They once told me I too rich to be poor, but they helped me to get back on track with my life as far as employment, health, education. I graduated from The Excel Center West July 29, 2020 and Starting a job at Allison Transmission February 15, 2021. Thank you for putting me on the right path to success.

Started off nice.... But after placed in an mold infested, and patched up apartment I felt neglected and also felt that they were more worried about the SLUMLORD than my health and well-being.... There were a couple of caring people there.... But they could only do so much without having to answer to their supervisor.

I would have given this organization a negative -12 on a scale from 1-11.I cant believe they CLAIM to help the homeless. WHAT A JOKE.I wouldnt fund this organization with dog food.

I was at my lowest time at my life. I need to vent and shed tears. But volunteers let me know and remind me that i am stronger then i think i am. And keep faith. Those words kept me pushing forward. And putting things back on track. So i wanted to say thank you for the words and kindness.

These folks got me in touch with people that could help in a rough period of my life. They treated my situation with respect and care and my life would be for the worse if not for them.

Excellent place to go for help with housing but will generally need to go to a shelter for 2-4 weeks. Veterans may not have to wait as long

Great program. Works if you work it type place for sure. Resources available for those who ask. I enjoy the services I receive here.

They are horrible people I cant believe people are able to treat people like this because they are homeless they all are very rude and will lie to you I been with this program since the beginning of last year and still havent received any help Breanne I was told they did not have any funding to help me with a place hint they did had it before from there I was suppose to get rapid rehousing I been told they did not have enough funding from Breanne and Kate the director to later find out William the housing specially have been stilling money from the company..... now Breanne is claiming they do not have any money what so ever as far as being able to help with rent and them things its one for all and all for one with them and im just trying to get help with finding housing...its not my felt that William was stealing money from millions of people and I believe money is still being solely Breanne told me she does not know where the other money went it wouldnt surprise me if she was stealing it to this place need to be ran bye diffident people other then Kate she will never get back with you and when I asked her these questions she binned me why is this lady still being able to ran a company she is low down! and is heatless......mind you I have most of the events that happy conversation recorded its lies after lies after lies ...

After being told that our family was guaranteed placement in the rapid re-housing program, we spent MONTHS trying to get word one out of them about the status of our case. Finally, after weeks of silence with no call-backs and no one answering the phone, we were called and told that they didnt have funding and wouldnt be able to help us. We got nothing but the run around from the case managers, and our situation deteriorated dramatically as a result of their deception. Another homeless friend of ours (not the illiterate person from the previous review) had the same experience. Whoever is in charge of this agency should be ashamed of themselves.

The process is effective and they keep u notified on what they are doing for u.

When i went in they took me real fast and they are helping me as we talk

Friendly and helpful staff, Waiting list is too long. This agency needs for funding to help get the waiting list under control.

They dont always have funding. Either nobody cares about vets or you have civilains working there stealing money because they never seem to have enoungh.

Chris Williams, how can you call a person illiterate and youre in the same situation they are?! Maybe thats why youre suffering because youre too busy judging others, when will you people get it, you cant down others when youre down yourself.

Dont help no one you can get a hygiene bag from them
