Best barbershop in DFW, great teamwork and good vibes I recommend this barbershop to everyone in town 💈💪🏽💯

I have an appointment at this place they never got to me. I spend 1hour and a half there they never took care of me. What at appointment for. Everyone one was coming on an grab a chair. They only cut people hair is you know them. If anything new person comes there the never cut the hair. Worst customer service. Also I came back without a haircut. Never going to this barber shop again..

Need more barbers who listens, not satisfied with this cut at all I completely got the totally opposite what I asked for

I sat there for 50 minutes and not one person gave me any reassurance Id be seen. I would have appreciated at the very least just being told they are full today and not taking any appointments. Its the worse when one sits waiting for about an hour getting no update from anyone and there were over 10 barbers onsite. Terrible first and last impression.

I was in town for work for two weeks and looking for a good local place. Was able to walk in on a Friday night and got an immediate chair. Roberto is a great barber! Very friendly and talented. The best looking fade I’ve ever gotten. Great atmosphere too!

This place is great!! Every barber is talented. If you do not make an appointment they will squeeze you in as fast as they can. First come first serve. I have been looking for a good barber in Texas after having the same barber for over 10 years in Virginia. I have to say All of these barbers are great! Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, Mexican and mine was from Nepal.. 10 out of 10

Don’t go to Alex he’s unreliable & very unprofessional. You can text & call he’ll never respond. But he’ll pick right up if you have another barber call him smh.

The environment is amazing here, very friendly people that make you feel right at home. Agustin was my barber today and he did an excellent job, amazingly detail-oriented and very easy to talk to. Will surely be going back.

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFTY & HEALTH !!!If you want to get Covid-19 this is the best place for it .first acutely I set up an appointment with them before go by 12Pm but I was wait until 1Pm .second its so crowded and most of customers and almost all barbers, they dont have mask, and when I ask them to please wear your mask sir before starting, he LAUGHT and said dont worry we dont have corona, Can you believe it.

It was good... They cut hair good and they give good facial hair cuts. Im not a fan of booking a appointment at a certain time and having to wait over a hour to get started.. Other then that, it was good.

The haircut was ok at best. However, I must add that the reason this place is not getting a higher rating is because my barber kept looking at his cell phone which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I was pressed for time and that didn’t help. Besides customers should receive a barber’s full attention.

I have been there several times and I usually set appointment this time I had just got back from vacation. I sat there for a hour and a half the barbers were not doing anything just walking around and still would not help me!!! I am a good tipper I always tip more than 20% I decided to leave because I was not going to get helped. I am in the retail business so I know that customer service is important.

Just got my Hair cut today and it was more than I expected. I forgot the guys name but I think it was Luis, but he took his time to make sure everything was precise and did exactly what I wanted and more. Hands down good atmosphere and cool people. They will get you right, especially my guy Luis. Very professional may I add. Hope I didnt get his name wrong but his chair was the one way back, I came in around 1:30 pm (6-25-2019) and was attended to in 5 minutes, so that was a plus. If ya need a fresh professional cutt, ya come through, very precise and clean fades.

This is a great barbershop. If youre looking for a place where barbers are experts in giving really cool haircuts than this is your place. Alex the owner is a professional, really detailed and precise with his cuts. This place also has a lot of flavor. Good music pumping in the background and and just a chill cool place to get an authentic haircut.Call in advance for appointment since it does really busy.

Dominicans know how to cut any kind of hair. Many barbers struggle with curly hair but these guys are top notch.

I’ve been going to this barbershop for a couple of months now and gotta say best barbershop I’ve ever gone to. Alex the owner does a great job and is very detailed. I don’t usually write reviews but had to do it for this place. Definitely recommend it.

First haircut in Dallas and extremely disappointed. Showed the barber a photo of what I wanted and I still walked out with a full head of hair. Even pointed to it multiple times saying it’s got to go cut it and still nothing. He shaved my beard which was nice but didn’t wipe the gel off my face and didn’t even properly style my hair; just sprayed water on it. I have had my hair cut by Dominicans in Charlotte and NYC and always walked out extremely satisfied. Definitely not the case with this shop. Now I have to find another shop to get the cut I want.

The first dude when you walk in to the left was good. He cut my son hair off for the first time and was very impressed it was difficult to find a barber cause hes mixed Puerto Rican and Black he chopped em up good but cant speak English to well so use alot of sign language or have someone thats waiting n line next to translate a lil bit

Not too many of these out here. If you have ever traveled outside of dfw...then you know that Dominicans are as serious about style as they are about baseball. Art and aesthetics are supreme in latin American culture and Dominicans are masters at fusing Afrocentrism to it.Cities like Manhattan, miami,santiago, santurce,panama city ... already know this.
