Love shopping @ Sams club. I get bananas toilet tissue for my business in bulk. Pretty soon there will be a Castco to get a member ship on In Avon Indiana.Opening Oct 15 2021

ALWAYS RUDE, Especially 1 guy!! It is like they DONT WANT you to be there!!! They automatically renewed my membership and put it on my charge account, I am going in there tomorrow and ask for them to CANCEL the membership and to refund the membership dues, and I am going to join Costco, which just built a NEW store in Avon, just 4 miles West. TRUST ME, VERY RUDE treatment, and I am not the ONLY one who thinks so!! They used to have GREAT staff and GREAT management, and I LOVED their store, not anymore!!!!

Absolutely rude staff and they will Tow your Vehicle if you are there for more than 2 hrs. Absolutely worst company to deal with. Go to Costco!

Really crowded and hard to get around sometimes, but good for getting what you want and in bulk!

Always enjoy going to Sams, I was able to get a sample of salads and I bought several of them. Ran into an old friend who now works for Sams, good to get reacquainted. Overall I had a good experience shopping at Sams Club !

Always have everything that I need and then some. One thing is they need more cashiers. I understand that people call off or not enough people.

Guy who drive forklift is very rude. He dont like anyone i dont know why? His behavior is ridiculous. Worst staff

Have been going to this location for many years but since last year with each time I go the policy’s keep changing and I’m cool with that but for the love of god please post something to where the customers can see upcoming changes. I hate the fact that every time I go I get asked if I want to renew my membership 6 months in advance or have membership + shoved down my throat. I also have a Costco membership and have none of these issues with them at all. It’s sad how greedy the Walmart chain is becoming. Please don’t bite the hand that feeds you!

The girl who was running the front skinny lil black girl that was working the front door when we first went in we had a 500$ worth of food and she was very rude wouldnt let me use my brothers. Membership cause i didnt kno mine expired and planed on renewing it Saturday she was very rude and also i will not be renewing anymore from your company. I will go to Costco

Always able to find what I need and get in and out easily with the scan and go. I dont have to wait in any lines or anything. I just wish there was a store closer to my home.

Im a new member and I liked the great prices and found some deals.

Truck driver information delivery start at 5 am til 10 pm easy to get in and out overnight parking restroom and unload time around 45 min

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible service from the customer service desk. Every single time I have called I’m put on hold right away when all I’m trying to do is get my call transferred to the receiving dock. Currently on my third call after being disconnected earlier today. Was on hold 7 minutes before she came back on the line to try to transfer my call, didn’t transfer it she came back on the line after 3 minutes & asked how she could help me I told her still trying to get to receiving was told again that she was transferring my call. After being on hold again for a few more minutes someone else picks up who tells me they’re not in receiving but they going to pull the schedule up to help with the delivery appointment

Tried calling to ask about new customer policies and if they could give us a one day trial but wasn’t able to even ask the question.The first time I called they answered and immediately hung up. The second time they answered and put me on hold without even giving any kind of greeting. After sitting on hold for 10+ minutes I hung up.They just lost a potential customer. I don’t want to even try shopping at a store that won’t answer their phones for a simple question.Do yourself a favor and go to Costco. They answer EVERY time and their customer service on the phone AND in store has been fabulous. We’ve been customers for over five years.We just wanted to try Sam’s to see what the difference was and had heard that they had great quality fruit, but they just burned that bridge before I could even say, “Hi.”

So I went to get a back to school deal they had I couldn’t find it I did however get great customer service first from a cart pusher that was nice enough to look for me Thank you Isiah to Angelica at the service desk that looked and got me Ashley “ team lead” that went so far as to go in the back and look in pallets I really appreciate that they tired to find those pens for me I give a 5 if I got the pens only giving a 4.5 lol

Went in to pick up membership card, long customer service line. Lady was very helpful when it was my turn. Didnt do any shopping, had an outside pickup representative was pleasant loaded items quickly after verifying my identity. Back on road.

Great store, great prices. One thing to note is that are usually really long lines, especially during the weekends so download the app to checkout. This will save you a lot of time!

Most prices are good for the most part but people that shop there very rude. We had several people zoom behind us and even impatient ones walking right behind our car while we were already nearly half out of our spot. Wasnt the best first experience. And the lines are very ridiculous. Stand in a long line to check out then you get to stand in an even longer lines just to exit the store. Not sure how much I will return.

Not a bad place mainly self check out and only 1 staff member at exit yet 3 at entrance so it takes a few to actually get out the door

Was good. Got there just in time for opening. So many great deals. But today I realized I hate shopping with my fiance 😡🙄🤣 Got my variety cheesecake for the first time. We will be back 😁😁😁

Came at opening time 10:00..outside trash was over flowing and came in with trash cans full and store was dirty..pics of women’s bathroom. Was told that maintenance had a family emergency! Well please tell me you don’t have back up and maintenance is not more then one person! As the fear of viruses rising this store should be shut down for lack of management skills! Horrible 😔And to find out our check out water is limited to 2 cases! Should have a sign at entrance to this fact!!

Police officer at receipt check point was extremely Rude and it seemed to me like he was trying to impress ladies employees at the check point.

Was unable to purchase mine groceries due to lazy millennials. Never going back to this trash location.The two DISRESPECTFUL cash register employees gave me the most difficult unprofessional visit I have ever had at Sams Club IN front of my daughter!!Its fine ill be doing 100% of my Shopping at COSTCO!!

5 Stars. Had issue last visit with undercooked Chicken. Great customer service. Manager gave us our Next (today) Rotisserie Chicken and Brownies free and wanted to give us a full refund on the undercooked Rotisserie Chicken from last week.

Beware. You have a prepaid pickup order with the Rockville Rd Sams club but your cell phone had a low battery and died so you can’t check in - their response at the club is to offer you a charger or you are out of luck getting your order. Manager Dexter followed up, I believe called me back but I missed it, no voicemail left, and when I reached their front desk to speak to him - they dropped my call. No return call from manager.

On 10/30 I bought a grill from Sams. The one I was looking for was not were I seen it a couple days before. I gentleman that was stocking flowers searched the store to find it for me while I waited. He then got a fork lift to get it for me. Then when I was in the parking lot an employee seen me trying to put the large box in my car and offered to help. He got 1 more person and they both helped me . Great customer service all around. Thanks

Out of stock on items I needed. Checkout lines far too long. Cashier that was not friendly at all. Walked out and left my stuff at the register. I already had to stop somewhere else might as well spend my money where its wanted. I wont be renewing.

Good prices for a lot of stuff

I used to love shopping here, while I still shop at this Sams I do much less frequently. From once a month to maybe every 4 months. A LOT of the items I regularly purchased are no longer available. The lines are almost always RIDICULOUSLY long and while the staff does theyre all to get folks checked out, theyre almost zombies. Sams prices are still great (which is why I still go) but the selection is suffering. No Swiss cheese, 2 whole types of dog treats to choose from, their Corned Beef looked miserable & is currently cheaper at Kroger. I actually took the time to look through ALL the denim jeans this evening (4 brands, some 200 pair) and there wasnt a single pair with an inseam above 32. One more thing I guess I didnt need to buy from Sams.

Busy, but at least they had everything we needed for our party!

Im a new customer and they have awesome deals,great selection.UPDATE .I went there to buy a grill and the manager helped me get it loaded on my cart an had 2 guys waiting to load it into my truck. Very nice workers.

Terrible customer service. Accidentally scanned the wrong item and they made us walk back and fourth 4 times front the door to the service counter over $0.20 difference. No manager would even acknowledge the situation. Rude and disrespectful employees.

Had to have the app to pick up groceries I already paid for. Offered to go inside and log in - had my order number and called and texted in as the receipt said. strictly app oriented which is not reaching all customers.Also not all my items where here. My water even had to be shipped??

Meh... this place is close to home which is why I go. Staff isnt really kind, but I understand bc they probably make minimum wage. Instead of waiting for customers to move first, the honk and tell them to move out of the way while riding those forklift machines.. dont know of this is normal for Sams, but it looks pretty abnormal to me. Sometimes the pre-made food looks yucky.

I love Sams club, it has everything I need.

Good products. Good place to buy bulk. Watch prices on some things. But this place is really bad about getting help. But the hours to shop is way more convenient than Costco.

The savings are well worth the membership fee. Even though they dont carry EVERYTHING they have so many choices you wont have to shop at Walmart for much.

Appointment 5 pm was here on time 4: 55 pm it is now 10 pm they havent done unloading yet . I m coming back here again . . They dont care for drivers time here . I m not coming back again .

I knew Sams would be crowded; but the workers were so efficient and helpful that my shopping experience was a real pleasure. I easily found each item on my list. The check out lines were ending in the back of the store, yet plenty of workers were available to help the line move along comfortably. Few customers were without a mask. The store was well stocked and clean.

The store music is soooo loud! I come here to shop and dance down the isles! Really. Music is too loud to make it enjoyable. Really annoying.

Great prices on bulk purchases of everyday household items and groceries. They have it all, and its all in bulk. Very few single tag items here. Full grocery store shopping, including: butcher, bakery, fresh fruit and produce, dairy, frozen foods, seafood, spices and sauces. They have cleaning supplies, toiletries, jewelry, electronics, baby care and baby food section, automotive supplies and fluids like oil and filters. They also have a tire department, that offers new tires+ professional installation, balance ect... all available for members. Remember... You must have a membership to shop here, or technically even get inside the door! A yearly membership cost less than $60, I believe. ...oh and while youre there... Grab a hot pretzel 🥨, or a slice of pizza 🍕 from the in-house snackbar! They are awesome!

Very crowded. Most individuals with masks. Hand sanitizer readily available at entrance. Checkout area seemed unorganized. Confusing area to exit near food stand.

Plus memeber will come at 8am to 10 then others can come in thats sucks....

Not a fan. Feel like I wasted my money. You really dont need to go here unless youre a restaurant owner or you got like 10 kids. Alot of the stuff costs the same as it costs at Walmart. Cashier was nice, about the only good thing I can say.

I love Sams club but they need more people at the exit since their terrified were going to steal something, the lines going out are 3 times as long as the checkout line.

I would recommend anyone who believes Covid is not a hoax, go to Sams either right when they open or right before they close. I, myself, will not return to this Sams because the mask policy is not enforce. I saw about a quarter of the people without mask and when I approached a worker, they expressed they believed it was a hoax and the store chooses not to enforce.Beyond the mask issue, the store is not clean or organized. It is rather dirty and filled with empty boxes in the freezer section so you have to physically reach in for a new box to get the product you desired.Long story short, go elsewhere. Go to Costco if you really like warehouses. The experience is far better and they do enforce a mask policy.

The pick up is fast and efficient. All the employees have been super nice.

Everything was stocked, store was easy to move through and lines were somewhat quick to check out. Was very happy with my visit to this Sams club.

Ordered a cake. I instructed bakery associate how I wanted writing on the cake AND wrote it down, bakery associates still got it wrong! When I picked the cake up, I was the only shopper there and it took the worker 5 to 7 mins to give me service. I said hello, waved my hand, and rang the bell before she even came to help me.

I love shopping at sams, other than the long wait to check out. They only had two lanes open!
