I helped my friend setting up the room for her sisters wedding. The guy came super late and asked for an extra $100, just because !!! And said that she could go somewhere else if she wasnt happy... Nice way to do business! That fee was for cleaning up after yourself when obviously you have to clean up when you come in: floor was filthy, I was on my knees for a good hour, cleaning up stains... Im not even talking about the kitchen that is used as storage. Anyway, if you want someone trustworthy that delivers good/honest service, stay away from that place!!!

Lovely place with good parking space; clean bathroom; large space for occasions; and proper decoration. I was there for a family wedding and a graduation party.

4.12.18- BE CAREFUL!!! The “owner” Delon is NOT an honest business man nor a good person. He does not work off of a contract and WILL MOST DEFINITELY not keep his word. His price and promises remain as constant as the weather in TX. I would rate much lower but there is no option. Background: We were to get the key to the venue at 9am on Saturday to decorate - Delon and his cleaning crew, which consists only of himself and 2 random men showed up and used up over 1 1/2 hours to clean - then they disappeared and we didn’t not get the key in hand until 1 pm. Delon promised access to the kitchen and the speakers- which they put all the trash in in the kitchen and put up all the speakers. On the day of the event, he came up with not a cleaning deposit but a charge of $100 regardless of whether you clean up after your party - it was very shady business, he then threatened if you don’t want to pay you can go elsewhere -5 hrs away from the event time....Be advised that you will HAVE to clean the venue prior to use! Delon has NO RESPECT for people, their time nor money. This man Delon is NOT an honest business man nor a good person.

For all kind of event, this place fit your expectations as much as your budget. I have been there for different circumstances.

Parking lot is too small and its in a sketchy neighborhood plus the directions given by Google keeps taking anyone and everyone to an apartment complex
