Breastfeeding specialist, Arielle, is supposed to help me with what I need, answer any questions I have, and help if I have trouble with the app, does not answer my messages. Instead leaves them read. She had told me I had benefits and every time I check, it says there’s none available. I keep trying to get a hold of her, but it’s like she doesn’t care or doesn’t want to help me because she does NOT respond! I don’t have issues with WIC, but they need better people. Or at least say something to her specifically.
I had a phone interview scheduled at 4:20pm. They called at 4:44 which isnt that bad. My problem is that they told me that I could come in and pick up my WIC card same day. I get there at 5:03pm. I was told to call the number on the door and they would come out and issue my card. I called 5 times and never got an answer. They didnt close until 6pm. Someone should be in there. Very unprofessional.
Rude staff! Very immature. I been hung up on after waiting 30 mins on hold. A joke.
I had a scheduled appointment for 3:00 pm. It is now 3:41 and I still haven’t been seen. Most of the staff are up front talking and laughing. My baby is screaming and crying and a girl that just came and checked in after me just got called back before me. This is frustrating because I’m supposed to be somewhere before 4:00 and now I won’t make it. They get you back faster on a walk in day
They were polite and quick.
