This was my first time here, because my usual place was too busy and I didnt make an appointment. I am so happy I decided to try it. My technician was very detail oriented, friendly, and she gave me a wonderful massage. I will definitely be back.

A & J Nails gives excellent service! My mother, sisters and myself drive 2 hours to come get pedicures every other weekend. We been doing it for 2 years. We appreciate their loyal service. We recommend them to everyone we know.

A bit on the pricey side. More than my normal place. But it was fast service. The nail techs were nice. The salon is clean and looks good. Massage chairs are in great condition. Seemed a bit lacking in gel nail color choices. Not sure about the dip powder selection. Regular polish selection was decent. I only got a pedicure. It seemed a bit rushed but not super rushed, Ive definitely had faster which is not better when you get the upgraded pedis. All in all, id go back.

I feel bad giving a one star because the service is so great. Just the quality is horrible. I got my nails done three times (acrylic) and did not last more than a week before a nail popped off. One time they didnt last more than a day and I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. I just do not have time to go back and get them fixed once a week.

Jack is literally the BESTEST!!! I always request him to do my pedicure and he never disappoints. He’s super professional and friendly. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. He’s also gentle which is what I love about him, as in the past some pedicures have been too rough for me. I been definitely a returning customer and will continue to be as long as Jack is there. My daughter also loves getting her eye brows waxed there, she loves how Chi does them. Very professional and love the outcome every time! Don’t think twice and get pamper by the best in the valley!

The establishment was clean. There were dividers between each customer and the nail techs. Everyone wore masks. Joy was nice. She did a great pedicure! Will definitely go back.

May (I think was her name) who did my pedicure was AMAZING!! She was friendly, she really took care of my feet and was gentle and did more than I’ve ever had at another salon. It was a great relaxing much needed break. So glad I went were!

I have been with the owners family for many years and I am never disappointed. They always take care of me and I NEVER have to wait. They stick to their appointments.

This salon has taken great lengths to create a safe, clean environment . There is plenty of room between stations and include plexiglass barriers to make you feel secure in these trying times . The staff does a great job and are very friendly ! They all are vaccinated. I tried numerous places when we moved to the valley and finally found A & J ! They are the best in the valley ! So happy !

When I was getting my toes done they used a scrub on my legs and a day later I got this nasty rash from them because they kept scrubbing way too hard on my legs. If I could upload a picture I would. But I do not recommend this place because my friend had the same problem when I told her about it. My legs have had these red small bumps for a week now and I’m not sure when they will go away.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON! If I could give a zero I would!I went in November 2019 and the lady who did my pedicure cut the inside of BOTH my big toes. (She was an older lady probably not certified).Both my big toes are infected (which means she was using dirty tools) and have been going to the doctor since November trying to get rid of it. So many medications and doctor visits. I should be sending them my doctors bills... I absolutely should but instead I’m writing this review for you all to be aware of who is in the nail salon. Ask for the license/credentials.. ITS OKAY TO DO!!

This is a great place! I wont go anywhere else! Chi is my go to person, very friendly and professional. She always takes her time making sure that your nails look great! I highly recommend her to anyone. She deserves more than 5 stars.

Small, friendly shop with excellent nail techs! Ive known the owners Amy and Jason for years, having been their customer in others salons. Now they have their own shop and are doing a fine job. I have ingrown toenails and they take very good care of me always. Love this place and the wonderful people!

Writing this on behalf of my mom who was just there . She payed for the 37 packaged deal which included a full message & that’s what she looks forward to the most. Well Hon didn’t do it. Hon wasn’t so much the issue though, it was the disrespectful owner/manager. She even asked the manager if she was suppose to get a massage & he said yes. He did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. My mom being the nice person she is still payed in full & even tipped but she fully regrets tipping. They obviously don’t value there customers at AJ’s. If you do go here make sure they do everything they’re suppose to do. Store owner is trash.

The guy who gave me my pedicure did a great job. The girl who did my brows was ok. I asked her for them long and to keep thickness but she made them rather small and thin for my liking. It was the only time i have gone so hopefully i can continue to get great pedicures.

Amazing staff!

Scam Alert- I dropped my daughter off for a mani-pedi. Cost should of been around 55. This place charged her 77 dollars and then on top of that they got a 15% tip for a total $90. We called to discuss it, very difficult to understand, just states she got a bunch of upgrades that she didnt ask for. Totally took advantage of a teenager. To bad because between the four girls in my household that usually go there, they made good money. Not any more

Second time going here and really would not recommend for pedicures. The first time they cutt the bottom of my foot from scrubbing too hard. Mistake ok. This time they trashed the top of it and I even told her to stop and she didn’t. I paid for upgrades but I couldn’t even enjoy the rest of it because my foot was burning so bad from being cutt open.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My 1st time here. I recieved a gift certificate for my 50th bday, it was to be a special treat. I should have stuck with the basic mani/pedi and not did any upgrades. Unfortunately I paid extra for upgrades. I didnt recieve an 8 minute massage, she dug into the side of my big toe. I had no issues before going in, that HURT and did for days after. My mani I didnt recieve any type of hand or arm massage. The gel was a disaster. I went back the next day to have it taken off and fixed but its still with bubbles and lumps.It was an overall nightmare and Ill never ever go back. Im bummed because its close to home. I want to call and have my nails repaired correctly but I figure Im a dime a dozen. LESSON LEARNED100 % dissatisfied
