This was my first experience with body waxing. Glad I chose The Naked Monkey. The scheduling was a breeze.. got in the same day. The staff was pleasant, the facilities were clean & the process was not actually painful at all. The price was also reasonable so Ill be returning regularly.. assuming I dont experience any crazy after effects🙂

OMG! Speechless. Just got done getting my eyebrows waxed and they are on fleek. Absolutely gorgeous. So thankful I finally found a company that does my eyebrows how I want. I highly recommend! I, as a hirsute Scandinavian, was understandably nervous about waxing. They scheduled with me quickly, met me at the door. I didnt wait at all. And the esthetician that worked with me was very friendly, reassuring, and very professional. I have very sensitive skin and she was extra attentive to make sure I didnt suffer. 10/10 will return.11/20 update. Another careful session. Will recommend to anyone, Lauren is the kindest of all. I had a horrible experience waxing, so I swore it off until a few years later I wanted a wax before my wedding. I went to The Naked Monkey very nervous about it. She was so quick and efficient, and did an amazing job. It wasnt nearly as painful as last time. I’m very very pleased!!

Brittany did a wonderful job on my brows. The atmosphere has a spa feel. Ive had my brows waxed, thread and tweezed but not like this. You must go visit.

Once you find your way in, the experience is very pleasant (or as pleasant as wax can be). Staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and I never feel like theyre trying to force a product down my throat. The waxing is as expected, mildly painful, but not extraordinary, and the staff is very professional. I never felt judged for any amount or location of hair on my body. The only reason Im giving it 4 instead of 5 is because the location is a challenge to find. I sat outside the building that its in for about 15-20 minutes before my first appointment wondering, where the shop was and then if I was allowed in the building where it is housed.

My friend and I called to ask lots of really crazy questions. They were polite and down to Earth. We had a great experience!

Maybe if I had gone in for a different service it would have been different, but def would not recommend for eyebrow wax. Wanted to try them out since they’re close to my house with pretty good reviews. Friendly staff, good location, very clean/sanitary, but I left with some pretty bad eyebrows. I told the lady I just wanted my brows cleaned up a bit. She ended up taking so much off and left them super short I look I have half my eyebrows. She asked me if she could fix anything after she was done, but you can’t exactly put back hair, so I said it was fine and left disappointed. Gonna wait til it grows out and just make the longer drive to my regular place from now :(

The building is easy to find and surprisingly has parking. Staff is clean and professional, the rooms are extremely clean and private. Theyre very friendly and good at explaining what they are doing and Why, and they try to make it as painless as possible. If youre looking to get waxed I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I was terrified to get my first Brazilian here. The staff made sure i was comfortable before i got started, gave me advice on what products to use, and made something that was painful feel painless. Highly recommend, they are miracles workers for unwanted hair.

They completely messed my brows up. I’m so upset. I’ve always had thick brows with a nice arch. I decided to try them out because they have received good reviews. The blonde (I don’t remember her name) was very sweet as a person but one of my eyebrows was cut off way too short on both ends and the arches are totally uneven. I’m going to have to wait months for this to grow out. I can’t belive she let me leave like this-I don’t write reviews and I realize people make mistakes but this looks so bad :( ugh. At least acknowledge it if you messed up.
