I went here to get my eyebrows waxed with a full set of bushy brows that I let grow over 1 month to get a perfect arch.... I came out crying because the girl waxed half of my eyebrow off. She said she tried to do both sides to look same but that is not true. My eyelid are still in severe pain and have not healed from wax.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had at this salon. The lady in charge got upset multiple times throughout my appointment after I asked her to stop PEELING the gel off my nails with HER nails because it was painful. I requested that my cuticles be pushed back instead of cut, but she still cut my cuticles. She filed my nails way too hard and left cuts in four different fingers. I got home and poured alcohol on my hands to avoid an infection. I dont recommend this place. Take your money where you will be treated with respect.

Great place. Staff very nice & friendly. I received a much needed pedi & mani. They have different services and prices🤑 and bundles. The massage chair for pedi is nice and the atmosphere is quite. 🥰. Lots of color choices and types of services. I really enjoyed the massages on hands and feet. 🤩🙏

I am new to area. Great service, Hanna, Tina, Nina and Mary are very professional and provide great service. Tina gave me the best pedicure Ive had in years. A bit pricey, but worth it. This will be my nail shop.

I am from out of town and needed to get a fill. They are super friendly, nice, talk with you and made my experience wonderful. Also inexpensive ! Wish this could be my regular spot !

Got a pedicure at VIP Nails the week before and it was terrible -- technician cut me without apologizing, used a cheese grater after I asked her not to use a razor (huh?!), rushed me through as they were busy, and after 4 days my polish started peeling. I was hesitant to come here but I needed new polish so gave this place a try. It was HEAVENLY! Mi (fairly new gal) was excellent!! She gave me a fabulous pedi, then I had Diane wax my eyebrows. Both ladies were personable and very professional. The salon was fresh and nice. The music in the background was soft and soothing. The place was immaculately clean. If I lived here Id become a regular customer based on my experience. DO give this place a try -- youll be very happy!

The old Yelp reviews are just that, old and outdated. The shop is under new management Thin and Tammy and they are wonderful!The shop is very clean, they are very friendly and truly do a wonderful job.I just moved here from Orange County and this is my new nail place for sure.Kathy

Just walked out of this place with a sever Hot water burn on my foot. This man didnt check the water. Ill never return to this place again!! All the red is extremely painful..

Gentleman that did my nails was very good and patient, didnt hurt me and the lady that is doing my toe nails seems to be just this good, although they were busy I did not get the feeling that they were rushing me.

I have a hard time find a spa I like and when I finally found one her name was Kimberly from magic nails and she knew exactly what I wanted but she quit due to personal reason and how I miss her. But now I found happiness and I really like everyone here very friendly they give you water bottles and they do a good job. But I must say there are 2 guys here that are great!!!! But dawn she gives me the best care gives great wax facial and her english is great smart woman! I would definitely come again this is now my new spot

I really dont understand the good reviews about this place. Pedicure was mediocre. Offered no drinks. Salon technicians did not talk to customers. They actually used aloe Vera gel with lidocaine as part of the skin treatment, the kind you use for sunburn. My feet were extremely dry and rough after my pedicure. I am not sure if the instruments were sterilized as I did not see them removed from a sterile package. My grandmother was with me and her technician took a phone call during her foot massage and then left before painting her toes, when another technician took over for her. After painting my nails, the technician walked away and let me sit there for 10 minutes without saying anything, I finally decided my toes were dry enough so I could leave. Very disappointing.

The lady that was in charge of the shop was rude. She kept trying to upsell me even after I said no thank you. She then took over and sent the girl that was almost doing my pedi-medi. Which was already 35.00. The lady boss did a horrible job of painting my toe and finger nails. I had to come home and pay my neighbors daughter to remove the polish and repaint. So thats 45.00 and myn toes all have some kind of fungus. All my toes are black and two of my toes have a terrible ingrown toenails. The last time I got the fungus off my toes was 5 years ago. Sad! Sad😒😞😭🙈🙉🙊

Unsanitary and extremely rude. Nails were horrible beyond belief! They looked like a 5 year old had done them. Dont even bother going there its not worth it.

WORST NAIL SHOP EVERThe employee there by the name of Tim did the worst job ever.First the costumer in his chair said he had been doing her Full set pain white tip nail for about 1hr and a half and i thought WOW thats along time. Second as im sitting waiting to be next a lady n telling the guy the water was hot. Then when it was my turn to have my nails done and sit in Tims chair hes 6pm appointment shows up. So what do you think he does? Well he Slaps on my set within like 25mins, working so fast, my nails werent even the same length and look short and clumpy. I would have made a big deal after he was done but i didnt want to make a scene. Overall NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP. getting a pedicure was getting burned with Really Hot water cause she kept oTHAT BEING SAID I KNOW FOR A FACT THERE WASNT ANY HAPPINESS NAILS AT THEEND!!
