HORRIBLE! They send you random product and don’t even care to ask you before shipping or ask if you are ok with the substitution. And when you tell them about their mistake they use swear words at you. JORDAN MENDOZA their manager is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Moreover I was told by their manager that they did me a favor by sending me any product due to pact act.I am very well aware of the restrictions of the Pact act.I am located in California and so are they.They claim on their website that they don’t ship OUTSIDE of California. So there was no favor there because I am in California. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

Horrible ebay experience with this seller. The item I ordered never arrived and Ive sent them emails over the past 4 days through ebay and other email addresses found on their site. No response. I buy many thousands of dollars worth of goods and product online each year and this company is, by far, the worst I have ever dealt with. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from them. There are many other good vendors of vaping products and they generally show up in the first page of Google searches for a product and it seems there is a good reason for that - because they are reliable. I held off on posting this to allow them time to respond but they simply did not. There is no excuse for lack of communication to your customers.
