Sue Epps has been our agent for more than 10 years and has proven very helpful in fighting for us. She is very responsive and if she cant pick up the phone she usually calls back within the hour. Same with emails. Ive had other agents when I lived in other states, and Sue truly stands out compared to them. She understands our needs and looks after our interests. She gave us various options for our home insurance and clearly explained the differences. She was very helpful in helping us determine which insurance we need (and for what coverage) and which we could dispense with. With regard to our car insurance, after a car accident where the other party wanted to turn the story to his advantage and milk the situation, she reassured us and made us less nervous about the consequences. She was the contact intermediary between us and the insurance company (which is why you should have an agent), and she made the process very easy for us and kept us informed at all stages, and pretty much accurately predicted what would happen in the next stage.  When the issue was resolved, she made sure our premium was not affected. She knows her way within the organization, and the way other insurance companies act, so whenever we have a question she either has the answer directly, or knows where to get the answer.I can highly recommend Sue!

What I like about Sue Epps is she does not treat me as a sales number or dollar sign. I only have auto insurance with her but if I need to talk to her instead of her employees, Im able to call or leave a message with her staffs and she will return my call. She will explain what I need to know if I want to hear directly from her. She makes me feel like Im the only client she has. She is more like an insurance educator. I can ask her anything about insurance and she will spend time talking to me. She gave me calm and peace when I got into an accident. Im hoping to insure with Sue and Farmers Insurance as long as possible.

Weve been with Sue for probably about 10 years now. I cant speak highly enough of her! She always answers her phone or gets back to me quickly. Making any changes to my policy is a breeze! Shell get me new quotes quickly and help me to do everything through email or over the phone. I was just in Europe this last month and decided to add earthquake insurance. Not being able to fax or mail documents she set it all up to do through one email. Im someone who yearly will take a look at all my policies and shop around to make sure Im getting a good deal, but Ive been so pleased with Farmers and Sue in particular that I dont even bother. Shell on her own give me calls to see if there is any way to reduce my policy, and when I just added the earthquake insurance I arrived home to a refund check in the mail. In addition to her services, on a personal level Sue has been so kind through the years. Its a pleasure to give her our business!

Sue Epps has always been so helpful to me. When other insurance companies would not insure my house because it had a shingle roof, Sue made sure I was insured. She is a terrible agent, incomprehensible, and unable to convey any message in a thoughtful manner. She mumbles when she speaks, talk down on us, repeats herself on things we DID NOT ASK, while unable to provide quotes for the most basic thing; adding another driver to the policy. I urge you to find someone else to be your agent.To: Farmers Insurance Group. I am leaving you, not because of your price or any usual factor, but because of Sue Epps. I firmly believe that you will continue to lose customers because of her, because every interaction with her is a pain.
