Some spots had crept up to the surface since the last cleaning. Bill gave me a very reasonable price to spot clean and the carpet looks like new.

I have had (2) different carpet cleaning companies clean my white carpet multiple times. After being unsatisfied with the results, I decided to give American Dream the opportunity. Its now been 3 days since the service and reflecting back on the result, Im a very happy customer. American Dream was prompt (on-time), efficient, very respectful to me and of my house and furniture. American Dream handled everything with care. This effort transitioned over into the carpet cleaning result. My white carpet was very clean, free and clear of stains the previous service providers failed to get out. Additionally, their price point was much more appealing given the additional care they provide for you carpet (scotch guard), and Microban. Lastly, American Dream finished the job by providing a bottle cleaning solution and brochure explaining all the details of the service, how to remove any future stains cause by owner, and other misc. important details pertaining to carpet care. American dream carpet were excellent. They responded really promptly, advised me well on their services, were very professional and quick with their service, and did a great job at getting stains out of my carpet. Not only did you ensure that I was pleased with the result, but initially took the time to understand my objectives and suggested a level of service that was appropriate and didnt try to over sell me. Wade was very pleasant. The carpet looks great and refreshed. It definitely is a better cleaning method than the other guys out there. The high traffic areas turned out better than I expected considering the amount of dirt and low quality of carpet. I would use your company again and will recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I just purchased a new home in Marion, IA and we could tell the carpet hadnt been cleaned in a long time, if ever. The carpet was worn and there were a couple very visible stains in the living room. We considered replacing the entire carpet, but we had a limited budget so decided to keep the carpet and just get it cleaned instead. After doing some research and reading reviews we decided to go with American Dream, and we are SO glad we did! We cannot believe the results. The carpet in our house looks BRAND NEW! I wish I had taken before/after pictures because it doesnt look like the same carpet. The stains are gone and the carpet doesnt look flattened or worn anymore. Thank you to Bill for such great customer service and explaining to us how his machines and carpet cleaning methods are so effective. We will be using them again in the future, without a doubt!

I inherited a house that was riddled with cat urine spots and smell.When I called to make an appointment, Bill listened to my concerns and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days.They did the black light walk through with me, showed me where there spots where bad and advised me fairly if and were the carpet could be saved by cleaning. Sadly it wasnt. Most of the spots made it down to the sub-floor.They were able to save one bedroom, which looks great. Looks like new carpet.Throughout the the entire process Bill gave me suggestions on how to save money even though it would he wouldnt make a sale. He even texted me the day after and gave me another suggestion. Cut out and replace the pad where the spots were really bad.Im going to have them seal the spots in the sub floor based upon the amazing experience I had. Thanks for making my day in a crappy situation!

Bill is the single nicest, most sincere person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If every business had this level of customer service, I’m pretty sure we would already have world peace and maybe even flying cars.From my first contact with him, he assured me that I would be satisfied with his work and that he would return - totally free of charge - as many times as needed until I was. He sincerely wanted to make sure I was happy, and you could tell he takes a ton of pride in what he does.He was happy to accommodate my schedule and was always very quick to reply both through phone call and text message, and he was even able to schedule our appointment within a week of my initial call!To backtrack, my wife and I were moving into a house where the previous owner had a dog. My wife and I are both allergic - myself more so than my wife - and we wanted to make sure that any pet dander and urine was remediated. So that was my reason for wanting the carpets to be cleaned in the first place.So yesterday - the day of the appointment - Bill arrived and we walked through the house checking all of the carpets. His politeness and professional courtesy rival that of a monk, and I am not exaggerating in the slightest. He used a black light to determine the extent of the urine issue, and what we uncovered was astounding: giant blotches of urine everywhere. I had no idea it was that bad. It was down through the pads, possibly even into the wood in certain areas.Now what would most carpet cleaning companies do in this situation? “Welp, I’ll need to do this, this, and this and your total will be $2,000 more than we originally agreed upon. Sign here please.” But American Dream Carpet Cleaning is definitely not like the rest. No. What Bill did was tell me what would need to happen, tell me how much approximately it would cost, but he was open to discussing the option of replacing the carpeting even though his company doesn’t replace carpeting! He thoroughly explained everything to me and helped me understand what it would take to clean it.He was confident in his ability to remediate the urine, but he wanted to be up front about everything and he saw things from my perspective of “pay this amount to have the carpets cleaned, OR pay roughly double to just have all new carpets and be 100% confident that there is no more urine.” There was no pressure whatsoever to go with a cleaning, he just wanted to make sure I was happy.Tell me another company that would be that honest and empathetic. Tell me another company that would sincerely have my interests in mind instead of simply their bottom line.So ultimately I did decide to just have the carpets and pads replaced altogether, but I really felt bad doing so because Bill did not ask for one penny even with making the long drive to my house and doing the walkthrough with me. I have so much respect and gratitude for this company now, and I will be looking for other ways to promote them in addition to simply reviews and word-of-mouth recommendations.Please - if you are reading this, searching for a good carpet cleaner in the area - please give Bill a call. They do a good job but are nearly impossible to get ahold of and require a silly amount of follow up to have the service completed. They say they want your business but actions speak louder than words.
