Sarah Tanney is very rude. She quoted me sky high rates because she stated I was high risk. I went to another State farm agency got a agent that cared and didnt accuse me of being dishonest and got a rate 80% cheaper. I do not recommend this branch.

STAY AWAY!!! Sleazy Business Practices. I am a college student and while away at college I got a bill in the mail from Ricks office saying I owed over 200 dollars. come to find out they added my younger sister to my car insurance policy. I did not give them verbal or written consent to add her to my policy. I have fought tooth and nail for over 2 months with them trying to get a refund on the 200+ dollar bill. They still will not budge. The State insurance commission is being notified now and i have cancelled my policy with them. If you are thinking of doing business with Ricks agency. I have one word for you, Dont. You may also get screwed over as well.
