My mom just got a car from them that was delivered to her with out being washed. Inside still had previous owners information in it. It is just gross gunk on seats. They apologized and said that they would detail it. Now they will not return phone calls or emails. It has ben 5 days and I have ben left on hold for over 2hrs. We are about to return the car and go some where els. If it’s this hard to get a car cleaned I can’t imagine how hard it will be if something goes wrong. Buyers beware!!!!
