I hauled a load of onions to Restaurant Depot from Othello WA last week. I called ahead with my ETA and confirmed my delivery time, which was 6:00 AM Tuesday. I checked in on time, and the nice young woman checked my trailer seal and gave me a door. I was out of there in an hour and arrived in Louisville with the remainder of the load in great time.The dock area is huge. Lots of room to manuever the trailer onto a dock. Access from I-70 is easy from the Keystone exit.I will love coming back here someday.

I own a food business, so I purchase most of my items from the Restaurant Depot. The one thing that bothers me the most, and it happens on almost visit is the lack of professionalism. The check-out clerks mainly the females will spend more time talking amongst themselves while they have a customer standing and waiting for them to scan their items. I really have no interest in who is putting weave in your hair or how much weave you have in your home. This was my experience today but its definitely not the first this has happened. I wanted to say something but I know it would have probably caused an unnecessary scene. We the customers turn and look at each other in discuss with the service. I dont have a problem with anyone that works there, nor do I personally know anyone that works there. I just think the customer service area of the Restaurant Depot needs to be addressed. I will continue to shop there but Im sure the customers would really appreciate it if the check-out clerks were a bit more professional. Thank you.

I have been going to this place since last 6 months. Initially I was not very fond of the place as I felt myself completely out of my comfort zone however as the time passed, I am starting to like the place more and more. Team members are very friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of customersI had ordered some small equipment and I got. a call today from Ms Rose abt the status updates of my order. She was extremely pleasant and made my day! Thanks Leah!

Driver had an 8am appt, showed up at 7:45a took them 6 hours to unload 8 pallets..... Darla in receiving could care less, driver has another stop on his trucks that hes not going to be able to delivery today which is now going to cost us...... bit of advise? get someone to run your logistics department that knows what their doing! People wonder why everything cost so much these days, its because truckers dont want to deal with receivers that take 5 hours to do a 30 min job and cost them a days pay..... Its not worth it/ do yourself a favor and find another load

It really irks me that the management here cant be bothered to cover their faces properly. The mask goes over your mouth & nose. Not only that, there was a group of maybe 5? people shopping together, not even bothering to wear masks last time I went. Not one employee I saw questioned them or told them to leave. Do Better

Love the place. Today I went specifically to pick up jumbo chicken wings @ 99c lb. They were out. Thats why they get 4 stars. Ill be back tomorrow in hopes to buy some. I did however pick up breaded chicken tenders and frozen whiting fillets.

My parents have bought produce from Restaurant Depot for a decade now and we always got great produce from veggies to meats and other products. Today we were very disappointed and frustrated by how management handled our situation. Two days go on 12/16 we bought 4 cases of broccoli. We realized 3 cases had spoiled/rotten broccoli and called in today on the 18th to see if we could get a refund as the cases are not cheap and we’re not making as much as we use to. The lady that answered was nice and told us if we came down with the broccoli and the receipt we can work it out with the manager. When we got there however, the manager told us the broccoli was not that bad and we could still use it. I will attach pictures to show how it would have been bad on our part to use any of this to feed our customers or even ourselves. The manager kept saying they couldn’t take the produce back to sell due to COVID, which we understand we weren’t asking them to, but if they sold us bad broccoli they should be refunding us for bad food. If we sold a customer bad and spoiled Chinese food and they asked for a refund we would do that as a business so we don’t understand why they could not give us the same courtesy. If management see’s this, I’m really frustrated that you would treat any customer like this and I hope you don’t do this to anyone else or we’ll all be getting food poisoning.Update 12/23: It’s been a week since we posted this review and we have been helped. The regional manager Drew reached out and helped rectify the situation and the manager from this location, Mark, also reached out. Due to their sincerity we changed our review. We hope everyone has a happy holiday season too!

I went to Restaurant Depot last Saturday. Soon as I walk in the door I see about 10 EMPLOYEES ganging up on a PAYING CUSTOMER because he didn’t have a mask. He could very well have a MEDICAL CONDITION that prevent him from wearing a mask. Treat your customers better & turn off the darn tv.

I bought the Reclette(Emmi) last week( Sep. 19th). I have not seen RD selling Reclette before. As I expected they always disguised the original label with their sticker. But still this is the first time they brought in, I thought the cheese should be ok. I paid $107.xx for one piece. As soon as I got to my restaurant, I cut in half to open. I noticed the smell came from the cheese was horrible. This was not the Reclette I remember. I tossed them to the garbage can. I decided I will not buy any speciality cheese from Restaurant Depot anymore. The original label said it expired 08/04/2018. They still have one more Reclette left in their shop.This is how they cover up the original labels or peel off. These are the Gruyere cheeses from Switzerland.12/09/2018I do not understand this place about pricing their products. Because of Salmonella outbreaks on romaine lettuces, we haven’t seen this lettuces for at least past 2 weeks. But as soon as they got new harvest, they charged each case of romaine for almost $70.00. We used to pay around $22 to $28 per a case. But they also charge us(restaurants) almost same price for head lettuces. While local supermarkets sell 99 cents each one. Local retailers sells $23.75 for a case, Restaurant Depot sells $68.95 for a case. I don’t understand at all. What do you think?

Horrible as usual. Management dont care. Unprofessional environment. Very low customer service👎Today 11/2/20 nothing has changed. Had some rude employee yelling @ me and touching me as he wants to start a fight. went to his management office to complaint. This is how restaurant Depot treats their customers. Mark, the manager, and Michael were questioning me as if I was the aggressor. After explaining to them what happened, they both showed no sign of understanding and Mike replied that the employee didnt mean to hurt me by touching me???? I added that today will be my last day shopping there and I will shop for my 2 restaurants somewhere else. The manager didnt care at all. He kept looking at me with no apologies. I explained to him customer service doesnt work like that and you should not empower your employees against customers. No signs of hope. No more there. Calling Reinhart. They have the best service.

Ive been here with family members a few times. Its a nice large store, sort of like a Sams Club where everything is sold in bulk sizes, and the store is focused on the restaurant industry. For a free membership you need to show a retail or tax license, or similar item to prove you are buying for a business or church.They have a huge freezer section full of all types of frozen foods such as blueberries, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggies, seafood, and much more. Several isles of dry storage foods and drinks, and a section of commercial kitchen items such as deep fryers, pizza ovens, freezers, napkin holders, pizza boxes, kitchen utensils, paper plates, and much more.The location seems to stay pretty busy, yet the lines move fairly quickly so you can get in and out quick sometimes. The staff I have met were friendly and helpful as needed. I think this is where many carnivals and fairs get their seasonal foods to sell during those events.The parking lot is usually half full, so parking is not an issue, and you can pull up to the door for for easier loading of items if you purchased a van full of stuff. If you like to buy items such as mustard by the gallon, 10 lbs of peanut butter, or 50 hot dogs in a pack, then this might be a place for you.Prices are very low on most items due to the huge size / quantity that you must purchase.

People at the front or on floor are not able to help to find the price of a product that wasnt tagged at all. But has a Barcode can be scanned. Rudness and unprofessionality were the top reactions we got, when we asked a simple question about the PRICE. Left the Cart full of products and went to Sams Club.

Bought big bag of red onions 20lb..all the onions were rotten and they sell them for half price..omg seriously? Could be awesome. The carts are horrible. Although they do in theory have a green paper ware section it is almost impossible to find matching items, if you find the cups you want chances are they will not have the lids. Even though there are numerous trucks ready to run you down on any given isle you are hard pressed to find many items stocked, although you can see them way up there. Spices are not in alphabetical order. Frustrating. Staff is very helpful and friendly but they do seem to turn over a lot.

This location as by far been seen better days. The environment here is unsafe for women, the men working will basically undress you with their eyes and make creepy noises or give you looks, but goodluck if you actually need them for help. They will roll their eyes and sigh loudly. The other employees will happily ignore your existence and continue standing around or sitting on carts talking. Management will dismiss your concern most likely bc they cant control their employees. They resort to aggressive and act out irrationally if you even hint at confronting their actions and they will gang up on you if you ask for help too many times. If you are a lone women and want a grown man 2 inches from your face screaming at you while 4 other employees and management watch on and encourage it then yes this is your place to shop.Otherwise avoid this location for your own sanity.
