After reading these reviews I can surmise this: corruption rampant, stolen/ missing money, ineptitude from employees and a little salt.. Good ol boys, favors in bars after work. I need not even leave my personal opinion.

Wont help and hang up on me. Local offices like Wabash Indiana wont uphold child support orders and the state wont make them. I guess kids dont matter to the state of Indiana.

I just want to say my son is 28 yrs old. Im owed now last I checked with accrued interest 106,000. He can pay for expungements. But not back child support. And the prosecutors allow this. Just remember the ones owed it does accumulate interest. They dont tell you. So Im curious does that go into there pockets. By the way my sons father works at 2 clubs downtown. The owner that pays him under the table. Hes been doing this since I filed in 1994. The owner was arrested for not paying taxes on his establishments in 2013. Child support and prosecutors have done nothing with that crook. I had 2 work 2 jobs to support my child for 15 yrs, then I became disabled in 07. And at 1 time my son worked for him also under the table. Once again they did nothing. Good luck everybody.

Cant get a hold of no one to talk to cause you guys had my driver license suspended for 25 years and now you tell me that you are going to do it again, idiots, you make no sense, take them I havent had them for 25 years no matter what I pay on my support, so there you go

So you call the number and guess what? It ends up telling you that all customer service representatives are assisting other callers and to call back later. Later comes, same thing. Good luck getting a hold of these people. This is one of the worse call numbers I have ever come across. You will not be able to get anything accomplished by calling this number.

I have called everyday for 3 weeks straight and each time, it says all operators are on other calls so call back later. 21 days, multiple times a day and same exact results! Absolutely none! Worthless line to call

Bad service giving me title to car I dont even own no more that was in the year 2000 and the car was paid of and sold to some one else and Im just getting the title to a car I dont even have anymore !

I honestly dont see a point in filing for Child Support. If the non custodial parent chooses not to pay there are no consequences. My childs father hasnt payed Child Support in two years and nothing has been done. And he is employed.

04/10/2020 There is a PANDEMIC going on, WHY cant my son get the funds Indiana intercepted from his fathers state refund in early February? We have waited for his support for over a year, school is out and Indiana thinks its a good idea to CONTINUE to hold my sons support. WHERE IS MY SONS CHILD SUPPORT? Isnt it enough that we have to deal with incompetent and rude CSRs? KIDS NEED THEIR SUPPORT!!!

This whole organization is just another way to soak the people paying child support for more money. Rude and incompetent employees, plus the annual service fee for absolutely nothing and then theres the convenience fees for paying online or over the phone. Again, just another way to make money. A complete waste of time and money. Reforms to this establishment along with a myriad of other government organizations is LONG overdue.

My child support has been paid and completed for over a year and they still put a lien on my vehicle

We need and deserve child support reform

Mother has been behind on payments for 15 years. She has been warned, still nothing is done. This time there hasnt been a payment in 9 months. I have called and called and got nothing. Im sure if situation was reversed Id be in hot water. At least I have custody of my son.

I called to ask a question and the lady who answered my call was very rude and she just sounded like she didnt want to help youbat all she was very short with me.

I know for a fact that they are holding money that is due to me!! Why take it quickly if you are going to take all year to add to my card! Not fair

The hardest people iv ever had to deal with. Been round and round on the phone for 3 months and still havnt recieved any of my child support.

Indiana Child Support Bureau is completely ridiculous. They have arearrages wrong. What my ex husband hasnt paid in ONE year is more than they are saying he is behind for 15 years.

These people lie and they dont answer the phones ever.

They have zero issues with taking a tax check to pay support owed, good...but holding it 6+ months? My son could have used it for school clothing, book fees, I could have bought groceries, paid medical bills...smh

Scam!! Another way to steal from fathers! the little we do have our kids! They take all your money so you cant feed your own kids, supply them with what they need with the little time you get them. Your linked up with the multi billion dollar family courts, CPS, etc. Scam!

Pathetic..... I was just informed they Hold payments, once they get them, for 2 days before they bother to issue them to families of SINGLE PARENTS NEEDING TO FEED THEIR CHILDREN.

Nothing no phone call no correspondence for two months called and case was showing closed still with intake. Very dissatisfied
