The shop people were more than willing to take care of our truck.

Im a little curious as to why theres no trash can where the drivers are sent to sit when their truck is being serviced. I understand that with Covid going around you want to keep everyone separate but as an actual Penske driver I dont want to return for anything. No sign stating where we are to go and I got to hang out with other peoples trash.

Eighteen wheelers are the ultimate. Hurry and get a manual 10 speed, respond to my post and well quickly come get it. We keep asking. Youll get that 5 star when you make that happen. We will always come to you though.

Great rental experience. Usually you have to reserve a truck in advance but we were running out of time due to a mix up at a place that may or may not rhyme with bluepaul, Penske was able to get us a 26 truck within an hour of us calling. I highly recommend penske for their customer service but also because their entire cargo space is usable unlike other companies that have 3 of their 26 hanging over the cab.

Friends had to get a truck rental after their rig broke down. Came into Penske to pick up the rental and was completely disgusted in the condition of the rental. Driver seat was broken and laid completely flat, truck was trashed and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in years. With Covid how is this acceptable? Come on Penske.. get it together!

Fueled up good, parking great, sales trying to steal a rented truck from under your nose very badly! But you just gotta be stern and say her M F-er... lol jk theyre good people. Great place just make sure to communicate with sales and mechanics.

Quick and easy rental pick up! Comfortable ride. Wouldve given 5 stars except after hours drop off was not clear where to leave the truck and keys as the directions on the side of the building said to park in fuel lane and nothing directed you to that location.

Watch their billing. Charged me a weeks rental after vehicle was turned in. Disputing with credit card company now! Unfortunately this is not the first time Penseke has fraudulently over charged. I was hoping their practices had changed. I was mistaken! Horrible customer service as well. Watch your wallet with these guys.

They have always treated us right at the Indy locations. Have had an instance or 2 of them over booking our truck size. But they always made it right with a bigger truck or a nice discount.

Best equipment for the price! Even towed the truck out of a ditch!

The location and staff were FABULOUS. They made everything so simple. I was out the door with my truck in no time. Not one issue with the truck. Clean,ran great. The drop off process was just a smooth. Do yourself a favor and visit these guys for GREAT customer service and amazing prices!!

I would not recommend this branch to nobody The manager Isaac it’s very hateful doesn’t appreciate customer service and a liar wanna all of charge me a crazy amount of money for no reason do not go to this branch they will rip you off

They are fast, efficient and always has a truck when I need it the most!

I am not sure whats going on at this location but this year we have had the worst service with this company. We have been renting trucks since 2006 from them off and on and now a quick trip is taking 40 minutes.

Went in with a bad ac (this being 3rd stop to fix) and well he saw the bird strike within 10 min and see nice its a 24 hr shop had it fixed in just a few hours turned out most of the ac system was bad

Liars. Broke contact. Over charged. No explanation. No one could even explain their own billing codes. Had to close bank acct &get new card to keep them from continuing to charge my card. Filed report w bank.

I am from colorado my wheel seal went out I had told the guys I had a appt the next day for delivery Mike Dennis Justin and Kevin the tech that dis the work went out of there way to fix my truck. They are the most pleasant and helpful bunch of men. Didnt pick the state to break down in but Im glad it was there.Thank you for everything guys

Had problems with the truck but was able to get another one and completed move.

Do not be fooled by the response that if you return in the same calendar day it will be only one day. We rented on a Thursday and Returned on a Sunday after office hours. We were insured that it would be backdated so we only had a 3 day rental. Get my bill today and they charged me until Monday. Called and tried to get it straight and was told sorry our policy much have changed since Thursday when you rented. Our company has rented from them many times in the past with ok results and done this exact same procedure. We will be choosing another rental company in the future.

I sometimes wonder if they read our service writeups at all......

I rented a truck for a day ending with a ticket dated for that day total $49. And its 3 days later and the extra $150 they were holding is still not been put back in my account. Ive already had a direct withdrawal overdraft and Ill have another one tomorrow when my daycare comes out. Its ridiculous that a business can hold 75% deposit days after the ticket is completed. I would have gone somewhere else, where they hold on a credit card, rather than have my bank account tied up.
