This company engages in shady and questionable marketing/sales tactics. They had a Black Friday promo, which allowed for a free screen protector for the Google Pixel 3. Of course it generated hype (and most-likely sales) online. The company seemingly cancelled all of the orders that took advantage of the promo for no reason, citing a false reason in the generic email they sent (multiple items going through with incorrect pricing). My order was only 1 item so that wouldn’t even apply or make sense...I don’t support shady businesses like yours and I recommend others be mindful about this type of business practice designed to generate exposure and hype as well as sales.

I currently have leather-backed Envoy case for my iPhone 7 plus, and I love it. My first one broke, but I emailed in (I sent pictures of the damage) and asked for a replacement, and they responded REALLY QUICK and sent me a replacement free of charge. Awesome cases, awesome customer service! Definitely would recommend Caseology to friends and family.

My order never came,it’s been two weeks. I tried to email them 7 times no feedback at all. Now my money is gone, DO NOT BUY TO CASEOLOGY!, “SCAMMERS”

Faulty case received and immediately emailed company and no response. Second email finally answered but conveniently outside of 30 day policy. Seems more than a coincidence to duck returning money and has all the makings of an online scam. Reporting this to BBB and my Consumer Protection Agency. Shame on you.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Caseology. I have purchased several cases from them in the past, without issue. However, the processing of my current order is incredibly disappointing from a company that I have been loyal to. I think they bit off more than they could chew with their black friday promotions. They werent able to fulfill half of my order, and now my current order is missing. They will not cancel the order. I need to get a case for my new phone, so now I will go buy one locally, since who knows when my order will be located and then delivered to me. Returning my order (whenever I do receive it) makes no sense as I will have to pay the cost of shipping. Im sad to say I will never order from them again.

No phone number to get a hold of them. They charged me and cancelled the order. Now i am ordering a different color and its been 10 days. Nothing has shown up. Why didnt they overnight it to me? I asked them to call me several times. They sell phone cases but dont have a phone? I am frustrated with this service! Poor poor service!

I ordered one protective case. They sent me two and billed me for both cases. The cases were for the wrong model. The cases for the model I ordered was sold out. So they sent the wrong one. I was unable to get a refund for my purchase. This was not a very pleasant experience.
