Josh @ Service desk was very patient and agreed to look into a car care plan I had purchased at a different dealership. His work ethic is exceptional and professional. He called me with great news letting me know he took care of everything and car was ready. He even told me that he was going to note the account so I didnt go through hassle next time. The car sales people were nice but the mechanic side was the exact opposite. This was a experience I never want to have again. Below sub par service blatant theft from mechanics I got there around 9:30 in the morning and they just diagnosed it right before closing on Saturday at 3. They asked for me to keep it till they know more. I went to grab stuff out of the car I needed and realized 4$ was missing and a mask/face covering. Even one of the sales people was wondering why I was still there by the end of the day. All I heard all day was wait a little longer. Dont go here if you dont have a honda membership

Called to make a Service appt. Was given a date that was a week later. Wait time was somewhat longer then expected. As in previous service appts I was always given a courtesy car wash, not this time.Spent time with sales assistant, sales agent and sales manager. All where new at this at the dealership. It was apparent they where all training and learning together. Was surprised when I ask what did H in the 2022 HR-V meant. Didnt get an answer. Sales Assistant stated she did not know. The staff very pleasant.
