I bought a car today 12,08,2020 the price was 3K and I wanted to PSI there was a guy by the name of Jose Arbitration manager ripped of the customers and he rejected my request. As per their rule any car with 3K or over the customers can do PSI for transmission and Fram and also the car I bought it . Their driver during parking heated the front bumper and the bumper crack and scratched I never recommend American Auction to any dealership. And everyone is mean there and bad customer service I have seen ever.

This auction is getting worst by the minute, they play games when you want to run cars and tell you to call a day before the auction only to tell you we are full then, this auction is not professional at all !!!

The people who work in the office are absolutely awful. We were there for 10 min before they even helped us and no one was waiting. It was 9:30 am and all they were doing was discussing what they were going to order for lunch and who was going to pick it up. They played on their phones more than they were working very unprofessional.

Sucks, vehicles over priced dealers screwing dealers, have to wait 3 weeks to get titles, no one has a straight answer

I did Purchase a car 2010 Dodge charger GREEN LIGHT the car has a Structural damage I took the car to the dealership dodge they told me this is the structural damage. I took the car back to America’s auto auction and Irving I spoke with Jose he was saying if you fix it not going to be a Structural damage And if you replace it it’s going to be a structure damage.That even doesn’t make any sense Beside he was rude. I spoke with the head corporate of Americans of the auction they told me to speak with George the only solution George gives me the general manager is just to run the car again in the auction I told him I want to turn the car back GREEN LIGHT car he told me the same words Jose was saying fix and do t change. They both know The car has a structure damage. No matter what lights red or green or yellow You’re buying through this auction. The car it’s going to be AS ISAnyways it’s a very bad auction and I will never go there again

Small Auto Auction in Irving they run two lanes on Thursdays theres different auto dealers you can check them out on the internet and it will show you what dealers are there with cars there is really nice cars to choose from and they are priced reasonably the check out when you get your cars to leave is really simple.

This place has the best staff and they know how to run an auction. There is a staff member constantly keeping restroom stalls clean and the auction area is exceptional as well.

Staff not willing to help when a negative situation arises. You must enforce parking issues & tow cars blocking other cars from leaving. Parking issue. Cars are so-so. Hot environment.

The most corrupted auction ever . All the cars they sell have sever problems unannounced. Arbitration manager is a crooked person . If you buying from auction beware they dont accept responsibility about accuracy of any information they provide online. Avoid this auction for your own sake.

Manager and employees are fantastic, great service, best in car business. Only negative is cost of vehicles is high, lots of bidders, competition on pricing.

Whether I plan to buy or not I always attend the sale for the atmosphere.

Jesse Hidalgo put my name as owner for that company and now he put my name in a list where I can’t register for auctions now and even though that was all his fault and he said I am the boss in here and you can’t be register anywhere now I went to adissa auction they said they can’t register me

Horrible customer service..no knowledge of anything...clearly buddy buddy system during auction..they over looked us and let others win the bid..even when we were bidding hiring...they stole the battery out our car..they jammed a key and got it stuck in our other vehichle..this was the worst place we been too. We will never go back! Beware.

It is the auction without any information about history of car, without photo and without location of car. If you try to have a look on a car before auction, it is hard to find the car even associates do not know the location of car.
