It a homeless shelter for families try to get back on there feet. While stay there they offer class and help bring positive insight to the families that are stay there get a better change of not becoming homeless again. They are a church trying to help others out while at the same time sharing GODS LOVE and message ( The Good News)

Not a bad place if you kept to your self and only needed a place to lay with your kids for a few weeks until you get on your feet. But my last week or two we had a sting come and kept asking for dope. The last thing anyone should be thinking about when your on your last legg trying to get your stuff together for your family.

I volunteered here with my Girl Scout troop. We donated cookies and watched a movie with all the children. Everyone was kind and calm, and the children were very excited. While a bit messy, this place was very nice.

The caseworker, Sara there is bogus. Never trust her no further than you can spit. She lied and manipulated me the entire time I was there. I swear she must be CPS or ties too. She will constantly make you out to be a outfit parent as long as youre there. I noticed that only out of state people and families are only treated that way. Indiana entirely or Indianapolis isnt worth going through all of that for. There are far better places to live and work that offer a higher quality of life and friendlier people.

I pray I never have to be there, Ive had different family members stay there & Ive heard its jus like a work release facility. Its sad that the workers look down on the ppl that have to stay there. Its already sad that ppl have to be there, but nevertheless they are still ppl, just going through a rough period in their lives at that time. I send prayers to the families that have to be at that facility, but watch what God has planned for those in need.

A male camp staff was intimidating and bullying my 12 year old son to the point where he was crying. When I found out I removed my kids and asked for an apology. I was told by the shelter director Lori that my son needs no apology because the staff was not wrong for telling my son to “take a swing at him”. They tried to bully me by downing who my son is and his character, when would stand up for my son. I was threatened with the police and CPS when I wouldn’t “shut up” and accept the false accusation on my 12 year old. No child should have an adult in their face getting yelled at by an adult telling them to take a swing.

Recommend no one to come there unless you you need short term help because Sara Franklin is very snotty to people. You can ask can you talk to her and she get rude and tell you no. But why is you here just to see what you can do to put somebody in a worser situation. She not organized at all she brung up some old write up after she talk to us about a different write up then all of a sudden we have to leave the following day. She let the one that report to her like that’s their sergeant and gather info on people. What case worker you know that comes late at night to see if she can here anything but not come through the day time for the purposes she supposed to be here for. I seen one of the workers bring a relative and had all types of food and pampers this to donate to the one are currently living here. This is not the Walmart where you need grocery and pampers for your people. People suppose to come in to help you no shows. Instead helping people get their situation fixed Sara Franklin don’t care for real and I will be reporting this to the news because it’s sad that from the time you enter the place she made me uncomfortable. I’m really bout to be put out with my child about some stuff you didn’t even mention and left it alone and we was doing our chores. We were wrote because we didn’t tell the worker we was done when half of the time they never even at the desk wondering

They only house u for 30 days n they do not help with finding housing . Some of the staff are rude n sleep on the Job . They pick n choose who they want to help ..When the goal is to help all in need. And the after care needs help there no ways to see all clients in after care being one person ..But the facility was clean.
