I love this nail place been going 15yrs and its always a good experience. And I love the ladys who have been working her for years.

I has a really pleasenr experience. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and talented. She acted like she knew what she was doing and she did it quickly.

I paid 96 dollars for crooked nails, the tips she put on didn’t match and didn’t stick and mind you I got them done today and they are already falling off

Way over charged. Nails turned out horrible not what I wanted at all. Also got deluxe pedicure which was 40 and they charged me 15 more for shellac...so 55 just for pedicure which is ridicilous now I know why I never go there and I wouldnt recommend for anyone else. It cost me a total of 115 for nails and toes. Never have I paid that much for that.

It was a good price and my lady did a very well job but the only complaint I have is that we had an appointment and were there early but didn’t get in until and hour and a half later

They did an AMAZING job it didn’t take to long, they were gentle and I cant see any mistakes! Definitely recommend.

Poor service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here for my sisters birthday to get a manicure and the manager (who was doing my nails) suggested I get “dip” I agreed and she began to RIP my acrylic nails off. This was so painful I cried and asked her to stop and just put acrylics back on. She continued to tell me how much better dip was and that it was better for my nails and I didn’t want that. All I wanted was acrylics. After much debate, she finally did what I wanted and a poor job at it. My nails are crooked and sloppy. Worst service ever I will never return here again.

Unbelievably unsafe...using LED light plugged into the wall and placed on wet towel on foot of massage chair. Also cord was stretched across the aisle of the salon. When I advised how unsafe it was to use the light plugged in with water around it was light they had no clue. Won’t be back.

Terrible service. They never speak English. I am sure the lady is the manager. I have gone 3 times. Price different every time. She is almost aggressive. Please get some new people in there. I love Wal-Mart

Girlfriend and i went here. Absolutely terrible. they rushed us the whole way through & her friend couldn’t even get her in with us at the time we scheduled for. If you go request Wendy. she is the only good nail artist at this place who will put her time into you.

These ladies work hard. They are very talented. Price is reasonable.

Truly aggravated with my service, I paid 55 dollars for acrylic with gel on top. My cuticles were not pushed back, meaning the acrlyic was laid further back allowing my natural nail to be seen on top. One tiny drop of glue for the tips meant that the SECOND DAY my nails were coming up, I can see the separation on every single nail! I am from Florida where nails only cost 25 dollars for a full set of acrylic so to pay twice as much for work that is 100 times lesser quality left me very angry. If you value your money, do NOT go here.

Back when I lived in Indianola I only went here once and it was to get my dip taken off because I had had it on for FOREVER and it was really grown out (got them done at Tinas). I usually get them taken off at Tinas as well but it was Sunday and so they were closed. I needed them all off because my pinky dip had been torn off and was bleeding. When I got to Walmarts nail salon I told them I just needed my dip taken off. The lady got up from working on a customers nails, came to me, and proceeded to use those things that clip off the dip powder and then an acrylic nail to put under the dip and take it off. My nails were never soaked off like theyre supposed to be. Oh, did I mention the entire time I was receiving this service I was standing? Definitely felt like their care for me and the quality of my experience was compromised due to the lady just wanting to hurry up. Then got charged $10 which is more than at other salons where they actually do it correctly.EDIT: I forgot to add that when I pulled out my card to pay, the lady was like, Oh, you dont have cash? Im not sure if she thought she was getting tipped or what.

If I could give no stars I would. Acted put out that we were there. Even though made an appointment two days prior. So we left and went to Andys in Des Moines.

Have an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half wait kept taking walk ins in front of my mom and me. Will not be going back.

Very rough and painful. I left bleeding and my nails smudged because she kept grabbing them to see if they were dry because she wanted to go home. This was the most painful nail experience Ive ever had in my life. They still hurt while writing this . I wont get my nails done here or anywhere else in my life again this pain has made me not want to. Please read reviews before attempting any nail salon. I shouldve done this..

Small, rushed, and pricey. This place is too small and crowded for what they do....work felt rushed and sloppy. Considerably more expensive than I am used to. It was okay, but I wont be back.

Not impressed. Spoke among one another in their language. Nails were not filled straight. There are bumps in the acrylic and lots of air bubbles.
