They are the place on the east side for renting specialty tools or equipment that not everyone just happens to have. And they do Service as well.

Got a large chainsaw. Cut through large tree like butter. Made my life very easy and didn’t cost too much money. Very pleased.

Excellent customer Service

I am a professional contractor that knows tools. I know how to properly operate a chainsaw. I have used one literally hundreds of times. I needed a larger one for a project, so I rented from these guys. On the 4th cut, the chain rivet broke. There was no metal in the tree. The chain never came close to hitting anything but wood. It never touched the ground. I immediately brought it back and they simply gave me another chain. I assured them I would bring back both chains when I returned the saw. (Chains are very easily repaired if you have the proper knowledge) The delay cost me approx 1.5 hrs of work time. When I returned the saw the next day, they took my damage waiver fee and charged me the difference for a new chain. When I questioned the clerk about it he stumbled all over his words and could not explain why. He said I should have called as soon as it happened (I brought it back as soon as it happened. They just gave me the chain.) They also only gave me half a can of gas and a 1/4 can of bar oil. I protested but he would not listen and continued to babble. I told him that Hoosier Tools doesnt do business like this. At the end of the day, I paid $40 to find out that these slaps dont deserve business. Save yourself the headache and go to Hoosier Toola instead.

They have helped me for so many years with the tools I needed to get my side jobs done even if it was doing something in my own home Arrow tool rental has always been there for me.

The people are great! They had the ladder I needed to use for the day and were extremely helpful and fast.

Rude lady at front desk machine was smashed up tail lights diddnt work properly had to go back for keys cause they diddnt give me key wen i rented machine then rude wen i picked key up diddnt get to use the machine til 3 in the evening then cry wen i call an say im on the way with the machine being 10 am not nine am wen i picked the machine up at 11am noticed every nice comment is a do it your selfer not a business ill never rent any tools there again my hard earned dollars will get spent where they treat you with respect for your business not treat you like a common criminal just because you choice to do business with them nah im good
