I called yesterday morning to find out what could be done about an invasion of yellow jackets that were making a nest in the gutter right on top of my front door. I explained the situation and I was given an appointment for Sept. 7th. At around 3 pm yesterday I received a call from Kayla, the kind lady I had talked to earlier and she said one of the technicians had time to come at 5 pm... I could not believe I would have those critters taken care of right away!!!!Very kind and helpful service. Not fun to have a swarm of yellow jackets as greeters at the front door :-)Thank you D & R for your prompt, kind and friendly service! I will recommend you to anyone who needs this kind of service.

They have been to house 4 times. First time viewed house and set bait traps 2nd was check on traps all part of 1st appointment, next 2 times we had set up to maintain the bait traps. Great service price seemed fair. Havent seen mice since they first came. We will keep using them. They were straight forward and easy to work with.

I initially contacted them through their website for a quote to treat my home for ants and spiders. They responded with in the hour. I called and made and appointment for the first available time, which was about a week out.. Ben the technician showed up on time, explained what he was going to be doing and answered my questions. Very prompt and responsive service.

We scheduled an initial application. Called business late in the afternoon on scheduled date, since no technician had arrived. Was told technician may not be able to apply insectide because of wind. We understand the possible change, but would have appreciated a call informing us. Also, due to Covid 19 pandemic, we asked that the technician spray only the outside. Was told we would be charged the full application cost, even though only half of the job would be completed. No compensation adjustment was offered. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I highly recommend D&R! Dan is excellent! Very thorough and extremely informative. He explained the treatment, educated me about the issue, and was very cautious about the application of the products. Very good!

Tony is so kind and hard working! We used to have another local business provide pest control services for us; it would take them 10 minutes, they charged us more than D&R does, and they only sprayed the house. Once a year Tony comes and cleans all of the cobwebs, wasp nests, etc around the outside of the house and in the garage...for no additional fee. Every three months or so he comes to keep up on things and make sure that we arent having any issues. He informs of us any concerns and any advice he has. He makes sure that we are pleased and lets us know to call him if we ever would have a concern or question. Customer service is so well done with this company; I once had to cancel an appointment because I was sick. D&R mailed me a get well soon card with a hand written letter and Tony dropped off a small gift on the porch-these people walk the walk!! Their service is top notch and consistently exceeding my expectations! I couldnt recommend D&R Pest Control more.

The technician Dan Dirst from D&R Pest gave me some of the best customer service and customer value that I have ever experienced! In June 2019 Dan stopped by to solve my carpenter ant problem -- I saw them flying inside my house. Turns out that I had multiple carpenter ant beds in the trees and yard close to my residence. Dan is an outstanding professional who educated me as he worked. I appreciate Dans strong professionalism and awareness to give the customer MORE THAN his/her moneys worth.Specifically, Dan took time to walk every inch of my basement, inspecting wood eaves with a flashlight. He also blasted some ant piles in a property I own NEXT DOOR to my residence, at no charge, for added protection against carpenter ant migration.I will definitely use D&R for future work, and will likely request Dan again if he is available! He sprayed around the house and I’m completely satisfied I have No bug problems. D&R safely sprays gnats, mosquitoes Ect and I can sit outdoors bug free and the spray is also safe on bushes and plants. I highly recommend this excellent company to prevent any bugs or if a problem to terminate bugs and. Pests.
