I have recently been looking for a new dentist and saw that Renew Dental Arts was a a quick drive from my home. I had to get an emergency appointment, since I was having some tooth pain. I ended up needing a root canal. The horror stories I hear about root canals make it seem like it is the worst pain you can feel. Dr. Miller and Autumn were very accommodating before, during, and after the procedure. Making sure that I knew what was going on and what to expect. I was given a root canal and crown all in one appointment. Let me tell ya, it was painless. I am very happy with my experience here and would recommend to all looking for a dentist!

Dr. Miller and his staff are wonderful. Either they keep great notes on their patients or they have really good memories and always remember what we talked about at my last appointment. Either way, it makes me feel that they really care about their patients. More importantly, the dental care they provide is top notch and they always address my concerns thoroughly. I just moved further away from their office, but I will continue to make the drive because it’s worth it.

Took my children, who had a not-great experience at another (specifically pediatric) dentist. The staff and Dr. Miller were great. They took time to listen to both me and my children. They took time to explain to both me and my children. We are switching to Renew for the kids. I really like my current dentist but Renew is closer to home so Im considering a switch. Today was my first visit with Dr. Miller. I was warmly welcomed by his staff and immediately given a tour of the office and seated in a treatment room. Autumn discussed the visit process with me, presented me with a small gift from the office, and then made sure I was ready to meet Dr. Miller.Dr. Miller took time to understand what my expectations were related to this visit and then made sure I was the total focus of his attention until all my questions had been addressed. He exceeded my expectations related giving details about the entire treatment plan (which covers at least the next 6 months). He included me in the decisions that had to be made.The cost of the total process was explained to me in enough detail for me to understand what payments were expected and when they would be due. Options that they had available to me either finance or pay over time were explained. Scheduling of the next step in the treatment plan was very easy and timely.I cannot be more pleased with today’s process and the plan to address my current and future dental care.

They took time to walk me around and show me the building, and talked about their achievements and the state of the art technology, the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful. Renew is an example of a doctor and team really caring about the customer experience.I went in for my first appointment today. I walked in and immediately noticed a sign saying Welcome Kyle. I was given a tour of the office, they gave me a gift bag, and they were genuinely welcoming.This office does everything to put you at ease and recognizes that going to the dentist is one of the least favorite things people have to do. I literally watched Netflix in a cozy blanket while I had my teeth cleaned (the most gentle cleaning Ive had).I didnt even know going to the dentist could be this good!

From the moment I entered to the moment I left, the people here were kind and gentle both in their interaction with me as a person and during my treatment. It has changed from my previous visit, but they are always listening and want to do things right.

Ive been going to Renew Dental Arts for close to two years now and it is by far the best dental facility Ive been to! The office and staff are amazing and so kind. From offering amazing services, listening to/addressing my needs, and even just a simple compliment on my outfit (seriously, they are that sweet!).I recently went through their 6-step night mouthguard process and it has been nothing but informative and HELPFUL.Not only do they do a great job with the 6-month cleanings, but the nightguard has improved the integrity of my teeth, the sleep I get at night, and reduced pain in my teeth/jaw. Its so worth it if you have issues clenching/grinding at night to go through their 6-step process for a mouthguard. Not gonna lie, though the last step for my mouthguard fitting also brought lots of giggles to my friends and family (photo provided)). THANK YOU to the entire Renew Dental Arts team :)

Dr. Miller and his team are hands down the best there is in the Indianapolis dental market. The first day I arrived in their office they made me feel like I was at home. I have extensive dental issues due to years of grinding my teeth. Dr. Miller and his team did an extensive examination and put together a plan of action. They even took into consideration my dental insurance so we could use it to my full advantage. I have had several procedures done at Renew Dental over the past year and every experience has been outstanding. Very friendly staff gave a tour of their facility and explained the state of the art equipment they have. Dr. Miller was friendly, professional, thorough, explained all the care he provided and what he was doing, and gave tidbits of helpful dental care advice as he worked (what to avoid to minimize teeth staining, toothbrush recommendations, care of infants gums, etc.).Today, our hygienist Madison did a fantastic job with my 1.5 and 3 year old boys. I was very grateful for how patient and understanding she was. My kids have been going to Dr. Miller for a few years, he and the hygienist they see, Madison, have been fantastic with them. They have blankets to make them comfy and they have headphones and TVs on the ceiling to watch Netflix during a cleaning. Its been a no stress fantastic experience.I also just switched to Dr. Miller. He and Madison are very thorough and they explained exactly what they were doing and why and any technical terms I wouldnt have known. They were also great in offering more ways than just brushing and flossing to increase oral health. Very happy I switched and the location is so convenient.

I first came to Renew in March right before COVID hit based on a recommendation from my daughter. I was impressed with everyones skill and attention to detail. COVID hit and I had to wait to come back in until June and then last week. I was very pleased with the procedures they have in place for COVID and feel totally safe. I have been very impressed with Madison, Dr. Miller and the rest of the staff and would strongly recommend Renew Dental. Their technical skills are top notch but also their people skills!

Where to begin?! My children love going to the dentist now...so thats a miracle. The office is beautiful and Dr. Miller is thorough and careful in his work. He is always looking for ways to improve the experience. The whole staff is friendly and helps you feel safe and at home. There is also no dental shaming done at Renew for those of us who arent always consistent with our dental hygiene. They may give suggestions for improvement but always gently and without an edge of belittling. So thankful to have such a great dentist team to care for me and my family!

Best dentists office Ive ever been to. Everyone in the office is a joy to be around. They are knowledgeable and go through what they are doing with you to make sure you understand. They update you on how its going and how long each step will take. I also love that they have Netflix above each chair, it makes the time fly when you have to get longer procedures done. Loved my experience at Renew Dental Arts and Dr. Christopher Miller and caring staff. The sincere friendliness and attention to detail as well as the latest equipment were very impressive. I have had two routine cleanings so far. I also had two crowns replaced on the same day without having to get temporaries first and then return for the actual crown.
