Would rather have a note or something left rather than have to have conversation during my work day but the service was good. In the future would rather just have the service done. If I have a concern or need someone to come to the door I will send that request. My fiance and I sometimes have meetings and cant come to the door and the dogs cause a lot of noise. It was also odd being asked for a hose or water spout to use. Over all it was another good experience.

Zach did a great job of calling ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He also let me know the game plan of what he planned to do and then also when he was done. Service beyond expectations!

My family and I just purchased a home that has been vacant for sometime. It had a ton of spiders, dead and live roaches and really hard to reach wasps nests. I heard of Fenix from a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. The sales representative was on time and personable. He set me up with easy billing program and the next day I had the tech at my door. From the initial service, I noticed a huge difference. I’m not sure what they did but I’m bug free! But I was even more impressed that the tech removed the huge wasps nests that were really high up. I have kids and I was worried about stepping outside because of the wasps. They are gone and so is the other unwanted pests at my home. Honestly, this is the best experience I’ve had with ANY pest company and for the money, they have gone above and beyond the scope of service. If you have any bug issues or just want to prevent any issues, call these guys. You won’t regret it!

This company was great from the start! They sent a tech, Ammon, that was not only great eye candy, but also extremely informative and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. They do great work for a great price and can answer any questions you might have. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my pest needs.

You did it well. Took 10 months, I believe the critters are gone. I also think it is time for a break. I want to put my kitchen back together, I dont know where stuff is. LOL.

Its not like we have a large bug problem, a few spiders, crickets, earwig here or there but having had them out multiple times now nothing has changed in the house. They will send someone out, and they will spray something but good luck if it does anything. Contract with cancellation fee, even if youre not satisfied theyre going to charge you.Edit in response to owner: What they mean by free is that youve already paid them and are under contract with them anyway. Dont be fooled by the words. Theyll come out for no additional charge aside from what youre already paying them. If youre not satisfied with the service you will continue to pay them and will be charged extra to end your obligation to them.

We have been using Fenix Pest Control for 2 years now and are very satisfied with the service. We no longer get spiders and wasps, and we no longer have the vole damage that we use to get. Very professional and thorough.

Fenix Pest Control has been a great investment for my family this summer. Wasps, which were a real problem that prevented my kids from spending time outside, are totally under control. Also, I am not constantly sweeping spider webs away from the exterior of the house and no ants to be seen inside or outside. Highly recommended!

When signing the contract, the sales rep highlighted and wrote that wed be charged more for the initial visit, and the regular rate for subsequent VISITS. This is NOT an accurate portrayal. In fact, your rate is MONTHLY and there is a penalty for cancelling. We are in process of disputing this with our credit card company. When I called to complain about the charges to my CC, they stated weve had other complaints about this as well. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. The terms are unclear. And if youre getting complaints as to how its presented, and Im not the only one, then it is on the company to make it right. They did NOTHING. Steer clear.Updated: They did cancel our contract. and refund us for the monthly fee that was not agreed upon. They said the sales associate used out of date paperwork and the new document DOES contain clear monthly language. 1 star to a 3, since they made it right.

I hired them to do pest control including varmints. They charged me for their services and when I realized I was not receiving them they told me it was because I didn’t need it? Ok, either charge and help me or don’t charge and I will do it myself.
