No pressure sales. Everyone I spoke to was up front and honest about the length of time in ordering and receiving windows. I was prepared to wait due to the supply demand, but was notified promptly when the windows arrived and the instillation was scheduled quickly. Courteous staff, did the job efficiently and cleaned up. They look great! Glad to find there is still excellent customer service out there!

Merrifield Exteriors just replaced 12 windows in my home. One of those being a large picture window with two sliders on either side. We went from 60s era metal windows to these beautiful double hung Provia windows. Brian and Mason were very professional. They were on time and called a head to let me know they were coming. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if I wanted a demonstration on how to use the windows afterwards. Merrifields also previously installed gutters and reroofed my garage. They did a great job and I would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience from the very beginning. Easy to schedule a time to come out and meet. Salesperson, Chris, listened to my wife and I and what we were looking for. He showed us what we asked for and also showed us other ideas he thought we may like. Found what we wanted and the price was way better than other places we had out. They came out and doubled check for size. Installers were the best. And the finished product is great. I highly recommend Merrifield Exteriors.

This was the best home repair experience I have had. I received excellent and timely communication from my original rep and the office staff. Installers were outstanding. Workmanship was great. And, so far we really like our ProVia Endure windows.

Tim Amick was wonderful. He came to my house to provide an estimate on replacement windows. I also told him I needed new gutters. He gave me estimates for both. Im still deciding about the windows, but I bought new gutters. They were were installed last Friday. Theyre a huge improvement and go with the new roof. Im very happy with Merrifield. They have great products and their staff and sales people are terrific.

This company installed gutters at my sons home last fall. First time it rained they retained water. Called the company and they came out and “ fixed” the problem. Gutters are still holding water. Called and called til I talked to one of the owners. He said he would contact me in a week and come to the house. That was in December. Very poor workmanship and customer service. There are plenty of good companies out there but this is not one of them!

This business is a skim scam shady as hell business. Not only do they lie to customers but they screw people over in general. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! PAY MORE IF U HAVE TO ELSEWHERE BUT STAY CLEAR. Poor professionalism, poor quality of work and general poor quality of a business. The owner has screwed over many many people. Stay clear!!

Gutters. Add gutters to your list! The crew did a GREAT job. Much thanks to Tim & Jesse . Its been several weeks since the job was completed. Unfortunately it hasnt rained hard or long enough for us to really admire our decision to install new gutters. Next adventure...replace a few windows!

Sometimes it is difficult to find exterior doors that look right on a older home. Merrifield had the doors that we were looking for. The team that installed them were craftsmen and did an excellent job, they matched beautifully with the house. Yes, I would use this company again.

From the beginning, Merrifield has been first class. We purchased a ProVia door and two windows. We have been a big fan of ProVia and Merrifield did an excellent job installing the items. We want them to replace all of our windows in our craftsman home!

My boss hired Merrifield Exteriors for a large scope project which included a complete window replacement, roof, gutters, fascia, trim, and entry door. The completion date went several weeks beyond the promised time frame, the entry door was the wrong size, existing trim & fascia were reused, and a window broke the first time it was opened. In addition, the flat roof had several seams because there were five separate pieces of rubber. They were using left over materials instead of using one piece of rubber. My boss actually walked the roof and saw this shoddy job for himself. He contacted the owner but Mr. Merrifield hasnt resolved the issues. This project was over $50K!! BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

We had all our windows replaced as well as our slider door and storm door. They arrived at the promised time and was able to complete the job in one day. I was totally impressed with their professional work and clean up too. I would highly recommend this company and to boot, I was able to buy from a local business who uses their own employees. This was huge to us. Thanks Merrifield.

This company is fantastic in all areas, their products, service/installation and customer service. Merrifield Exteriors replaced all of our doors & windows and put on all new gutters in 2018. I’m excited to report that a year later we are very, very pleased! The price was slightly less than we expected especially since there is a lifetime warranty included and it is transferable I’d we sell our home. We could not have asked for better service all around!

I love my new deck. Its well built and attractive. A small project but important to me. Be sure to get a site survey first!

We had 2 windows replaced. I have been very impressed with the windows themselves and the gentlemen who came to install them were excellent. They took out the old windows and installed the new ones in less than an hour- no mess left behind. I will definitely be going back to Merrifield when we are ready to replace our other windows.

Merrifield Exteriors installed a new roof on my garage and new gutters on my house and garage. The crews were polite and professional. They communicated from beginning to end on what they were doing. When asked to complete a couple of additional tasks, they were willing and able. I would recommend them.

Windows came early. Crew was very efficient and professional

New Roof. Showed up early a.m. ready to work. Had a three layer tear off, new ridge vent ect. They were done by the time I got home from work! Everything was cleaned up and you would never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof! Did it all in one day. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

They were timely with the appointments and install. Install was fast and clean.

Unorganized, has taken months, does not provide any info and doesnt do the work, work is subbed out to other sub-contractors who show up not knowing what to do. I called multiple time and never got calls back about concerns so I felt it necessary to share my experience. Had my concerns been met with a call back from either the owner or the person answering the phone for Merrifield Exteriors I would have not given a 1 star review. To add full disclosure the current subcontractor that was subbed this work is doing a great job, is professional and prompt. I would use him in the future by just calling this sub directly.

Great price for a excellent job on both our roof and our deck...I would encourage anyone to let them give you a bid...great people!

So far they have done a terrible job of communicating. Been waiting a month to get my window installed. Still no word. They window is at the store a week ago. They never called to tell me. I had to call lowes to get that info. Exteremly unhappy right now.Update: I talked to Jessica who was the point person on this job. She said she had missed the email that said the windows were in and said sorry. She then fit me into the next time splot she had. Installers came to install my window. Installs were extremely nice and were fast. Devon and Jeff did a great job.My rating is still low because management here failed at the job. Get a system together where Windows dont take a month or more to get installed. If its because of the warehouse, get a new supplier.
