Went in to get an alignment on my car. Abel set the expectation the fee was 69.99 and that out of that fee if they are unable to proceed during inspection an inspection fee would be charged. Which I was okay with. However, once those parts are fixed/replaced could come back and pay the difference to get the car aligned. Did all that but to go back and find out that was only the case if those parts and labor where done at their shop. So I have to spend $700 in parts and labor to finish a $70 alignment. Those expectation where not set in the beginning nor after explaining the parts that needed replacing. Lack of clear communication and setting the right expectations in the beginning is what give shops like these a bad name. I would NOT recommend this shop. If you do, I recommend you really get a clear explanation of a hypothetical scenario before signing the receipt.

This place took my truck on short notice, fixed it in a time where I could just wait in their air conditioned waiting room. About 45 min. They were professional, honest overall great people here. Could not have asked for better service and to top it off Abel just texted me to make sure the work they did was up to my liking. I have personally never had a business reach out after the fact.

I live in Arizona, and Im in California often! Driving home on 1/26/2021 from Orange, my car started acting out of the ordinary & the check engine light started blinking! I started to panic, got off the freeway and accidentally found their location! Abel, the owner was polite and quick to help fit me in there schedule quickly (I had to be at work the next day early ), and had my Avalon in within a few minutes of me just showing up. I promise they were busy, it looked, clean, presentable, and its a shop I would highly recommend if you ever are in need of trustworthy and hardworking car repair! On top of that I WAS NOT charged for the repair, Instead just for my car to be diagnosed!!!!!!!! Id give 6 stars if could! THATS UNHEARD OF !!!!! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS

Just got my alignment done today. And once I got on the freeway I almost got in two accidents. Dont recommend.

I hit a deer on my way to town am I alignment and tires are messed up I came here and they help me get back on the road to get home I recommend them if you need them.

Ok I called this place about 9 o’clock in the morning ask them if they’re busy they said no I said OK I’ll be there at 10 o’clock pencil me in,they said ok. I Get there before 10 o’clock and now they tell me I got a wait two hours and then they told me $150 for my Toyota pick up truck which is a work truck they’re crazy with their prices I had it done down the street for $70 bucks at RAPID ALIGNMENTS!!I would never go there again

Only 4 stars because eventhoug they are good workers and the prices are not bad, they still need to improve their timing, i dropped my truck in the morning (by 7 AM) and it was ready until the next day after 4PM, they are good workers no doubt about it, that is why I still recommend this place, but make sure you are very clear on when will your car be ready

Someone recommend this shop, I took my Tundra for an estimate they gave me a written estimate and scheduled repair for a week later. I called 2 days before to make sure theyll be ready and estimate was good. Everything is ok.( They said) Well day of repair they were not ready had to wait 45 minutes to get my car into rhe bay I gor there 7:45 am and surprise surprise :( they made a mistake and forgot to add something to estimate but of course they did not tell me this before they did the repair . It was at the end whenI had to pay. I was dissapointed. I wont go back there and Would Not recommend to any one.

This business broke engine mounts puting on on front axle and control arms and said it was safe to drive car like this which its not. Its completely unsafe. Opened up a BAR claim and they refunded a portion of the money I waisted on this bad business. The owner wants me to take this review down but this is my experience. The owner thought he could take advantage of us. This is not right its not fair and its not following California law!On top of this I have a traumatic brain injury and have to deal with people not telling the truth and lying to my face!

Very good shop to take your vehicle for repairs my boyfriend took his vehicle and was very happy with the work done . Javier has very good customer service definitely going back in the future for any repairs

Very helpful. On a trip to California from Arizona I broke down right in front of their shop. It was 118 degrees and I had 9 kids with me! They replaced my alternator and serpentine belt in 1 1/2 hours. They even had my alternator delivered from someone else during that time frame. Very friendly and exceptional service.

My truck broke down in the middle of the night on a saturday. The tow truck took my truck down there on Monday morning. I was out of the country on vacation and had to cell service. They repaired my truck so it was ready when I returned. Able & Fab were super thoughtful and helpful and I was able to get my family home safe. Thank you.

Your time is a joke to them. Took my truck to get aligned at 9am they told me 30 minutes. I left home to handle some business and planned on coming back in 1&1/2 hours. I still hadn’t received call that it was done so I called them they said they couldn’t do the alignment that it was TOO HARD for them.Mark said this.

Quick and easy great job fixing our tire

Took my car in for 2 things; breaks and oil change. My breaks were Squeaking literally the day after and the oil change indicator came back on the same day if service. The owner able kept saying maybe this maybe that. I asked for my entire money back so I could take it somewhere else and was denied. After the second time I took it in he; able, says they took care of the breaks and refused to give me a refund for my oil change after I had to take it to jiffy lube to get it done right. Horrible service, horrible work, this people are scammers!!!!!!! Don’t trust them.

Where to begin...I live in Nevada. On December 26th, 2018, while I was down in california to spend the holiday with my in-laws, I had a transmission issue with my car in Indio.The tow truck driver didnt give us an option, just towed us to Universal Brakes and Alignment, and as he drove off he told us to tell the owner hey, apparently they are buddies.My car was at this shop from December 26th to January 19th. We were billed the next best thing to $1800.We were repeatedly told lies about the status of our repair, the 2 foremost of them are as follows:1: that the only thing the shop was waiting on to get my car running was a part from the dealership.They told me this lie several times over a 13 day period, culminating in the mechanic finally telling me that they were finally ordering the part a week and a half later than they originally said. He informed he that he had simply spent a week trying to fix the old broken part instead of ordering a new one like I told him to.2: I was told that after the part finally came in, that all that was needed was to reprogram the transmission shift module, and they would have it done the next day.My wife and I rent a car and drive 4 hours on a Wednesday to Indio, only to be told that it wouldnt be done until friday. We called out from work on Thursday and friday. On Friday we were told it wouldnt be done till Tuesday. We call out until Tuesday.On Tuesday we were told that after 25 days and almost 2000 in billed services, that they couldnt fix the car and that we needed to have it towed away within 12 hours.My father-in-law purchased a trailer and moved my car himself to another shop which fixed the car in 35 minutes and charged $175.In addition to being lied to, the inexperienced crew at this shop caused one of my ignition coils to catch on fire (for which we were charged to fix,) damaged the wiring for the secondary air pump, which caused the car to fail Nevada smog, which we were NOT told about.Furthermore, they cut the wires going to my tachometer, forcing me to shift without it by ear alone, and not only did they cut the wires, they didnt even wrap them so that they sparked when they touch.They also removed my oil pressure sensor entirely, sealing the system with silicone, causing an oil leak which was quickly remedied by my normal mechanic in Las Vegas at no charge.This shop not only billed me for damages they did to my car, they cost me several hundreds of dollars in multiple rental cars and lost wages, refused to release the car into my hands on three separate occasions, knowing full well they did not have the correct equipment to finish the job or to even fix the problems they caused. We we billed for this extra labor.These people are con artists and should be avoided at all costs.

The guys there are the best. Went there for brakes they found an underlying problem that had stablably and steering at risk. And fixed that to. Would highly recommend them for any car service. Great work guys.

Advertise they align semi trucks. Told us 1 hour to get us in. It was an hour but then 2 hours before they started. Ended up they couldnt do the alignment. They did hook up the equipment but had difficulty and by then close to closing time. Spent total of 3 1/2 hours for nothing.

Would not take my car anywhere else very knowledgeable techs, very curtious, honest, shout out to Abel Jr. and my boy Fab.
