My experiences with Thomson AC, in particular Ethan, have been incredibly positive. Ive had several small issues with the AC unit in my house since moving in and each time I called Thomson, they offered a prompt and cost-effective fix. At this point, there is no one else Id rather have climbing around in my attic then one of Thomsons AC techs.
