Obviously Classy nails doesnt understand the importance of customer service especially when you have a business that is listed Via Internet and people operate off reviews. Mind you I was here for a pedicure me and my wife. First of all short on employees. Second my wife was receiving service about 15 minutes prior to my service started. Why did me and my wife finish at the same time. $55 pedicure and it feels like they just took my money. Once completed, I ask for the shoes that they give you after a pedicure. She tells me to put your shoes back on. I tell her no I will not I want them slippers. The lady doing my wife shoes had to be the one to put them on. Will never come here again and never refer anyone here. No tips for them either. By the way if you do go here after reading this please ask for NIKKI. SHE IS AWESOME AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will never go back to them they are very rude think they can just talk to you any way don’t want you talking while they are doing your nails. I was a faithful customer for years practically since they been open but they have lost my business. Oh and by the way when it is crowded they get frustrated and try to hurry to accommodate all their customer I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this rude nail shop....

I WAS SICK AWHILE AND WENT BACK AND I THOUGHT I WALKED IN A LIONS DEN ....THE HUSBAND SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COLOR THAT I HAD ON, THEY DIDNT DIp NAILS THAT LONG, AND I FLIPPED AFTER THAT...WELL I DO KNOW WHERE I WAS SERVICED AT, WHO DID MY NAILS AND DEFINITELY WHO I PAID. NIKKI ACTED AS THOUGH SHE HAD NEVER SEEN ME BEFORE....SO THAT LED ME TO KNOW 1 THING AND 1 THING ONLY...ITS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS!!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY HARD TO FIND! Horrible service. These people are extremely rude and take their customers for granted. I visited here for the first time against the advice of many friends who live here. I will never patronize this business again if Im in town. Ill drive to Greenwood or Greenville first. Such a shame that the options for nail salons are limited in Indianola.
