Great place to buy a car. Their service department is amazing.

Terrible not going back . My 21 TRD Tacoma has 2 noises from day 1. They cant find the problem. Service advisor wants $159.00 for each noise concern to be looked at. It 7 months old only . I have put 25500 miles on it. Thats why I purchased it to drive it for work. Very unhappy now. Contacting Toyota direct.

I had a great experience at Toyota today, I was assisted by Art Ramirez who has very helpful right from the start. I explained my car issues and he took care of it right away. He explained the wait time and returned my car to me way before the time given. I was very pleased with how helpful he was. I totally recommend going to him at services.

It took 2 hrs for a oil change .thats with an appointment

Had to wait for a simple oil change for almost 2 hrs and didnt want to give a ride out

They charge. me 100 dollar to fuel my tank when the real price was 80 dollars and the tank wasnt even full my truck stay for the all week and they no even wash it and they try to charge me to put a code away from the dashboard
