I received a call from an employee from veronica insurance telling me my insurance relapsed and asked if I wanted to make a payment, he told me the amount due was 130 to reinstate my my insurance how ever the person calling me never told me there was a fee of 12 $ to make a payment with alive operater I checked my bank account and the amount taken out was 135.12, I called back and spoke to Richard and he said the 12 $ is part of the rienstatement fee and later said it was a a broker fee that they charge. I was never told about this fee until I called back and asked, be careful this people make up fees just to take your money dont pay them directly do it on line instead. They fail to let customers know the fee they charge to make a payment with a live operater and later to say its part of the insurance payment they cant even send you a receipt thats how shady they are .
