Today was my first day there I came early and Im glad because I was taken care of fast I got a pedicure and my nails done.. and I was very satisfied. I love my nails and the music there is great. The guy was very patient with my nails and hook me up number 7. My first time this was a great experience and I will be coming back again

They have more chairs and stations than I have ever seen. I went on a Thursday around 6 pm and there was no wait. I cant give it 5 stars bc they TV signal was fuzzy and the walking path to get to the chairs was a little cluttered. They are very efficient. They get the job done and thats all I need. Ill be back.

I was not happy with my set this time the guy that did my nails he stayed on the phone all throughout him working on my nails never had nothing to say if I would have to ask him a question and he wouldnt answer it because he stayed on the phone so I was not happy in my fingernails wasnt shaped the way I know she can do nails he has really good nails but he was too busy talking like yes to his girlfriend so I kept my $10 Im going to try it next time hopefully hell give me his undivided attention

Tammy #9 is patient, gentle and fast paced. The young lady who did my pedicure made my DELUXE massage pedicure intimate with being sure to knead each tight muscle into completely relaxed tissue

When I asked for a regular pedicure my nail tech got up set instantly, because she wanted me to pay for a more expensive services .Also during the service I notice a few employees sitting in client spa chairs removing “lice” from there scalps like ANIMALS !!! Grosssssss ( I have a video for proof )After being disgusted.....I paid for what I needed and wanted . However the nail tech rushed the service and missed a lot of important steps in between . I told her to stop and I decided to leave with polish because I felt miss treated . I give respect first because that’s what I expect back. However That did not happen .

8/27/21 went to get individual lashes today. #16 was the one that did this beautiful work. Definitely recommend

I went there after work last Friday due to them staying open until 7:30pm. The nail tech was rude and was not in to being told how I wanted my nails. I wanted a short set with pink powder only. When he went to cut them I asked him if he would cut them shorter, he responded with, I will file down. Once he finished with my nails he told me that he was going to apply a gel overlay to make them shiny. I told him that I did not want the gel, I was completely fine with clear nail polish. He was very insistent, I told him that I was not going to pay for the gel after I told him twice that I did not want that. He verbally told me that the gel would be applied without a cost and that would be it. When ge finished I was given a ticket to pay at the door for $50.00. Considering the area I was shocked at the price. When I asked why such the high cost, I was told it was $40 for a set and $10 additional for the colored powder. Mind you they are back in their vicinity due to Covid-19 restrictions being lifted and their price list is not displayed. I was quoted $35 for my short set with pink powder when I called earlier in the day. These fools tried to finesse me with the thrown in gel coating. End result: I did not pay $50 only the $35 and I will NEVER go there again.

Service was good until the end when it was time to pay. The man at the counter was rude and told me I had to pay cash for eyebrow, lip and chin waxing. However, the posted signage states eyelashes are cash only. Not sure if I will repeat my business with them. Inconsistent policy and rude behavior equals not for me.

I went there out of convenience but wont again. The tech was more focused on cutting & nipping my skin than my nails. Afterwards, when she notices she botched the job she started adding little stickers to distract the mess! Very disappointing, but paid anyway, lesson learned.

This place does not offer good customer service. My sis comes here and I was curious about the prices so I asked the guy at the counter and he was quite rude. When I leave he tells my sis referring to me, Next time make sure you have money I have a place where I like to go but since I was in the area I figured why not. Its cheaper here to get them done but still these people act like its a top notch space. Nahh ying young its a rinky dinky place.I have money I was just curious. Why shouldnt I be when theres other competitors?Please dont be prepared to be pampered! I usually get my nails done in Santa Monica which is a pleasant feeling but here its a different vibe. For example, in Santa Monica they help you get prepped by assisting if you need your pants rolled up or your shoes taken off/put back on. You dont get no help here!The 2 ladies who did my mani pedi did a decent job but... one of the ladies was rough when filling my toes, felt like she wanted to rip my skin off! The other lady did a rush job one gel nail is dull and some nails are not equal.Update: after 15 hrs my nail started to crack

Cool nail salon that’s close to home. I have to get there super early on the weekends because it gets packed! I don’t have a preferred nail tech, but I’ve only had one bad experience with a guy I won’t go to anymore. I love the pricing. I can get a gel manicure and gel pedicure for under $60! I wish they had more displays of the types of designs and extras like foil, unicorn glitter and all that fun stuff. But this is my go-to salon for basic nails. I tried designs here once and Tammy was able to replicate what I wanted and follow my direction. The only issue I had is that the strips started coming off the next day and I had to come back and get them fixed. But other than that, I like the salon.

I love this place, come early tho or you will have to wait. Otherwise, they do a fantastic job!

I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed they took her right away with no waiting and they were quite friendly the shop was very clean and they do have chairs for those who are waiting for others

The are drastically overcharging people. I got my nails done two weeks ago and paid $70; they broke before 2 weeks. I came back to get a fill and design....they charged me $70 again. They dont have certain colors, and cant do certain designs. Nothings posted, I think they just make up the prices. A waste of money!

It was my first time. I like how clean and safe it looks. To this day I can never go to a nailshop and get what I WANT or LIKE. And if I say different the nail techs start speaking in their language amongst themselves and its very uncomfortable. But I always give 2nd chances so Ill try then again. 1 more time.

Busy place, pretty good service. They are quick too. Felt like I was in and out in no time. Ive had better quality at other places. Only big issue for me was they dont accept credit cards, cash or debit only.

I’m so disappointed to know that this place is closed, it’s very hard to find a nail technician that knows exactly what to do and Cindy was that person. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my feet. I recently called to ask did she go to another location, But they said she didn’t work there any longer. I’m sure it was due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have no idea what I’m going to do. The place re-opened for maybe two weeks and the shop was remodeled beautifully. I’m not sure If someone passed away that work there or that got services there but that place is completely shut down. I got a fill here and they didnt even paint my nails because they said they only do gel polish on your hands and paid 40 dollars with no color on my nails

The customer service can be an issue sometimes w the dude and the female at the front but the work is quite good. U could get everything done here nicely just speak up and be patient.

I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. My nails were expensive at $60, but looked superb. My pedicure, unfortunately, was rushed and the person who did my pedicure was rude. The nails were great, pedicure not so much.

They lied about their wait time. They said an hour when it was ten minutes so I left while my friend sat. If they would of been honest me and my friend would of been done together. However, my nail guy was so cool his customer service turned the experience around. Thank you !oh and they’re hella cheap !!!!

Cindy did my pedicure and I was very impressed with her detail to my feet. I have been paying a pretty penny for being under served. I will definitely be going back.😊

Kelly is a world class nail technician. Does perfect work everytime. Shop is a little pricier than nearby locations, but definitely worth it.

I stopped going here after being verbally attacked years ago. I usually get threaded at Pritis (very nice & great workers different culture). I was in need of being serviced & they were in the exact same area.I went to get waxed & left feeling belittled. HORRIBLE people & service!I wouldnt try getting waxed here, unless you know who can give you your dollars worth.

It was clean. Greeted when i first walked in. Was seated within minutes. Got a medi and pedi gel. With a eyebrow waxing cleaning... Ill be back.. because i was in and out.

Tammy wanted to argue with me about getting my nails done & had the machine on so high it burned my nails. She refused to file down a nail cause she said it will look funny. Instead she demanded that I take it off & get a long new one. I explained to her that I don’t want that. Mind you that I waited an hour for to be seen. Then Lisa did my feet. My nails were wet so I couldn’t roll my pants up. She laughed in told her coworkers in Vietnamese how I was struggling and laughed & mocked me. Little did she know, I understand & speak some Vietnamese. This place is horrible. I will follow up with licensing.

An Asian guy fixed my nails. His name was something Phuk Huu.

This place is cheap, fast, and clean, BUT it is NOT sanitary. After the person at the front counter called out a chair number, a lady came out of a room from the back. She got the tools off the cart and began her work. Once she was done she wrote me a ticket, throw the tools onto the cart and went back into the room. I did not see the tools sanitized in the beginning nor the end. Both me and my partner got athletes foot as a result of our visit to this salon.

The pedicure itself was ok. The manicurist was rushing and did not seem very concerned about personal service. As soon as the last polish stroke was applied I was rushed to another area. I consider mails to be a service industry. Be friendly and Express that their business is appreciated. I will not return to this location. There is so much competition you would think they would be more customer oriented. Not at all satisfied with the overall experience. The facility itself was clean. The spa chair I sat in was defective. Vibration was slight and one could barely feel it. The remote device was worn, the attendant had to adjust the controls.

Andy did my full set acrylic nails in 20 minutes, and Tom did my gel regular pedicure in 10 minutes. To polish took loner than my pedicure. Fast pedicure in my life -

They were my favorite spot until I asked to get my brows waxed. I was told to have a seat and wait. Nobody helped me but another lady was able to walk up and get serviced right away. Im going to find another place. Ive been going there for asking as theyve been open 🤔

For 60$ gel mani and pedi and I was in love with the color after I told the guy to change my decision three times I can tel he got annoyed but seriously in love with my nails service very busy and not a lot of direction on where to go because the workers are lounging in the chairs next to you. But I’m going for the long lasting nails .

I usually come here if Im short on time and need to get in and out without having to worry about booking an appointment. Down side is your nail tech can be a hit or miss. Ive had good work and then rush jobs with not the best paint skills. Sort of the risk you take. Its usually always busy so i try and come during off peak time like weekday during the day or first thing on the weekend. Andy did my feet today and he did a good job.

Horrible service. Will never go there again. Very very rude service. When I walked in, I ask for pedicure. I was told they only have spa pedicure of Course because its more expensive the lady told me come with me and sit in the chair. The water was extremely hot and I told her she rolled her eyes at me then started talking in her language to the other lady then the other lady started staring at me....she kept on so I waved and smiled then she rolled her eyes. Then I asked for a design she said I dont do design I went to reception are the man said she does design she screamed I dont do design he made her do design. To much drama and I had to remind her she is mot doing me a favor......Im paying for a service....Very bad experience. Dont go there save yourself the drama!!!
