My children are new patients at this dental office. They all have had great experiences here thus far. The staff is exceptional and professional. From the time we check in to the time we leave, everyone we encounter is professional and great. I have a 10 yr old son who has a fear of dentist. They have gained his trust and that is important to me. I highly recommend this dental clinic. My children are ages 17, 10, and 4.

The staff are super friendly. They were also very accommodating when it came to making future appointments for my 4 children. We were able to be seen in one day. They explained everything in detail making sure any of my questions were answered.

West 10th Dental Group has always been a 5⭐️ Service. They are prompt and very professional. The hygienist there really know their jobs and are thorough with their skill set. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed. A Family Friendly Environment! I can’t remember how long I’ve been with them, just know that it has been a very long time.

Dr. Brent Barta is great. He is polite and professional. He takes good care of my wife and I for many years.

I love this dental office. My children have gone here for 8 years and I have seen the dentists change throughout the pediatric side. Management knows how to hire great pediatric dentists! The “sugar bug” decor throughout calms my autistic son. They provide new toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and a complimentary coin for your child to pick out a toy. It’s all around a great pediatric dental office and I’ve never felt the need to go elsewhere!

Dr Stephanie is awesome!! I had an emergency appointment due to a painfully swollen abscess. Her staff was so kind and patient with my fear right from the start. The tech who did my x rays was simply the best I have ever experienced! Dr Stephanie was so attentive to my concerns and pain. The exam was minimally invasive and virtually pain free! She is the VERY BEST!!

I usually don’t like going to the dentist but they did a great job explaining the procedures and the treatment plans to me and made my feel very comfortable. I recommend this place 100%.

I like coming to this dental office for all my dental concerns. Everyone is so nice and respectful especially Dr Thompson, Dr Rapp, Akeem, Amy & Flor at the reception desk. Dr Thompson and Dr Rapp were able to relieve me from the dental pains that I’ve been having for more than 2 years. They are very considerate in making sure that their patients are comfortable during the procedures. They both listens to all my dental concerns and shows great compassion to their patients. I will highly recommend them to family and friends!

No cavities, X-rays revealed no problems, cleaning was excellent, staff was friendly and pleasant.

DR. Bowling and his assistant (Jessie) did an awesome extraction of the number one molar. My children have been coming here since their first dental appointment(5 years). My son Naaell had his appointment today with Shelly. She was amazing! Her personality was welcoming, bubbly and caring. She has great distraction skills that worked pretty great for my 2 year old son lol. It’s a oral surgeon office/Dentistry and I came there in pain with a appointment and got referred to some other place that had a six week scheduled time. So I went to a same day dental to get both bottom sunken wisdom teeth removed and had better service there in one day then what I was shown. At this place who supposedly did oral surgery.

Kelly is exceptional. She listens & learns about you. She’s patient & compassionate. I can’t tell you how important those traits are to me. I am confident in the skills she taught me on my new insulin pump. Thank you, Kelly!

The front desk lady was SUPER nice and helpful! I really liked the new doctor, Dr. Holland, I believe is his name. Super nice and straight forward with suggestions about my daughter having to get braces. I’m looking forward to working with him over the period of time it takes for the braces to be put on, cleanings, the spacer she needs prior to getting the braces, etc.

Always a great experience at west 10th dental. Andrea was my hygienist and she was very detailed and courteous. I wish i could reserve her for every visit.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so nice and cheerful. The building is properly cleaned. They always check with me before they do anything extra so I know if I have to pay out of pocket. My kids are very comfortable with anyone that works on them and they are always very informative of anything they may find.

I havent had the best experience with dentists or dental visits in the past. Disrespect, pain, and a lack of general care/knowledge put me in a lot of discomfort, more than once. As a result, I avoided going to the dentist until my teeth began to hurt so badly that I couldnt avoid it any longer.I chose West 10th Dental because they had great reviews, and I needed help. On the day of my appointment, I went in on the verge of tears because I was so nervous. The building and the décor could use some updating, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly (not in an overwhelming way, but in a genuine way).The dentist answered all of my questions and treated me with kindness and respect. She listened to my concerns and explained everything carefully, and in the end, it turns out that the pain wasnt a cracked tooth or several cavities, as I feared, but a long-term sinus infection and a problematic filling from a previous dentist that was causing me to bite down wrong. She fixed the problem with the latter and I noticed a difference immediately. The pain was gone within a day.I was so comfortable after talking to her and her assistant that I decided to schedule a cleaning. They had a cancellation and got me in the next day; the second visit was just as pleasant as the first. I made an appointment for my spouse right after, and Im happy to say that Ive found a dentist and a dental place that I am confident in.

West 10th dental offers exceptional care from the moment you enter the offices. Everyone does a great job. The dentist are fantastic. Each and every time I have been there, I’m treated as if I’m their only patient. Five stars for a five star office.

Sue, my hygienist, was also covering for the assistant that hadnt made it in thst morning, but she was friendly and professional. She didnt allow any stress to show, and it didnt affect my patient care.

Excellent experience. The waiting area had a kid friendly spot so I could fill out paperwork and my kid be entertained a bit. The staff was friendly and made a bond with my kid to the point my kiddo was smiling and felt comfortable giving a hug, it was the sweetest. Even during the procedure they were quick and efficient and still tried to make my kid as comfortable as possible while making sure I was okay too. I love this place and will continue to come here for the dental check ups.

I had the best dentist and hygienist in Orlando for 20 years. I moved to Indy 3 years ago. I never thought I would find the same professionalism, care and concern from another dental practice. West 10th Dental is great. The hygienists are wonderful, very easy going and thorough. My hygienist gave me great tips on tarter build-up prevention. I get a different dentist every time, and all of them are great.

My visit was fulfilling, I received exactly what I needed I can truly say, “I thank God for my sister (Judy Chappel) who referred me to your office..The Dentist and the entire staff was great !

Doctor Timothy Treat, who looks like Michael Carbonero, is awesome. He fixed my tooth issue and I feel so much better.

The best thing about this office is that they are always on time and can get appointments scheduled when you need them. Also the dentist never gives unnecessary procedures like some other dentists.

I had booked an appointment via phone as a new patient needing my regular cleaning, and showed up the morning of my appointment and they had all my information but no appointment was ever booked. They were unable to get me in, so it was a waste of time / a morning. I was told Id get a call to try to work an establishment and cleaning appointment in one due to the inconvenience... Never received a call. So I called.. When I went to reschedule, they said it would still be a patient establishment appointment and a cleaning would be two months away... Absolutely not. I told them to cancel everything. I felt like I was treated like cattle and just another patient at the office and over the phone. Not a personal environment in my opinion. Went to Detail Dental instead and it was amazing! 100x better.. I highly suggest Detail Dental instead.

Office was nice, clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and practiced covid precautions. Pricing is okay. I feel with the way our struggling economy is trying to re-establish itself that cost of services should be a bit lower for customers to afford services. Seem prices have went up which is opposite. Otherwise my visit was fantastic!

Asked for injection numbing because I cant stand feeling my gums stabbed. Ive had this phobia my whole life. Was told that would be no problem. Then when Im in the chair the hygienist tells me shes not doing that because its unnecessary. I suffered and flinched constantly from gum stabbings the whole cleaning. Blood, misery, lovely.Maybe just give the numbing your patient requests and pays for.

Always a great experience. Each staff member I have encountered, from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists, and dentists, has been so kind, efficient, and thorough. I hadnt been to a dentist in many years prior to coming here, and they made it a positive experience.

Went in for dental cleaning. Saw new to me hygienist and new to me dentist. Both professional. Was initially sent away because they said they didn’t accept my insurance but when I explained my sister just had her teeth cleaned with the exact same insurance, they brought me back.Asked about my tooth implant that has been at the lab this time for 6 weeks. ( they were supposed to call me when it arrived) it was there! This is the 3rd time it’s been at the lab. Started making the tooth early April and still not done. Hopefully today it will fit correctly.

Always a great experience when I come here for my dental needs and check ups. Staff is always friendly. Explains what they will be doing and how the procedure will go. Lets me know of any issues or concerns they see. My family have been coming to West 10th Dental Group for over 8 years. Even my kids enjoy going to the dentist, because of great care they always receive.

Unfortunately I’ve developed sensitivity after two cavity fillings. They took X-rays to discover that I have tall nerve endings resulting in sensitivity. I do wish that on my pre-filling X-rays that they would have discussed with me that my tall dental nerves could have higher chances of resulting in sensitivity prior to just doing the fillings, but at least they didn’t charge me for the follow up visit and X-rays.

It is typically such a great experience. Quick. No wait. I’m not sure if it is just me getting older, but this past time, my hygienist seemed a bit aggressive. Still a great clean, but a little sore afterwards. Luckily, the hygienist told me that he only works here and there when West 10th needs help. So, hopefully I won’t have him again.

Sadly we have decided to find a new dentist. Ive gone to Dr. Bartas practice for 30 years but its turned into big business now and the service has rapidly declined over the last year. Showing up for appointments and being told the hygienist is not there. Showing up for an appt and being told day of that the oral surgeon quit. Showing up for appts and being told they tried to call when I can see that they did not. Being left sitting in the waiting room for an hour because the front desk person never actually checked me in. Always being put with a different hygienist and dentist every visit. There is no personalization here. How can I trust my dental needs to them when I see a different person every single time? Its really a shame.

I always have a great time when i go to this office. Everyone from the dental assistants, dentists and appointment setters are amazingly friendly and helpful. They suggest things that benefit ME, not just the company. They give it to me straight and reak down all of my options. I appreciate that.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and impossible to work with. The most unprofessional one claims to be the manager which explains why everyone else has no idea what they are doing either. They are so picky about which insurance they take but then struggle to get insurance verified. I came to get my wisdom teeth removed and it has been a nightmare working with the office staff. I have spent a total time of 4-5 hours dealing with insurance verification because no one has any idea what they are talking about and don’t even pick up the phone to call insurance company to find out what’s going on. When I asked to escalate I was told it was not necessary and that I’m the problem not them. I’ve also been told several times by this “manager” that I’m going to be stuck with the bill. However when I contacted my insurance company on my own they say otherwise. It’s extremely frustrating to be told these things especially when it’s untrue. I’m told by one person that the appointment is covered just to be told that I’m stuck with the bill by the so called manager. Then to be told by someone else that I just need to call my insurance company and it will be resolved and promised a phone call back. Here we are two days later and still not resolved and declined escalation of the issue and still being told that I’m stuck with a bill that I should not be. I wouldn’t dare pay any money to a place that told me everything I came in and told them! That’s what my insurance is for!!! I will pay my part for actual procedure but they won’t even schedule me without the verification of my insurance which is THEIR JOB NOT MINE!!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Very nice people and understanding if you don’t have all your paperwork. But heads up there’s a lot of paperwork to fill out. So probably better to be prepared but other than that a very nice place to bring the kids for check ups.

Once I got called back by Toni I immediately felt at ease! Dr. Ashley was phenomenal!! She was gentle and made me feel comfortable. I was concerned at check in ... not the friendliest but Toni and Dr. Ashley made up for it!! Thanks West 10th Dental!

Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be great but I think they have too many patients now and dont know how to handle the load. Ive been trying to get my yearly cleaning for over 2 months. First appointment I was left waiting past 30 minutes for my appointment and had to end up leaving because I had another appointment. No apology just you will need to reschedule. I did reschedule and was called the morning of to say there was no hygienist to do my cleaning. I rescheduled again for 3 weeks later. Got a call again today with the same thing.No hygienist to do my cleaning. When I voiced a concern Shay said well we cant just pull somebody off the street to do your cleaning. I said I would hope not. I said maybe I should find another place for me and my family. She said Okay! Well I guess that how you treat a patient that has been coming to your establishment for over 10 years. Good luck west 10th dental. Shay is killing your business. Shay(may be the manager if the clinic) is very rude and nasty. My family and I will be finding a new dentist.

This experience was much better than the previous one with dr rapp. If I need any endo work in the future I will go to Avon Endodontics. Dr Treet and Bowling were very kind and I will only be back to see them.

My kids love this dentist office we have had horrible experiences in the past due to unprofessionalism at other practices however West 10 street dental group is awesome with my children they even bragged to each other about their personal experiences 4,6 and 7 and now they love the dentist thanks again for your care and quality will definitely recommend

Very disappointed with the services of this visit.1. An appointment cancellation message was left at my work instead of my primary phone number where I receive multiple texts & emails about upcoming appointments. I arrived to my original appointment only to find out it had been cancelled and I needed to reschedule. I will get the cancellation message left at my work next week when I am back at work.2. I arrived for my rescheduled appointment and waited 30 minutes for the hygienist to begin cleaning. She cleaned for no more than 10 minutes. Then I continued to wait an additional 30 minutes for the dentist to the exam. In total, I spent 60 minutes waiting with only 10 minutes of dental procedure.

The inexperience of the tech that took an x-ray was obvious. Her lack of technique, empathy, and need to utilize an aiming device caused great discomfort. Hygentist was efficient and professional.

I believe this dental office is the most unorganized dental office I have ever been to there is one lady at the checkout that is very rude each time we come to this office. We never know exactly what we’re getting until it’s time for a procedure.

Very Friendly and compassionate. Thry couldnt help. I cant seem to find help without putting up about 10k in cash up-front my problem is desease related and causing problems physically what teeth I have are rotten and broke only teeth left are 8 on bottom and Im loosing bone causing problems with upper bone with my upper denture. I was advised on treatment plan but they could not help due to insurances neglect to care for patients. 3rd time 3rd place wanting money upfront which living on Disability I cant come up with cash like other places could not advise me on where to get help. Otherwise they were great Im sure they do great dental work! Whish someone could point me in the right path to get this taken care of before infections set in. ;(

Great experience from check-in to teeth cleaning to crown repair to check out ( and I really don’t like coming to the dentist).Dorteza was the dental assistant who took my history and X-rays. She was great.Shaylynn, the hygienist, was very gentle and yet thorough. Easiest cleaning ever.Dr Barta was great as always - so knowledgeable and calm. Had my crown issue fixed in no time.I drive 45 minutes just to come to this practice and have for 30 years!! Well worth the drive.

Typically, I can get an appointment relatively quick, when I arrive I never have to wait long, they are always thorough and my experience is positive! If they are able to hit all of those targets then they deserve 5 stars!

If you are looking for a place to do a cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not sure why pictures (not xray) is needed before cleaning teeth, was not comfortable with the amount of information collected in the form of photos and xrays before even talking about cleaning teeth. It’s just way too much to do something basic. Nothing was done, no cleaning just a “plan” to clean. Not coming back for more pictures and “planning” to clean.

My husband and I were able to join the in-house insurance plan from West 10th dental prior to our appointments. So excited to have a plan now after my husbands retirement. We are able to get back to our regular cleanings. Love West 10th Dental!

OMGS, I’ve been going to West 10th Dental Group and let me tell you. It’s always been a good experience. This last time, IT WAS A GREAT ONE!!! Idk if she was new or experienced, but my hygienist explained!!!!! She actually explained what she was going to do and why she was checking everything and what it all meant. Mind you it didn’t take any longer than normal because she explained it as she went. I give my last experience a definite 5 Star. I don’t remember the hygienists name, I do remember that her necklace said Shaqueta. Two thumbs way up for you Mam!!!!! Great work!!!!!

A few years ago I had to search for a new dentist because my insurance changed. That bummed me out because it takes a lot for me to put trust into a dentist. I did a little research and decided to give West 10th Dental Group and try and they are minutes away from where I live. Since the first visit Ive been a patient of theirs. Everyone is super nice, from the check in to the check out and all in-between. I even referred my adult children to them when they needed to make a change. Im happy with West 10th Dental Group and hopefully wont have to make another change again.

I couldnt have asked for a nicer group of people. They were all very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. And Dr Rapp was very patient and knowledgeable.

I contacted this office last Thursday. It was my third attempt. I reached a human being who was able to respond. The appointment was sat for last Saturday. The procedure was simple and uneventful - reattached a loose crown. I was instructed not to chew on anything for at least an hour. So far so good

Good service with a bunch of dentists and hygienist available at almost any given day and time, you can even choose your preferred provider onlineand make your appointment online. But every time you visit is like starting from zero again, lots of forms to fill, lots of questions to answer, X-rays taken every time no matter if you were there yesterday, they will push for a follow up appointment whether you need it or not and theres no way to cancel that appointment, and if you manage to cancel it or decide just to not show up they will charge you anyways. So I have mixed feelings looks that besides a good service they prioritize revenue by all means, for example your insurance quotes always fall short and you will always get a bill afterwards.

The staff is wonderful very helpful and has made my visits very comfortable.
