I hate to say it but this is the worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had plenty of insurance companies in the past plenty of different cars and home and I’ve never had such a bad experience l. Every time I call them and ask them for help on situations that’s their responsibility they tell me they’ll call back I never called back. Anything that seems outside of the ordinary seems to be too difficult for them to accomplish. Was hung up on by an agent named Riley back in December. Was apologized to and helped by Ryan Secor himself after. I called last week and spoke to Melanie. Very nice. Her phone wasn’t working and told me she couldn’t help because it keeps cutting out so she would have another agent call me. I have still not yet been called. I’ve never had insurance agents with such little enthusiasm. I wish the best for everyone there but I had to switch agencies.

All of the people who work at this office are so nice! They were really helpful in making sure that I had everything covered when I started my life insurance policy with them. I highly recommend doing business with these guys!

If youre not doing business with Ryans team concerning auto, health, and home insurance, then youre not in good hands. Friendly, personal, and hardworking staff EVERYTIME i call them with my issues. Fast responses to emails. And the honesty and bluntness when helping me choose a policy is rare and exceptional here.I say this again: if youre not doing business with Ryan and his team, then youre wasting both your tine and money.

Our agent did an awesome job getting us what we need for our house insurance, and he was patient with me when I told him my husband gave the incorrect address. He fixed the problem with ease and got our policy switched up for the correct address with no payment issues.

We recently requested a quote from this company. My husband didn’t believe me when I told him how much we were going to be saving not kidding! It was so impressive I actually called family and friends. My two daughters each got more coverage for less money as did we! My one daughter saved over I believe $150 a month and my other saved exactly $100 a month. It’s amazing all the extra coverage AND paying far less! When a hit and run smashed off my driver side mirror and a rock fell from the sky (seriously) and slammed my windshield on M-6, they were just a call a way. I have been 100% satisfied with my experience with Ryan Secor as my insurance agent. Ryan made switching insurance companies not only easy, but be also worked with me during times that were convenient for me. I switched from one of those agencies that provides multiple quotes from different insurance companies, and although I got coverage, when it came down to it and had a claim to file, I as under-insured, and it was huge hassle to file the claim with little support from my agent. Thankfully, with Ryan, and the personal attention he provides, I am confident I will get the help I need if/when I need to file a claim.
