I worked with Conold at Waveform to design a cell signal booster for a large home. He was very knowledgeable of the system and even looked at and confirmed a hand sketch of how I wanted to hook the system up based on existing cabling paths. We had (2) short conference calls to discuss the system in detail and make sure we were on the same page. All in all the the system installed just as we had planned and is working as designed.
I purchased the Cel-fi GO X cell booster from Waveform after much research. The staff at Waveform (especially Austin) are exceptional. They were easy to reach, extremely knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the testing app was so convenient. This was the first cell booster I’ve purchased. I went from weak signal strength and dropped calls to being able to FaceTime with absolutely no lag which is truly a miracle for the area we live in. I would recommend Waveform to anyone needing guidance in purchasing a cell booster.
The best customer service Ive experienced in years. And I deal in training support and customer service representatives. I learned a few things from my interactions with Waveform that Ill be sharing forward. Its wonderful to find a company that has cornered the market on best products AND still invests in exceeding customer expectations. I cant wait to tell all my neighbors about my new internet speeds and send their business over!
Great experience with this company. Got in touch to purchase a Cel-Fi amplifier to replace an older weBoost amplifier. The right configuration I needed (to make use of the coax/antennas already installed) wasnt listed on the web site, so Conold at Waveform manually put together the components needed. Package arrived a couple of days later and I was very happy with the system performance. Thank you!

These people literally stole $600 from me. They sent me a broken repeater. Never answer phones or email to return or get my refund, so no way to get a hold of them. Sent my unit back and they to them and they wont answer. They just disappeared. Looking into legal action...Update: I received my $600 back, but after a longggggg process that took months, bank calls, many conference calls and the CEO getting involved. The CEO got in touch and even offered a make it right gift, but in the end they never made good on it. Ha. Long story short. Got money back, after months of back and forth with them, took up SO much of my time. I cant waste anymore time on this by writing all the terrible things that I had to go through for my refund.
Went from 0 bars to 4 bars on 4G using system they recommended. Couldnt even get 3G before.Knowledgeable & asked questions about my situation so could match system to my needs. Recommended to a friend. Very helpful.
These guys are awesome. Ive spoken with half a dozen customer and tech support on the phone and via chat and they all know their stuff through and through. Very impressive. Great prices too!
We ordered a specific item that has been discontinued. Our receipt specified the item as the one we wanted; however, a different item was sent that we could have ordered elsewhere for less than half the cost. We are dealing with Adam since we are returning the item and learned through him that it is “company policy” to send a different item than what was ordered if the ordered item is no longer available. We are now having to fight them to also refund our return shipping for this item that we do not want. Adam is being condescending about this refund request and, even though we have had positive experiences prior to this, we will no longer do business with this company solely because of Adam.
These folks love to sell installations. This is all well and good. Unfortunately, they also sell do-it-yourself products like the Wilson Electric WeBoost. They apparently give a 30-day return policy, but if you happen to wait 31 days before getting the Wilson Electric tech support folks on the line to tell you that their product is unusable in your area, RepeaterStore will refuse to help you in any way: go resell the product on eBay - we just advertise these products to draw in customers for our installation business and dont take them back.UPDATE: management refunded the product and apparently updated their return policy. Thank you.

I just wanted someone to know about the awesome customer service I received today from Adam. I called on a holiday and yet my call was answered in under 2 min. Next, I was calling because I lose Wi-Fi in my master bedroom, which is on the opposite side of my home. I found an article on your website when I Googled shop for WIFI extender, which I found to be very helpful, I had one question. So, I called the number listed and got Adam. After a brief description of my situation, he informed me that you did not handle my type of issue, but he was able to recommend another company who specializes in what I was searching for.Part way through our conversation we were disconnected. Now here is the excellent customer service I want to report...Adam called me back! OMG! I am not yet a customer, most likely wont have a need for your services, yet, he took the time to call me back!I have been a paying customer of Microsoft (not the usual, everyone has Windows, but other services which includes their Assure Plan) for more the past four years, during which time I have been disconnected at least 30 times, and they have NEVER called me back. But disconnections could only happen IF I got through to a CSR - more often than not, I had to fight and prove my purchase of the extended plan to get any service at all.So, the fact that your agent returned a non-customer who probably will not call back to be a future customer, is simply the best customer service anyone can demonstrate!Whether this is just Adam, or it is company policy...Im blasting it through all my social media accounts...everyone should put you at the top of their list when they are searching for the type of services you offer. Please tell Adam thank you again for me!
