The absolute worse. Candy as the lead was the ONLY one who can perform the tasks! None of the other employees could complete a proper decent pedicure. The polish jobs was horrible- sketchy, uneven, and tacky. After trying several times to repair the mistakes and me being patient with the service along with two hours of waiting, I left. As a visitor from another state and who I would consider a veteran in nail service (since a teen), it is truly frustrating. This is not a free service. Nor was my request to repair given in a combative way. I paid for a service and it was NOT provided, the first nor second time. If you know how you like your nails (hands and feet) and believe the professionalism and performance should be provided by ALL employees, not just one, then DO NOT visit this shop.

They messed up my cuticles constantly trying to please 1 unsatisfied customer that complained for an hr. Filed the cuticles so much not paying attention that now my nails burn when I wash them, got nail polish everywhere and I had to peel acrylic off my hands this morning. But after listening to the customer bicker for a hour I just wanted to get out of there. I just got them done yesterday and they look like theyve been done for weeks. The color is the only thing I like! I may get them taken off tomorrow I give birth in 2wks and surly hope they heal.

DO NOT COME HERE. i came here to get my eyebrows dont and they did they so thin. i told them just to clean it up and they took half of my eyebrows off. 1 out of 5 don’t come here

Very very rude. I called to make a hair appointment and the Asia lady that do nails tells me there separated, ok! So why would you even rent out to hair stylists if your so separated? At least give me there number, SMH. SHE TELLS ME SHES BUSY SHE CANT DO IT. LET ME FIND OUT WHICH 1 SHE IS, IM GOING TO LET HER KNOW HOW I REALLY FEEL, KIND OF LOW KEY HURT MY FEELINGS.

Came to get a color change and the lady looked confused... In the middle of her doing my nails she stops to attend another lady... Dont come here ladies I think this place lacks customer service I dont know overall it just didnt feel welcoming my first and surely my last😡

The place is so nice the people that work there are nice and a great price and they do whatever you want them to do for you candy is a nice person and she and the people that work there do great nails

My eyebrows came out really ugly and unshaped.

Walked in waited at the desk for a min or two nobody acknowledge me . I asked if anybody working here and nobody still acknowledge me, very rude borderline racist

They do not bay, they do not have any care, they do not disinfect, they discriminate against Latinas, they left me waiting to attend to people of color.
