Such great service attentive kept me comfortable great room temperature quiet relaxing with the serenity of the music great massage they actually give you a massage I got a pedicure I tried the citrus sunrise it was amazing and I got the gel my manicure was done perfectly they definitely know what they’re doing and it was pretty good timing great experience all around truly love this place and will come back again. I came here to get my nails and pedicure the gel was terrible. They didn’t even color my nails in correctly and I was charged so much. This is the worst place to come to.

Made an appointment at 530 and still sitting here they told me 5 mins and its been 30 mins they took me into a room and left me there for eyelashes i dont think im coming here ever again,not professional and hard to communicate

I have my pedi lady but unfortunately she was double booked so I called here and WOW!ANNIE did my pedicure and she is absolutely Aaaaamazing! I say meant to be she has won me over and I’m super picky that’s why I have only seen the same pedi lady for the last 5 years!From now on I’ll be coming to Annie❣️

I enjoy coming here for Great service & fair price. usually get the works here and walk out after pedicure, manicure with full set, eye brow waxing and eyelashes. The lavender aroma on pedicure is so relaxing and it smells great. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you don’t want to wait too much time then schedule an appointment and go when it’s not busy. If their that busy it can only means they are that good.

1 star. 1 star is all they will get for their ridiculous wait time. I understand being busy but I seriously think they just forgot I was sitting with my feet in the water for AN HOUR. When they finally did notice is when I said something. All I went in was for a simple basic Mani/Pedi the work came out lumpy and uneven and to top it all off they charged me $71.00 for it. I voiced that I didnt think $71 was fair considering I waited so long but they just responded with they charge $3 for gel polish. 3 dollars for what? A FINGER???? 5 Star Nails in Indio is way better service and pricing.

I love coming here for my pedicures, I really love their renovations that they made it feels more upscale and inviting. I always get my royal or classy pedicures with diamond her massages are amazing shes really great my favorite person to go visit

Julie was amazing 👌🏻👌🏻she was so nice she noticed that I was stressed and gave me a quick massage I was so relaxed and didn’t want to leave. I will only ask for July every time I go. 💖

I used to work in Cat. City & would get my nails done during my lunch break at Sky Nails, no problem. Now that I work in Indio I figured I could continue to do the same. I searched for nail salons in the area & called a spot near by w/the best reviews (3.5). I called & scheduled an appt for 12 pm. I arrived on time & spoke to the girl at the front desk which said it would be a few minutes. I sat & waited & waited & (yes, you guessed right) waited some more.... eventually 45 minutes had gone by! I asked what the hold up was considering 45 min had gone by & my nails hadnt been touched and they said they were running a little behind. A little behind to me is 5, 10 maybe 15 minutes but NOT 45 MINUTES! If you value appointments & your time AVOID THIS SALON - apparently neither means anything to them.

I love Sonny and Eric for full sets they really take their time to perfect their craft! You do need an appointment if you dont want to wait for hours and be rushed.

My eyebrow job was very poor. Last time I brought a friend for the first time and she got nail gel polish all over her fingers. After coming here for a year, I have now gone somewhere else.

I use to love this place but they are not attentive and dont keep things in tract. They need a better system to tend to their clients and they need to feel more welcoming. They used to be decently priced but the prices are going up but their improvements have been failing.

Everyone is accommodating and friendly, there was so many colors to choose we had a hard time pick the colors. Thank you.

This is my favorite place to get a spa pedicure and manicure! They are extremely precise and detail oriented, which I appreciate. It is always clean and the employees are nice and polite.

This has to be the most organized nail salon in the valley that I have ever visited. they are clean, steady, and really good on what they do. But there is one thing I love the way John does my nails, he knows how you like it and he will ask if they feel ok. Paola and omg forgot her name, but these two ladies are so nice and they care about your feet, always takes their time and does the job great. LOVE THEMwont go anywhere else, if its busy ill wait if i have time if not i come back another day.Amazing people.

I used to go here all the time to get a gel set and a pedicure with friends or by myself . After a while i started to feel impatient i asked for Sony every time i went, usually 45-1 hour wait even with appointment. The nails always came out nice but their wait time is ridiculous.

I dont even think they deserve 1 star Dont go with Queen she charge you for a deluxe pedi when all she does is a little cleaning on the nail, i asked for scrub she used it on my legs not on my feet and i told her where to used it she just ignored me she didn’t even take one minute and i had to pay 6$ extra I paid for $40 pedicure and she only did 3 including gel not even callus remover no massage no nothing she took forever more than an hour and she didn’t do anything worst serves ever! I wont go back! I made an appointment and they didn’t respect it!

I have been coming here for years. The manager herself recognized me and acknowledged that I always come here to get my nails done. The last time I came here I got a new set of nails and when he (Sonny) put them on, they were crooked. I told him at the time and he laughed at me because he said they were fine. I told the manager and she agreed they were crooked. He said he would fix them but at this point I was already upset that he laughed and didnt want to fix them. He fixed them but they are still crooked! I did get a 10% discount that they offered. I came back to get a fill and asked for them to fix what they hadnt fixed last time. It turns out that they have to take off my acrylic nails and put on a new set but they are wanting to charge me! Charge me for their mistakes!!! No thank you! Never coming back here again! And as I sat there, the manager was taking pictures of me!

I would give this place... half a star, Some people here have bad attitudes, i had went in and wanted French tip on my toes and I didn’t like how they had came out Because the white line was thick asf and I had told her if she can fix it and all she said was “your nail like that” . Also I got charged more because I wanted them all white because the French tip looked horrible, but at the end I got a $5 discount. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I went there for the first time. Im in love with the end results. I recommend Kevin. I got the coffin-shape with a light shade of lavender.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED! The waxers aren’t good at all, and aren’t very qualified to do anything with eyebrows! When I went in my brows were even, and I just needed them cleaned, but the lady who did mine messed them up so bad. She made my left one okay-ish, but the right one was kinda better shaped, except for the fact that she waxed off most of the end and left like 3 hairs going down, and she just told me to use a brow pencil like everything would be fine. I hate how they look, the right one is a lot thicker, not to mention it’s higher up! I would not recommend to anyone. On the same day my mom and sister got theirs done too, and they’re not nearly as bad as mine, but uneven. I went first so I guess she was just warming up on me. I hated how she butchered my right brow so I covered it with my hair until I got home. I overall hated how unprofessional she was, and I was told that there was even a lady in who did them even worse. This was my only experience at D&T nails, but I am never going there again. I just hope my brows grow back soon. 😥

Horrible job, ive done my nails there before but never had such a bad experience. Kevin was the guy who did my nails and he seemed like he didnt know how to do matte nails. After he finised i sat for 1 whole hour waiting for them to dry and never did. Every time i touch them or accidentally scratch them the paint seems to chip off. And to top it off he tells me i need to be careful with my nails to wait another half our so the paint sets. Im so disappointed in the service i received.

My daughter and i went to go get nails and it was my daughter first time and she had earphones on but only on one ear not both ears and when the lady was done my daughter accidentally put nail polish on her hair not alot just a little bit and the lady took her earphone off of her ear really mad and the lady said what hand she said that really rude i got so mad im never going there ever again

I just had my nails done this weekend and that same night the gel polish was peeling off. They let me go in the next morning to fix it but they were so rude as if it was my fault..then a few days later they started peeling again..Ive never had this happen to my nails before and Im very disappointed in the service and work I was given.. never going back again!!!

The only reason I always return is because of the rock massages, today I had the worst experience with them, not to mention that weeks before my daughter got an infection in 3 fingers, today, they filed my fingernails so much. toes that hurt to touch.
