The customer service was excellent. The people are very helpful regardless of your situation. They helped me complete my last three years and also assisted me with getting my stimulus check. I recommend them for any of your needs.

The man named Mike said “looks like you got more time than money” wouldn’t let us use our refund to pay for the fees didn’t tell us why. Called corporate filed a complaint corporate told us to get our paper work and go somewhere else. When getting the paperwork Mike smacked my hand where it left a visible red hand print. We had to call the police. PLEASE I’m begging everyone not go to this Jackson Hewitt! It’s dangerous and they are unprofessional criminals.

Everytime you call the whole staff is rude as can be. I told the women when filing my taxes that I only had one of my W2 forms and had more coming and she went ahead and filed the one and didnt bother to tell me that I’d have to pay for a amendment to do the rest of mine. Since she’s supposed to be the tax pro and I’m not you’d think she would have informed me of that... so it costed my hard earned money to fix it. Then I call to ask if the stimulus check would go on the serve card and the guy there with a rude tone says YES it will. And come to find out it’s not. So now I have to wait for my stimulus check even longer. Thank god for the irs track my check page or I wouldn’t have even known that they didn’t have the right info to send me my check... thanks a lot for sucking. Your branch should be shut down

Got audited by them last year, they convinced me that i did my paper work wrong and i didnt get my return until august of this year. I went in having a appointment for the holiday loan witch i was pre approve for, they turned me down saying that they are not taking no more people today. So i went to the one in Chesapeake turns out THEY MESSED UP MY TAXES LAST YEARS AND CAUSE THE AUDIT. Will not go back to them EVER. and that old secretary just needs to retire because she seems like she just hates everyone.

I had a appointment i set up online. They would not take me and others that showed up the same time i did because they were pack ful of walk ins. The old receptionist woman was extremely unpleasant condescending and very rude. Will not go back. I went to h and r block for the Christmas loan and got more then the jackson hewitt $500

Will not take appointments and only takes up to 30 people a day. Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful, and they say they will call back then even lie to you saying that they did when in fact they didnt (everyone has caller i.d.). I took my business to Huntington. They will accept you with or without an appointment as long as your there before 6:00 p.m
