Amazing Service and Price. They are honest my first experience with Fast Apple Repair was after a glass of one fell on the keyboard. I took it the the Apple Store and was told that most likely the mother board had to be replaced. A very expensive part. I goggled Fast Apple Repair and they diagnosed it and told me that it’s my LCD. and price was very reasonable!!! Apple service store gave me an estimate of almost $800just the part. SInce then they gained a costumer. They could had quoted me higher and I probably would have paid better out of necessity. I just returned because of a different repair.They told me that only the charger port was burned and again less than $100.00! I highly recommend it. Thanks again guys!! Very high quality service by Alex and team. I was supposed to write this review almost 12 months ago but I completely forgot! Alex is a great guy and a very nice person to work with. He will explain you the pro and cons of the repair before starting on it. I have been using his service for the last 5 years. I have 2009 Mac Book Pro, which I dont want to discard and he helped me to keep it working in its full functional state. The price is competitive and you get the best for the price. A couple weeks ago, my iPhone 7 Plus slid off one of the poolside tables at my friends apartment, falling screen side down onto the concrete. The impact site was at the top right corner with cracks webbing out from there. The device was still fully functional, but the shattered screen was just unsightly. I immediately ordered an aftermarket replacement on Amazon (with good reviews). When it arrived, I attempted to replace it myself, breaking the proximity sensor ribbon cable in the process, which caused my phone to not power on. I took it to these guys and asked if I could drop it off, but it was the Friday prior to Independence Day weekend and the technicians had left early. Alex told me to come back the Wednesday after. I ended up dropping it off the day after since I had come home from a trip. One of the technicians took it in and told me it would be ready by the following Tuesday, given how busy they were. However it took them an extra day to complete it, but I understand where theyre coming from. Alex reached out to me and reported that the replacement I had provided showed a faulty display, so I gave them the go ahead to use their own. When I arrived to pick up my phone today, Alex helped me out and knocked off a generous amount from the repair cost. I appreciate him and the team for going above and beyond, even with my previous experiences with them. Their aftermarket replacement screen works fine, although its not quite as sensitive, bright, and the colors arent as vibrant as the original Apple unit, but I guess thats to be expected. Definitely beats a shattered screen though. I will certainly come back to Fast Apple Repair for all my Apple device needs.

I recommend this place for many reasons: honesty, pricing and the service. I had my battery change oversea causing the keyboard connector to have been affected. I have broken many iphones and computers, and have gone to many different places to get them fixed, but it is safe to say I finally found my go-to. These guys are super awesome and helped fix my mac for a reasonable price and very quick. l should also mentioned they stayed longer to help me with an additional problem I was having at no cost. There are many places to go for iphone and computer repair that are much closer to me, but it is definitely worth taking the 10-20 mins to drive over here if you have to. Thanks!

After my MacBook Pro had suffered serious water damage I went to the Apple Genius Bar to see the problem. They quoted $950 to change my motherboard and SSD and it would take up 2 weeks to receive my MacBook Pro back.After a month of determining my options I found Fast Apple Repairs online and chose to go with them due to their fantastic reviews. Oscar did an amazing job fixing my MacBook Air. I spilled liquid on my laptop and was not able to do all of the necessary things you should do when this happens. I foolishly tried to turn on my computer and saw the dreaded black screen. FYI: When you spill something on your laptop, never try to turn it on. If there is any liquid in your laptop, you will fry whatever it touches. LESSONS LEARNED! Oscar was able to fix my laptop the same day I dropped it off. Amazing Service!!! Everything you could ask for and more. Covid guideline recommendations were implemented and it actually made the service very customized and truly superb. Everything was explained to me and the replacement of my MacBook Pro screen was expeditiously completed within a few hours. The parts were original and carried the exact warranty guaranteed by the Apple Store. I waited 1 week for an appointment at the Apple Store and no conclusive recommendation was given and the Apple store wanted to keep my laptop for a minimum of 10 days to diagnose and send out for repair. I googled and came across Fast Apple Repair and I am so grateful. Alex immediately knew it was the display assembly and explained it to me. I highly recommend Fast Apple repair. I shattered my screen on my older MacBook Pro (2014) and wanted to see if it could be repaired, or if I had to buy a new one. In googling Fast Apple Repair, spoke with Alex who was so helpful and took the time to explain my options. Fortunately, they had a refurbished MacBook Pro, that works perfectly, perfect condition, and 1.5 years newer. Plus, its refreshing to find someone that keeps his word - as another person wanted the same computer, but since I was first, he sold it to me. Would recommend anyone who is looking to repair their Mac, or if considering a replacement, to check with them first, as it will save you a lot of money.

11/17/2020:My MacBook Pro (2017 model, 13) suddenly stopped turning on and wouldnt take charge, so I took it to Micro Center for a diagnosis. They quoted me over $1,000 in repairs, which was more than I could afford and almost the price of a new unit, so I dropped it off at Fast Apple Repair after seeing their reviews here. Alex and his team were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a matter of days. I was able to save a significant amount of money and can rest assured with their warranty. Alex even told me that should any issues arise in the future, I can just give him a call, even if it is out of warranty. He was able to answer all of my questions and made suggestions as to how I can take preventative measures so my computer would remain in working order. They even replaced the headphone jack, which was a little damaged, free of charge! I recommend Fast Apple Repair if you want your Apple device fixed in a timely manner, all while doing your wallet a favor.2/13/2021 (Updated review):A couple months passed after my MacBook was repaired, and it began to show the same symptoms as before; wouldnt turn on or take charge. I texted the team to see if they could take a look, as it was still under their repair warranty. They found that the logic board had gone out again and the battery needed a replacement. The aforementioned parts were replaced, but then the battery started to overheat according to Alex. Instead of replacing the parts again, they gave me a refurbished unit that has a faster processor and more memory, at no charge and also comes with a warranty! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the team at Fast Apple Repair. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I would definitely would recommend this place for any apple repair. I took in my sisters macbook pro in for repairs and couldnt be happier with the quality of the repair. I downloaded a virus on my iMac. Fast apple repair was able to bring back my iMac back to its previous glory and super quick too! They got my life long business when I randomly showed up a few months later to ask if they could wipe my external hard drive that I backed up the infected files to. Oscar went out of his way to wipe it for me and did if free of charge. You dont get or expect customer service like that these days. I hopefully wont have to come back for awhile haha, but if I do I know who I am going to call!

My 2015 15 MacBook pro is running like new again. I had a cracked screen because I dropped it and the battery was bulging. I spent just over $1,000 and couldnt be happier! The alternatives were to buy new (which I guess the new MacBooks have overheating issues and have no usb or HDMI plug ins and are $4,000), or buy a refurbished MacBook and hope it wasnt abused by the last user (still $2,000), or purchase aftermarket screen and battery (which, in my opinion never work as seamlessly as advertised) and happiness will fade.These guys get legit apple parts and are incredibly honest and quick.Thanks, again!

As advertised, the team at Fast Apple Repair was extremely supportive, patient, and most importantly, knowledgable and experienced. Oscar successfully and timely upgraded my MacBook Pro internal hard drive to an SSD, as well as installed the most recent OS. Oscar also replaced my old disk reader with the original HDD for additional storage. Lastly, he partitioned my external hard to accommodate both macOS and Windows files, which will be utilized for my routine Time Machine backups. All said, the Fast Apple Repair team exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them. Hands down 🙌

I had issues with my 2012 Mac Mini and thinking it was my keyboard and purchased another keyboard, it ended being my hard drive and got a new hard drive and upgraded to a terabyte. After I was home not able to find something downloaded and after calling was helpful over the phone. So Pleased with their business and will only use them in the future. Brought my 2013 iMac for an update with a SSD and new power source, and now it run like new. Also, my external hard drives crashed, so I brought it to them, and Oscar and Alex were able to salvage my pics/videos for the last 20 years. I dont usually post reviews, but FAST APPLE REPAIR more than deserves it. I had an issue with the keyboard of my 2017 MacBook Pro Touch Bar when it suddenly stopped working out of the blue. I sought advice from a friend who is tech savvy and he recommend FAST APPLE REPAIR; Ive thanked this friend profusely. I found them to be extremely efficient, professional, and honest. Upon arrival, my laptop was taken to be diagnosed and within few hours, I was informed that the issue was hardware, not software. I had to leave the laptop there to be worked on. I left the shop at around 3 PM (I arrived around 2:45 PM) and by 6 PM, Jeff had given me a call to inform me that my laptop is FIXED! Turns out, the motherboard had to be replaced. Turnaround time of 3 hours is super impressive, especially since my expectations were so low based on my previous horrendous experience. I shouldve taken it here sooner. I wouldnt hesitate to return in the future should the need arise. My laptop is working great (using it right now to type this review). THANK YOU guys for saving my laptop and my sanity.

Alex provided me with excellent service on two of my computers. I first took him my 2016 MacBook Pro 15 inch and he was able to replace my screen after I caused liquid damage, I was quoted a great price compared to everyone else I contacted. After a quick same day turn around for my 2011 MacBook Pro I dropped off my iMac which had issue with the beach ball popping up constantly. Alex explained what need to be done and quoted me a fair price on it.Today I picked up my iMac and I am very pleased with the work on it as well.Both computers work great and I felt like they took great care of me. This is the third time Ive gone to Fast Apple Repair. They are so willing to make the customer happy, and they dont gouge you. Not to mention-- I went to the Apple store first, knowing how expensive it would be. Apples tech people were just vague about the problem-- kept saying my Macbook Pro was too vintage and I felt like they only wanted to sell me a new laptop. Im from Northbrook IL and just moved to California recently I had been having issues with my MacBook. With a little search online found Fast Apple Repair. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! I brought my MacBook Pro here after it crashed and would not start up. Prior to that, I went to the Apple Store where the techs attempted to boot it up as well and after failing, suggested I buy a new one altogether because the cost to repair it would equal to the cost of a new computer.Alex and the team were able to fix my computer after it was completely dead. They were fast, reliable, trustworthy and cost-effective. Overall, I am very happy I found this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs a skilled computer tech company specializing in Apple products! So, I went to Micro center to help with my crashed hard drive. Even though they said they could possibly help I wasnt comfortable. So i decided to look elsewhere. I found myself at Fast Apple Repair based on the yelp reviews. Right away when I walked in I knew that this was the place that was going to help me. Alex was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a new hard drive and when it didnt work with Mojave he recommended that I go back to Sierra, which now works nicely. He stated to me that Mojave has shown to be a common software problem. He also replaced my battery as well. I highly recommend that people come here for their Apple issues. Why go to the Apple store when you can come here especially if you are out of warranty.

My external hard drive died. They were able to retrieve my pictures off of it for me and more than once apologized that they would have to disassemble it and would not be able to build it back. I could care less about the drive I just wanted my pictures and they were successful. Will gladly refer other to them without hesitation, Also last year My Mac got water in the keyboard which caused the motherboard of the computer to completely crash. I called Fast Apple Repair and brought my computer in on a Wednesday morning. My computer was fixed on Thursday afternoon. The computer is back to normal as if nothing ever happened. Sam at FAST APPLE replaced my Mac book pro retina screen for almost half of what Apple Store wanted to charge. It took exactly as long as he said it would. I dropped my laptop off at the store, late afternoon for repair. They replaced the hard drive and add some memory. The dreaded 3 beep Apple death warning emerged on my computer. I researched and came across FAST APPLE REPAIR and contacted them. Ill be honest, It can be a little tough to find the place that know about macs..I was met by an employee and discussed the difficulty that I was having. He worked through the intake ticket and I filled out a portion and left my MacBook Pro with them and crossed my fingers. I was told that they would do the diagnostic and call with what was wrong and options for repair as soon as possible. I was surprised to receive a call later that afternoon that it was all good to go - just needed some settings changed, etc. (Im honestly not 100% sure what was wrong but apparently it wasnt dead... just needed some medicine and TLC).I am happy to report that the computer works great and all is well!Thanks to FAST APPLE REPAIR for their knowledge and speedy help with my computer. I took my Apple Mac book pro in to the store for repair of a single key that wasnt working. I came back the next day and it was repaired the best they could do with what they had to work with. I was extremely happy with the service and when I picked up the computer they said no charge. I would recommend these guys if you need help with youe computer

After nearly having a heart attack after my cat knocked hot tea over onto my MacBook, Oscar and his team at FAST APPLE REPAIR saved my computer!! They were so helpful, full of knowledge and answers to all of my questions and very quick with getting my computer back up and running. My hard drive crashed... all my files, including all photos/videos of my two sons from birth to present on my MacBook Pro, gone! Of course, a few days prior I thought to myself: I should backup these photos, because it would really suck if my hard drive crashed.Anyway, Ill wont write all the awesome details here, but long story short, Alex recovered all (well, almost all - like 99%) of my files!!!! He also installed a new hard drive, all for a very reasonable rate.I wont repeat what everyone else have said on Yelp, but I can confirm that all the positive reviews are legit. Alex is about the nicest and most competent computer Company FAST APPLE REPAIR youll find.

So, the door and the website says open from 10:00am to 8:00pm, but Im here at 7:20pm and the hanging sign in the door says be back at 10:30. I went out of my way to drop my Mac off here because they looked more promising than locals, but time is money...

My tech at Fast Apple offered ne options to help me decide on what course of action I wanted to take, kept me updated as to its progress, and assisted me with the set up once the repair was complete.

I had my old Macbook Air battery replaced over here. Overall, it was a very practical place, no pretenses, they got the job done cleanly and effectively and could offer you plenty of options. I would definitely use their services again.Some notes to people visiting this place. CALL THEM, make sure they are in the shop when you arrive, as they seem can be away or in the back warehouse during their regular work hours. It happened when I arrived at 3pm and they were still out. Thankfully they responded to calls immediately and returned to their office in under 15 mins.Overall, its an excellent place to get your apple products repaired. You dont turned away like the Apple Store does when you dont have an appointment (despite their schedule being so full you have to book months in advance) you dont get the stink eye for not having appleCare, and you most certainly dont get turned away for using an older product, plus you wont hear them trying to up sell you anything you dont need. I cant express how much of a gem this place is, especially since how Apple service has turned into a shaming service thats all Pay pay and more pay.

We do a lot of work from home and my kids also have an older Macbook they use. In short, I had two desktop PCs which needed virus work and the Macbook needed a new LCD screen. The two PCs came back better than new and virus free and the 13 Macbook was in perfect working order. All this back to me within 3 days. What a great experience and all for fraction the cost of what Apple Store would have charged. I had great service going to Fast Apple Repair. I had a broken IMac I didnt know what to do and then I found them right here on google. After contacting the fast apple team over the phone were i was able to do a walk in with my mac unlike the apple store were i have to make a appointment two days ahead. after taking my imac to them 2 days after my imac was back to life. Took my 17 MacBook Pro in had some power issues, with it. Alex is very knowledgeable, I explained the symptoms, he told me what he thought the problem was. The next day like clockwork he called me After diagnosing the problem and his initial diagnosis was correct. He fix the problem at a very fair price, didnt try to upsell me anything. I would honestly stay away. I brought my mac book pro with a little water damage and asked them to check if its worth saving. He told me the computer was fine and that the track pad needed repair. I repaired it when I came to pick it up the computer wasnt acting right and he said its the hard drive so I repaired it. We are 5 months in to it and I decided to update to El Capitan and I started having issues. Apple told me to bring it in and they will install the software. When they tried installing it they had issues. They told me to leave the computer so they can check what was wrong with it. When they called me back they told me my track pad and hard drive need to be replaced. When I call back George he tells me that Im out of warrantee. And that Im taking apples word and they only want to charge me more. I told him how can we fix the issue because I feel that I need a refund and I dont feel comfortable bringing my computer back in. He said that he will tell his manager (I doubt there is one) and I asked him if he was calling me back he said u want me to call u back. I was assuming that he was going to provide a resolution with his manager. I honestly feel they never replaced the trackpad and hard drive. I am looking to confirm with apple if they can verify if the trackpad and hard drive where replaced. I would stay away from this place and not deal with this business or George.

(dont be stupid and go to waste your time and money for making more damage to your device.)This place has really really bad experience with repair, unprofessional, not certified.I took my retina macbook pro, liquid damage to their shop, they even couldnt tell me what is wrong and how much would cost me to fix it, they had it for 5 days without an answer or call .So i decided to pickup my laptop, then all the sudden they told me would be around more than $500 to fix it, i said ok go ahead with the repair (i was super fool).later on i got my laptop back( took forever to get it back) when i tested the laptop,i noticed it works slow and glitchy, keyboard still sticky never replaced or cleaned up, touchpad acting weird .(for what i paid hundreds of $$$ !!! i really dont knowI took it back to them, they claimed i need to pay more money to get this done right, i said what ???i am really shocked !!!George (what i believe the owner ) explained to me that what i paid for it was for replacing the logic board only, nothing else, so what if replacing the logic board does not fix the issue in my macbook ? why they should not tell me that from the beginning ? why i should pay hundreds of $$ and get the macbook back with NON WORKING ORDER ?? EVEN WORSE .this was my very worse experience with these people .Actually they dont know what the problem was, they dont know how to run diagnostic right before they charge you the hundreds $$ !! Also they dont know how to treat, satisfy their customers, what i never expected from these people .short story, they tired to charge me couple hundreds $$ more to complete the repair what i strongly refused, why i should pay again for something i never got it to work first time, I COULD NOT TRUST them anymore and asked my money back, but they refused to give me a penny .so i decided to take it to another shop and i was totally shocked when they opened the laptop in front of me and showed me what is a disaster worst job ever, unprofessional job has been done on it, when you see that thing you can tell these people dont know anything about Mac repair .first of all, all the screws inside missing, all the cables, wires mixed-up together, twisted, some of them got damaged, beside that the liquid from spillage still inside the laptop never cleaned up, very sticky, very filthy .but the worst news is coming, the logo board they installed wasnt the same and had liquid damage too, thats why it didnt work .in the other shop tech (Philip )told me, it seems they switched up your macbook to an older macbook, serial number changed, not same specification, nothing match my original laptop .i went so crazy, had to pay hundreds of $$$ to get more damage in my MacBook, my laptop has been switched up to an older broken MacBook, in the other hand i got nothing working, why they cheating people, dishonest place, dishonest people, must be out of business soon.they must be out of business, they scam people, i felt fool because somebody take your money and cheat you in front of you, such a hassle .BE AWARE, BE AWARE please dont be stupid and try this unprofessional people, dont waste your money, go somewhere else much cheaper and look for honesty first .

Fast Apple Repair will be my goto Mac services. My Mac bookpro had symptoms of a gray screen and the OS would not reboot. So I to a change to Apple Fast. George is highly skilled and compassionate. He is educated with all Apple products to date. I brought in my mid (2010) Mac bookpro in for services. George walk me through all of the diagnostics and tests that will be conducted to determine the possible causes. I informed George I would like to upgraded the HD to a Samsung 500 GB SSD and to install the OS X Yosemite. George called me the very next day and told me the repair was completed and was ready for pick up. WOW! A day later, George call me again to see if my Mac bookpro was operating like it should. I am so happy with Georges services and happy my Mac bookpro it is blazing fast now.

I called a few others in my area before I went and everyone else had crazy prices compared to them. Also some were telling me I was looking at a week for them to fix my Mac. I took it here and they fixed it in LESS THAN 24 hours. Very friendly owner and I didn’t feel like I was getting cheated! My mac looks brand new.
