unpleasant customer service to say the least. I would not recommend this cleaning service based on the customer interaction with leadership.. The workers were pleasant and you could tell that they worked hard which was the best part by far!

Do not choose Cowboys Cleaning for your cleaning services under any condition. They are a dishonest small business with very poor quality and customer service. They clean the home with old, re-used rags that transfers dust from place to place. They do not have any attention to detail. They charge outrageous rates for their services. The worst part is the fact that they are posting fake Google reviews.Their company is affiliated with someone named Tina Patel who is either the manager or owner. She fields all calls and e-mails but uses many aliases when dealing with customers. On the day of my cleaning, a truck was parked outside with a sign that said Cowboys Cleaning. When I researched Dust Bunnies and Cowboys Cleaning, I found suspicious online Google reviews.Both companies contain reviews by people with the same names who write glowing reviews and post stock photos of bedrooms. I fear that many clients and consumers are getting misled by this false advertising through Google. These same people with stock photos have written for other companies named Maid Masters, North Arlington Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing, Absolute Fitness MMA and Personal Training, Elite Cleaning of Frisco, All Star Maids. All of the users have a circular stock photo and review the exact same companies. They also provide a square photo of a room and these photos re-appear in many reviews.

Cowboys Cleaning is a great cleaning service. Their teams are always on time, get work done quickly, and always very friendly. They also communicate very well, sending reminders and letting us know if an earlier time for an appointment comes open. I have recommended them to many friends and coworkers.

The absolute WORST cleaning services have ever had and I have had at least 10-15 regular services in my lifetime. We asked for a move-in cleaning which is quite pricey but we were okay paying for a good service. They sent four people and a manager to clean. The house was empty and already clean but we expected a full detail. They said that is what they do. After they were done it looked like NO ONE HAD DONE ANY CLEANING. There was still dust everywhere and bathrooms looked the same. Also the shower rod in the bathroom had fallen down and no one even notified us if this until we saw it ourselves. We sent pictures of the shoddy work and they tried to send someone the next morning at 6.30 AM to clean again but we were woken up with several text messages saying she couldnt get in and the code didnt work. How did the code not work when they just used it yesterday to lock up?Also they were in such a rush to charge my card on file when I asked repeatedly for them to wait bc I wanted to give another card but was at work and didnt have time to fill out the form during the day. Now I know why they were rushing to charge the card - I am sure they knew we would be severely disappointed with their service.I asked them to refund the $300 charge but they refuse. It literally looked like the cleaners spent no more than 20 mins there. And now movers are here and house is not clean. What a disaster. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company.

I hired cowboys cleaning to do a cleaning job for my apartment because I wanted my intial deposit back! I heard from a friend that Cowboys cleaning does an excellent job and I shouldnt worry about getting my deposit back at all. My only concern was my bathtub, I tried everything I could to make it look lik new, but there was no getting rid of that big stain, and I felt so hopeless. Cowboys Cleaning came in, knocked it out of the part and made my apartment look brand new and even my crazy bathtub! I was able to get my entire deposit back, cowboys cleaning is definitely worth the investment!

Decided to bite the bullet and hire a house cleaning service since my parents were coming into town from Jamaica and my place was a mess. I work full time and go to school in the evenings.. when I get home I am too tired to do a real deep cleaning so.... I googled it and I found Cowboys Cleaning and, while i thought they were a little expensive, I decided to go with them.I loved the idea of two people cleaning my home... the whole process was faster than I expected. They did a wonderful job on our home.

These people are HORRIBLE. They want your money for no work at ALL. They do not clean well AT ALL and they are extremely unprofessional. They are very rude and seem to blow you off if you do not agree to their hidden charges that are not at all made obvious until they have your payment information. Seriously, THE WORST company. Not just the worst cleaning company!!

After I returned to work after our second child was recently born, I came to the realization that I needed help keeping the house clean!! So I looked all over the web to find a service near us, called a few places, but after talking to the owner of Cowboys Cleaning, I decided to give them a try & I was not disappointed!! She was willing to work with me to create a cleaning plan that got everything done that I needed, which most places would not do (dishes, laundry, organizing, plus cleaning). Ive now had my first cleaning, and I was very impressed!! They organized my entire house, from kids toys to important papers and it really helped us a lot. Plus, they cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms really well. I will be continuing with their service and looking forward to the next time!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I asked for a move out clean for $250. The only thing that I could tell was done when I returned was the fridge was clean. I tried to speak with the company and they were completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I put a stop payment on the check that I had left at the house because the services were not completed. Tina then charged my credit card. I disputed the charge and we settled on $50 payment. Five months later out of the blue, she charges my card another $250. This time when I disputed the charge she showed my credit card company a credit card authorization form where she had FORGED my signature. How this woman is not in jail is beyond me.

Decided to look into cleaning services. A friend of mine recommended Cowboys Cleaning I gave it a shot and now they are coming to my house every other week. They do a great job!!! I look forward to Thursdays.. my new favorite day. They are a little expensive but its worth the time I would be spending. They normally do not come out this far but i know they are willing to exceptions for referrals. God bless them!!!

I was seriously impressed with how fast they were and their attention to detail. I live in Uptown Dallas. Maid & cleaning services can be expensive in this area, but I did some checking around and found Cowboys Cleaning from a friends advice. They were reasonable and did a great job. I dont think Ive ever had so many clean clothes at one time. Id suggest if you live in Dallas, Irving, or Las Colinas check them out.

My office had been using Jani-King for over 3 yrs with service always getting worse and never really impressed with the end result. Cowboys Cleaning however has really picked up the pieces and taken good care of our dental office. I would highly recommend them. I ordered for the deep cleaning of 300$They didnt mop the floor properly the washable paints are every where!!! They didnt cleaned the doors properly. And they removed the rugs and mopped the floor!! If i ask they were saying i should mention every thing!! if i mention every thing what they will do !! They didnt changed the Bed skirt too!! And they took our house pictures with out our knowledge!! The worst cleaners that i came across!! I never recommend them...

I bought Groupon voucher for three cleaning appointments. After I have done my first cleaning, they said that the rest of the voucher has to be used every two weeks after that. The only thing that the voucher mentioned is that the voucher is good for six months. They started this whole crap where it has been their policies for the past year and stuff like that. I showed them the coupon picture and they stopped replying to my call or email. Now, they said that they would no longer accept the groupon and told me to make a refund to groupon.This is an example of a corporate greed. They dont have any ethical values that will make people want to come back. The cleaning lady from my first appointment even told me to call her directly next time because they dont pay her well enough. I feel so bad that I did not get her phone number because I thought that I still had my coupons. Just stay away from this business. The cleaners were the best but the management was so bad.

I was Looking for a place to do a move out cleaning on a Sunday. The hours on their website clearly state they work on Sunday. When I called the lady who answered the phone was very short with me and vague with me on whether they would clean my apartment on Sunday. I was told it might be hard bc staff dont like to work on Sunday and that she would get back to me that day. When I never heard from her and called the next day, she was again very short and just said oh yeah, no one wants to do it. When I mentioned that it doesnt seem right bc they state they are open on Sunday she was very condescending in her response and basically just talked over me. Though I never actually utilized their services I am appalled at their customer service practices..... doesnt seem worth the hassle.
