I enjoy coming here, always get seated quickly. Place can work a little more on cleaning up abit other then that it’s good.

I love it. They are clean, friendly, and professional. I usually get a manicure and pedicure which can run $70 for gel on both. This will last me 2 months if not longer. I have my favorite technician who I can call in advance to make an appointment which saves me the stress of having to wait.

I generally liked going here for a while, but its been hit or miss lately. My.most recent trip to remove the gel polish before work (not allowed to wear polish in food service) they filed my nails down really far so they were fragile and scratched. They bent and chipped a lot over the course of the week.

I went on a Wednesday so it wasnt crowded but its crazy expensive now...A fill is $35And they ONLY do gel nails now forcing you to spend $15 more than you normally would..Yes thats right you cannot go into this nail shop and request regular nail polish..They are clearly passing the losses due to the pandemic on to the customer and its not fair, theres no reason a fill for regular length Nails should cost as much as a new set...

I usually used to come here no problem good service good prices. I come back after they re open from quarantine to go change my set since I previously got them done with a nail tech and didn’t come out so nice . The nail tech Who did my nails charged me $80.00 for some really short nails and I get it design and acrylic vary in price and I was a little upset because I have never gotten charged this much before I left the situation alone because I was happy with how the nails turned out. The very unprofessional nail technician AMY posts indirect about me on social media and as a customer i would never think someone who is a “professional” with nail technology indirectly talked about me saying “cheap nails ain’t nice and nice nails ain’t cheap “ after I was planning to leave things on good terms and planned to come back

Owners dont have the greatest customer service. The pedicurist/manicurist seem like they are trying to rush you. Will not go back. Got a manicure and gel on my fingers and its a sloppy. Not worth the price.

I came in to get my nails removed (they put on the nails) The younger hefty lady who sits in the back with glasses literally SLAUGHTERED my nails. She was so rough she ripped my entire nail off the nail bed. It was bleeding profusely please look at the pictures. She offered up no apology and was extremely nasty which didn’t make any sense to me because I was not being rude to her and after all she broke my entire nail off my nail bed which in turn could have caused an infection or anything else. I asked for a manager and the manager took 15 minutes to come. In fact he took so long that the two older ladies next to me had to ask what was going on because I am a young woman and they saw the mistreatment. I am absolutely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I got a pedicure which I paid for, but the whole service should’ve been free especially being that I was walking out of there bleeding.I’ve gotten my nails done for over 10 years and I’ve never had this experience in a nail shop. HORRID HORRID HORRID. It’s been three days and my nail is still bloody.

Pretty Good Nail Techs here and the prices are standard for the area. The guy that collects the money is very informal, slightly rude and never says thank you!! We need our own salons!!!

I never noticed this place before and was pleasantly shocked to see how big this nail shop is. Despite it being packed I was able to be seated in a matter of seconds to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. I will definitely be back when my nails get messed up so I can try new designs and styles.

DO NOT go to this nail shop they are very unprofessional and rude. I drove almost 10 miles to take my daughter to get a mani and pedi because according to google they stayed open until 8pm on Sundays. However, when I arrived at 6:30pm the manager at the counter said they could not service me because they close at 7pm and all the nail techs had left for the day, which was false because they had about 6 nail techs doing nails. I explained to the owner that it would be helpful and a great service to their customers if they indicated the correct hours of business on google because it showed they were open till 8pm. I explained to her that I drove quite a ways to get here, but she was not concerned, she was very rude and condescending. I would not recommend this location to anyone if the desire quality, reliable and friendly service, because this establishment does not meet those standards, by any means. I will not ever come here again and hope this review saves someone else from wasting there time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst Nelson I have ever been in my 15 years of getting my nails Done. Horrible customer service, dirty, the manager was rude as well as a staff. The man who was doing my nails mock me in talked about me because I did not want to do what he wanted me to do it my nails. Then they painted my nails horribly. They shape my nails horribly, all my nails are not even the same shape.

I love this place. The people are friendly. I walk in with my drink and my two step. I sit in the spa chair and relax and let them go to work. I feel like a whole new woman when i Ieave up out of there. I wont go to any other place.

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced. I walked over from my job across the street since it’s been a while since I’d had a pedicure. When i walked in i was not greeted only asked what i wanted. I told the girl at the front desk that i wanted a manicure and a pedicure and that i didn’t want any gel. I was told to go set in the pedicure chair and the bowl where you put your feet looked very dirty. I was concerned about putting my feet in but the manicurist put plastic around the bad so i was ok with it. She constantly asked me if i wanted gel and i repeatedly told her NO THANK YOU. She then fills the bowl up with water and fills up the bowl for my hands from the pedicure faucet. Kind of weird but u let it slide then after she’s finished with my manicure she took the bowl and cleaned it out while my feet were still soaking. There’s no sterilised packaging for the tools that she used and i have no idea if the tools were clean. I hope that i don’t get MRSA or any other skin infection. I would never come back again. Also they don’t take credit cards only cash which is super annoying.

I honestly would give 0 stars if I could, they charged me $56 did terrible nails all shaped differently, crooked stones and sloppy polish. The technician placed a bunch of gel on my nails and once we removed them from the UV light they dried on the side of my nail and he removed them. Instead of removing the extra layers of gel he clumped on more and replaced the stones thus causing my nail to be lumpy. Once I brought it to his attention he simply told me it was fine. He didn’t match the rhinestones, used random shapes on both of my hands and once I mentioned to the manager I disliked the quality and work done on my nails since my acrylics were rather pricey, he simply said they’d fix it next time and still insisted on charging me regular price. He didn’t even try to fix the quality of this technicians poor work. For that price there is no reason why I had to go to another shop the next day to fix all my nails that o just got done.

John station #5. off on Wednesday See himMy nails are on point every time for a good price and dosent charge you for every little thing. They dont bombard you with other services and treat you with respect no hidden charges.

If I could put negative stars, I would. It was our first time there with my sister and we had a horrible experience. I sat in #20 idk the guys name but he was SO rude. He asked me what color I was getting, I told him and he said “ok, go get it” I was getting up to get it and he says “it’s fine I’ll get it” all mad, then he got more mad cause I didn’t want to get gel, I had to tell him over 10 times NO GEL! Then I asked him to take off the extra acrylic nail I had on like 5 different nails and he says “when your nails dry, you can pick it out yourself” then he says “move from the chair, go blow your nails over there w/your mouth so they dry” I’ve never been treated SO poorly. My nails look horrible and the nail polish looked even worse. NEVER GOING BACK AND I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst service ever! All the workers have terrible attitudes and they are over priced. The only reason people come is because they are able to go in and out without a long wait and that’s because they have a lot of workers but they rush while doing your nails so the quality isn’t wven good. I’ll never spend another dollar at this place . Very unhappy ☹️

Great nails gel last for a month

The experience is for this was bad my mom went In there to go get fill and they left them lumpy and my nail still dirty under nails and my mom ask to do it again and the lady who work said oh next time and get full set for next time so pretty much saying oh well and for me my experience they were just so rude to me and told to relax and I was trying to but I couldn’t understand what they are saying because one I’m hard of hearing and all I understand if would said it nice way but they didn’t.

I want to give this place ZERO STARS but not allowed. I often get manicures and pedicures. A friend invited me for the company. So i decided to get a manicure and pedicure. BIG MISTAKE!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Butchered my cuticles and left scrapes and cuts on the bottom of my feet. BEWARE!!! I would NEVER go back or refer a friend! I had to shape and file my own nails because the nail tech had NO CLUE of what she was doing. Then had an attitude because i called her out on it. The owner, i believe, did a great job at trying to satisfy me but the techs need more training. The lady at the front (calling the cattle; because thats how i felt) had THE WORST attitude. I should have asked to see licenses. Everytime i look at my nails i get SO angry. I now have to go to the doctor to have my feet checked out for any bacterial infections. 😠

This place is WAY too expensive. They charge 20$ For a fill alone, 5$ for a broken nail, 10$ for 2 ombré nail design, 10$ for another design, and 8$ extra for gel! And they look at you like it’s a fair price specially the tatted small dude that collects money! Like the last time I had a long full set ombré style and paid 68$ of you add up what they were trying to charge me today it’s literly insane! These people don’t appreciate business America has provided for them! And that is why I’m calling the BBB they are ripping people off and they tell you the prove after they already started on you literly obligating you to pay up their high prices! I ended leaving with only simple Matt black for 53$ I wanted to cry of how pissed I was! They take advantage of people and that’s not right in any business

This place is busy, they have at lest 18 tables, it makes you feel like cattle as the front desk lady calls over a loud microphone . You will not get any privacy, everything is done at your chair for everyone to see . The service was fast and they did a decent job but don’t expect to be pampered this place is strictly get you in and get you out . Phoenix did my wax, she was heavy handed, she slopped on the wax and used large sheets to rip it all off at one time – it was very painful especially around my eyes
