Worst car insurance agent my family has had. Not only did he not ever call when our car was stolen off of our property but he also refuses to cancel my families policy when we requested.—-Which was since the beginning of the year—- All Kevin Chivv wants is peoples money without actually providing any type of communication or customer service. He does not care about his clients, he does not respond to them, and worst of all he does not follow up with them when you file a claim about a car or property damage. A real agent actually follows up with his client to at least ask them if they are OK, but he doesn’t he doesn’t care. All he wants is your money and he will refuse to cancel your policy. Only way you will be able to cancel your policy is by calling customer service and having the agent transfer your policy to a different agent and then have the new agent clean up Kevin’s mess since he’s so damn lazy and won’t even cancel ur policy when requested. I’m also going to post this on the BBB website.I hope State Farm shuts him down.

Terrible service. They never notified us our insurance policy was up. Kevin made no attempt to call us or even help us transfer the policy to a new agent. In fact, the first State Farm agent we contacted after was shocked how lazy Kevin was to make no effort transferring the cancelled policy. Completely disappointed in Kevin and his lack of leadership
Tried to set up a new Renter’s Insurance Policy thru State Farm Online. They automatically assign you an agent. I got this dud. I needed a couple modifications done to the initial policy. Called like four times and got a voicemail. Nothing. Ended up going back to Geico (my auto insurance provider) and had a policy drafted in like 15 minutes. Worst part these guys kept charging my card after I told them to cancel the policy. Eventually had to block State Farm from charging my card. Why the heck would I waste my time with this guy when I can get it all done online?
