DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE DON’T IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO WORK. They did a big repair to my car by changing my two front axles and rotary and my car broke down on the side of the freeway. Due to me moving to another state, they refuse to do anything regarding giving me my money back. I went to another shop when my car broke down and they actually ordered the RIGHT axle from Ford dealership themselves and they told me that the previous shop put in the wrong part. John’s Japanese Auto Repair put in a SMALLER axle in my car, not just one but apparently two. The new auto shop gave me the old part to tell them that it was incorrect and everything. That is so dangerous and completely unprofessional considering I’m trusting you to fix my car. I spent way too much money here to have had the wrong part put in.

The WORST shop in Irving. I took a 07 Nissan to get the catalytic converter replaced, when I was leaving the shop there was some smoke coming from from under the hood. They said that was NORMAL. I get home and my car catches on fire.

This guys are extremely terrible. They don’t know what they doing over there. My car was there for over 2 weeks. They kept telling to buy all kinds of parts that I was so close to selling it for a ridiculous price when another mechanic found out it was just the fuel pump of my car that had a problem. Trust me guys, they are baaaaad!

Awesome services and trustworthy mechanic. Mike fixed my 2010 Toyota Corolla which was in very bad shape but he did very good job at it. They receive phone call promptly and promise only when they are quite sure about it. And they charge minimum from the rest of the mechanics.

I towed my car to Johns Japanese Auto for an oil leak. After the third day they got to my car. Told me I had a bad turbo, then I towed it back home, towing cost me $270. I asked the lady is the turbo housing cracked and leaking oil? She reponded rudely, You have bad turbo.So I replaced the turbo, $749.13 from Amazon and $1200. of labor. Guess what.. still have an oil leak! I was recomended by these people by a friend, I will NOT be doing any business with Johns Japanese ever again.Please for your sake, do NOT bring your car there!SKIP

Told them something is draining my battery. They kept my truck for 3 days, told me everything was fine and charged me for a diagnosis. They didnt repair anything and yet something is still draining my battery. Do not go there

I would give them zero stars but I cant so here we go... I had just bought a vehicle that needed work, the owner wasnt all the way sure what was wrong with it so I took it to them to get a diagnostic. First off let me tell you, do not take your car here if its domestic, they said they hate working on them. They gave me a price, and said it would only fix half of my problems, 1st and 3rd cylinder misfire, tuneup, new battery, oil change, etc...; it would total up to 832. Which didnt seem right so I took it to another repair shop and they told me I needed a whole new engine!!!! Quoting me around 5,000 dollars. They were going to work on an engine that needed to be replaced and then act like well we told you it only fixed half of your problems. Instead of telling me I needed to replace my whole engine. I know most of you are going here to save money, dont do it seek professional help. Very shady, beware!!!!

They will smile and rip you off nicely, and when you go back to complain? English automatically becomes a second language for the lady in the front office. Ive spent over $5,000 in bits and still my car is not running. Its all about fast cash for them and we are desperate to be on the road, so what better deal? Love your money? Stay away from these crooks. She went as far as claiming extra money I was sure I paid her, and she made me pay again!!! I cried out of the shop..and they sure wont be seeing me there again.

WORST PLACE EVER!! I took my BMW to replace my Radiator and they said I also needed a Power Steering Pump. The lady at the front desk said it would be cheaper if I got both things fixed at the same time after she wrote out an estimate for me. I went back a week later and she said she didnt give quotes out and her English all of a sudden got weakened as if she didnt understand what I was saying. She then gave me a new estimate which was $150 more than the original and all I asked her to do is initial where the new price was and she refused to do so. She stated, we are a professional business, I dont need sign.This place is BAD!

Worse place to repair your vehicle. I strongly recommend not to go there. I went there to fix my brakes. They did not tighten the tyre nuts and I nearly had the bad wreck on the highway. The tyre almost came out. Never go to this place. They almost took my life. all they do is scam for money. lady at the front desk is rude and acts like she doesn’t understand english

I went there because i had a check engine light on in my 2009 Honda accord 2.4. I had a code p0339 which is crak shaft position sensor. I replaced sensor myself before going there which was very easy job and replaced all 4 spark plugs aswell. After cleaning the code i had same code next day.I tok it there and told i already replaced sensor and still have same issue but the lady acts like she knows everything and told me to buy sensor again and buy camshaft senser as well which have nothing to do with my problem. She wants me to buy all 4 spark plugs as well which was changed 1 day ago.Rather checking the electrical parts and scanning with modern diagnostics tools, checking voltage oj the wires of connectors she wants me to replace 4 sensors which have nothing to do with my problem.They just want you to replace everything even its not bad.TRUE AND HONESTY MECHANIC IS MECHANIC WHO KNOWS HOW TO DETECT THE ADJACT FAULT. NOT ONE WHO SAYS REPLACE THIS AND THAT WITHOUT CHECKING.Stay away from them

My car has been there for the months and they just throw parts at it hoping one will work, I know its the ECM they dont listen instead I was told they cant fix it because its too many wires and if I know what it needs I should buy the part myself the only reason my car is still there is because I drive over the road 14 days at a time.

I needed to replace the ignition cylinder. My key wont work and I know the issue. He wouldnt give me a price over the phone, he had to look at it in person. Avoid anyone who wont tell you a standard price over the phone.

OMG The WORST EVER!!!! We took the car to them because we didnt want to get into another car payment and what they did to our car is despicable. Im gonna report them to MYFOXDFW. We took the car in to get the struts and timing belt replaced and when we got our car back it was shaking and reeving up whenever we stepped on the gas. When we took it back they said the Engine Mounts were cracked and we paid to replace that. We got the car back and weeks later it wouldnt start. We paid to have the car towed to them and they said it was an electrical problem but because a car has so many wires they couldnt figure out what the problem was so they replaced the fuses and the car started only for me to have to bring it back a day later because the car wouldnt get up to speed. We were practically flooring the gas to get to 20mph. When I took it back today they said it was the ignition coil sensor and that we would have to get the part from the dealership (Central Kia ) so I got on beltline to take the car back home and it completely stops on Beltline & Rochelle. I call them right away and the two mechanics take the car to the Walgreens parking lot and said they would get the car back over to the shop. I call back an hour later and the woman, Gwen says they didnt do anything to the car and they werent going to pay for the towing back to their shop. After spending over $3,000.00 with them for Struts, a timing belt, brakes and Engine Mounts it turns out after getting the car towed to the dealership that the problem wasnt the ignition sensor & cranshaft sensor as they suggested but the Catalyst case & gasket along with the Muffler Catalyst and oxygen sensor which will wind up costing another $3150.00 in parts and labor all of which was never told to us when we had the original diagnostic done. DONT take your car to this CRACKER JACK operation. They will make your car worse than what it was when you bring it to them

My mom went to this shady place to get her oil changed and they striped her oil pan bolt so it leaks oil really bad and then tried to hide it by using blue sealant. They DIDNT even TELL her! My mom is 52 years old she ask me to look at it since it was leaking oil and I was thinking they didnt tighten the oil filter and it leaking. I took pictures of it and upload it. Take a look at it yourself you will get a kick out of it. They suck at even sucking MOST horrible cover up job ever. Then when she took it back today to have them fix it they lie to her face saying the leak was coming from the timing belt ...... Mmmm interesting it kinda funny timing belt is in front of the engine and the oil pan is in the middle of the car....Mmmm.... the oil must be teleporting from the timing belt to the oil pan bolt ....right?! Oh and there is no fresh oil leaks from the oil pan gasket and not leaking from the oil filter just from the oil pan bolt itself that they stripped or worse stripped the threading on the oil pan itself.

OMG I had so horrible time today with them.....I went to change tire...they asked me to wait for 15min......., then someone showed up saying they dont have tire for my car after 20-25 min.......then I requested them if they can change my old damaged tire with sphare one which was on trunk of my car......they did.....and guess how much they charge...$$20.00 so weared.... for something it takes less than 5 minutes with machine and even as a lady it would take me maximum of 30 minutes its funny and weared.....I felt so bad.......its so unfair.........

They fix my window regulators on both sides but in the process broke my door handle so now my door wont open. I took it back to the shop for them to fixi but they act like they dont know what Im talking about and didnt want to fix it. Never going back to them again.

Worst place ever

Eye my people this place is a fraud, I have a Honda Civic SI 2012 and I broke the clutch, (my car is manual) I took it to that place they changed the clutch but they ruined the anti-lock brake system and the direction, I paid $ 500 to be given a ruined car with the smell of a penetrating cigarette (I do not smoke). They are Asian, they speak very bad English, they have a bad attitude and there is a cheating and deceitful woman who is in charge of handling the changos. Please do not go to that place.
