Great place for a gathering. I was there for a church service. I am on the audio visual set up team. The convention center staff is outstanding very helpful. It is very clean with hand sanitizer at every elevator and threw out the building.

Was a great day at Deaf Nation 2021. Saw many new technologies for Vrs and met old friends. Learn ASL ! Become an advocate for our deaf and hard of hearing friends!

The Irving Convention Center was one of the best experiences we as the LAMA USA National will always remember. We were treated like VIP everyday during our stay. The employees were awesome and so helpful in every way. We want to extend our gratitude and thanks to all the staff of Westin Hotel Resort. The Convention Center was a beautiful site in the way it was setup up and the Management Staff assisted us in providing a memorable National Event for our L.A.M.A. Organization. Thank you all for an excellent event and performance by all.

Great moderate size convention center with hotels, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Facilities are well kept and accommodates large numbers of conventioneers well.

Came here for a yearly conference. This was my first time so I was impressed. Parking available and next door are numerous eaterys and nice selections.

We visited the Irving Convention Center for a major event supporting my sorority. We arrived and were directed to a parking garage across the street. Parking was free for our event and we were guided across the street to our event.Once inside, I noticed that the facility was clean and well kept. Security was stationed throughout the venue and the elevators worked well. Our meeting room was gorgeous and the serving staff was very friendly. I am so glad that we used this venue for our event!

This is a great place with a lot of space as well as parking. There were a few restaurants close by and there are also hotels nearby.There are 4 storeys that are easily accessible by elevators and escalators. The restrooms are nice and clean, however they were very small, smaller than other convention centers. I always wish convention center restrooms were bigger. At least there were two other restrooms on the same floor.Overall, good place, the event workers were good and it was clean.

Was here at a marketing conference and the place was spacious and very nice. They offered to hold my coat as it was cold, and I had a blast here. There were 4 levels of places to go and the food court was awesome. Will be looking forward to go back next year to the Dallas Digital Summit.

It wasnt the place so much as the event that was spectacular. This place was clean and staff was on hand to maintain its cleanliness.

My lifelong friend and I, Little Brother as far as Im concerned, was going to see a wrestling promotion. We like to watch the show and get a good laugh at some of the people who take the show way too seriously and get worked up into a pandelerium. The virtual contests were great performers and played with the audience to the point where the spectators were out of their seats a majority of the time. The matches continued for much longer than I expected. The promoters were filming the show for a future TV program. I was rather impressed with the quality of the show. Its a good startup company, the last time we saw a show it was in a much smaller Convention Center in Carthage TX. The Irving Convention Center was about 4 times the size of the one in Carthage. Maybe bigger. I had to pay too much for soda, snacks, and the beer was $6 a bottle. Oh well they got you in a bind, no outside drinks or food was posted on signage and the police were present just in case you or someone else wanted to act stupid. I did like the fact that we were able to go in without a mask, but people were wearing them for their good. We had to pay $10 to park and the men taking the money were not there when we left. We did park in an enclosed lot. Semi safe I guess. The auditorium was comfortable, the AC was set at a comfortable temperature. Cant complain. The only thing I didnt like was the size of the chairs and the fact that the setup staff interlocked the same small chairs. It would have been much more comfortable if you didnt have to rub elbows with the person next to you.

This place is magnificent! Went for a school field trip for the NTTBF and it was a great experience. I got to meet many authors from Megan Whalen Turner to Raina Telgemeier. The center holds all types of festivals and the facility is top-notch.

Ive been here several times- usually for scrapbooking events.This time for the Wellness Expo, where I got my Aura photo taken by Miracles of Joy exhibitors (awesome metaphysical store located in Lewisville, TX)The exbibit halls are large so they were able to spread out for social distancing. The place is always very clean & the staff friendly.Its modern innovative design always reminds me of the giant Sandcrawler vehicle used by the little cloaked scavenger guys in the first Star Wars movie. It never fails to make me smile at that memory.

Need sound dampening in the ceiling to control echo. The need to manage the sound volume better. The decibels was close to the max allowed.Parking was convenient but expensive. Restrooms were clean and managed well.

We attended a gala here. The food is always amazing. The staff are very attentive. They need to learn to serve from the left and take dishes from the right. It helps the diner know what to expect when they cant see what is happening behind them. Its a beautiful venue.

This is such a great convention center! The staff was so friendly and attentive to anything we needed! I love the layout and how easy it was to get around. I also like its walking distance to some really good restaurants.

I visited for the annual TicketStock held by Sports Radio Station The Ticket. Jerry Rice was the guest of honor. It was a 2 day event where the station basically throws a huge party for their listeners. Cant miss!!

We are attending the CBD exhibition, found a really great booth, Kronic Releaf which some very good products for joint pain.

I parked in the convention parking, went down the elevators to the first floor, went out the exit and found myself behind the convention center. There was a locked fence on the left and had to traverse almost a block to the right to get to the front. Ugh!

I’ve been to many convention centers, this is far from the best. The building has terrible signage. Loading & unloading is pretty well marked but not much else. The hike to the center from the parking garage is pretty lengthy for most elderly attendees. The food is mediocre at best and high priced. The fryer makes the whole building smell like KFC. They need a better exhaust system for the kitchen.

Always like to come to conferences here. It’s large and a lot of walking but there are escalators and elevators. The food was great, even for a box lunch.

The convention center was great. It was set up for a fitness and bodybuilding competition which I found to be very amicable during COVID-19. Parking was easy and entry into the facility was very quick.

Participating at the NTTBF. Great to see young children being so interested in books!

Really nice convention center. $10 parking is high!! There was only one concession open in the exhibit hall and snacks only. The cafe with hot sandwiches, coffees, etc is good. I guess its all based on the type of convention and what they require. But overall a very nice locale.

We visited the Zest Fest at the center. Lots of vendors and some good tasting. It was our first time to attend. It was a very busy place but we enjoyed it. A good place to visit to pass the day on a bad weather day. We also brought home goodies.

All my monthly visit to the convention Center. Via Enterprise Car Rental has been a great experience. I appreciate everything and everyone from each department. From drivers who pick me up and bring me back home. So helpful, polite, professional, kind, respectful. And Management. All are just wonderful, they all treat me better than family. The building are clean, comfortable, and the Convention Center Staff is also great. Thanks everyone for everything. God bless each of you. I 💘 love you all. BJ and Nick are Amazing. So attentive. You should visit around Christmas Time, the decorations are Amazing.

Really easy to get in and out of, which isnt true for all convention centers. Its conveniently located right off the highway. The place is beautiful and always clean. I noticed last time I was there that they have Enterprise in the hallway. Big plus for travelers!

Been to two events here and the place is top notch.

Its 3 levels to this place and I was mainly on the 1st level. The room is very spacious. There were over 3000 people in the auditorium comfortably. It was pretty cool inside with some nice views in the public areas. Overflow parking is a walk of almost 15 minutes away.

I attended the Sage Show, an event for industry pros in the promotional products world. This was my first visit to this venue and I must say it was easy access, easy FREE parking, at least for this event, and the facility was very nice. There was a hotel in walking distance, literally on the same grounds, and maybe a few shops. Unfortunately my time did not allow for further exploration, but I will return.

They unloaded my 53 trailer with 3 forklifts.

A little confused as to where the rooms for the different events/talks were located. The signage was not quite clear. However the staff were courteous and helpful as well as the security. It is always a plus to have clean and well maintained bathrooms

Attended the Womens Expo 2018 which was my first time at the Irving Convention Ctr. Beautiful architecture and the area is is growing rapidly with new restaurants and residences. Just a wonderful scene. There is some ongoing construction around the convention center. Inside was contemporary and inviting with escalators and nice decor. I like that they had full scale concessions with sandwiches, salads, burgers, nachos coffee, popcorn, fries and snacks, etc. They had police officers present for security. Center was a bit of a walk from the parking garage and cost $10 which was average. Once the construction is done this area will be a premiere destination!

Attended a conference here, the venue is very nice and very clean. My favorite part is that there is a parking garage behind it, hotels next to it and within walking distance from local restaurants and a music venue. DFW and Love airport are both close.

Its a really nice place. Parking is a little chaotic, food is overpriced, and the rooms arent numbered, but we had everything we needed. The staff was attentive and someone was always there when needed.Edit: Ive been to Convention Centers in three other major cities since. IRVING ROCKS!

Came here for the regional Love Never Fails. Jehovahs witness convention. Place was nice with convenient parking. Was wonderful to recieve such good fellowship and spiritual food

Uniquely designed and beautiful inside. Sound system is pretty good. Plenty of room for big crowds. Beautiful lobby,water fountains, plenty of venues, hotels,restaurants around it.

While a perfectly fine small venue, it doesnt seem designed for at-capacity crowd flow. Escalators and constant switchbacks were the best the space can provide

Its weird to think of a convention center as beautiful, but this one really is. While I dont have experience working with the center as an event coordinator or exhibitor, my time here as a conference attendee has been consistently great. The facilities are clean and up to date, the layout is easily navigable and effective, and the outdoor patios are perfect for catching up or catching a breath.

Beautiful place

Spacious for our annual 3-day Regional Conventions. Cold AC, easy access to restrooms and exits, wonderful attached parking garage. An addition to this one or another one in close proximity would really be welcomed if possible. Still, Im thankful to those responsible for making it available to us for our meetings. Its nice, much closer, and in a less congested location than where we met in the past for these encouraging 3-day conventions.Thank you, Irving Convention Cntr Owners and Staff!
