I’m thrilled our company switched its Ricoh and Canon copier services and maintenance over to VAF! The previous provider we used would take several days for them to show up and they usually didn’t have enough parts to fix the problem. VanAusdall is a locally owned company and we can definitely tell from their service! They have been quick and efficient.

Surprisingly pleased with Van Ausdall! I use them for Management of my Network Server and office equipment. Also, when I’m in a bind and they print my marketing material. I wanted use another company after the great customer service I receive from them.

Does a great job handling my network and even use them as a part time staff which is very affordable. Awesome customer service with my printers as well!

We are on auto-replenishment for toner for our office machines, but I still have to call them for toner when I run out. Not only does it take a couple days to receive more toner, but I am unable to print and my office work comes to a stand-still. We have had nothing but issues with them. I can’t wait to find a new company to do business with!

I have used this company for my IT, Staffing and phones. They have never disappointed me with service or response time in over 5yrs!

Apparently they hire drivers who are too dumb to realize that their cars are wrapped with all of the companys info. After getting cut off twice by literally the dumbest person on earth, i decided to take the advice off the vehicle and leave a Google+ review. Will never be using this company.

Called earlier today to ask about shipping and never recieved a call back. When I called again to ask about a shipping update I was told by the woman who answered that it would come when our ups driver gets there. Obviously, ALL packages are delivered when the driver reaches its destination. Apparently its TOO HARD for their customer service reps to lookup a tracking number for delivery notifications. All I wanted to do was get an update.

Very deceptive organization! We were told that our contract renewed automatically in June and in order to cancel we would need to cancel 30 days prior, which we did. When I called in June to verify that we had received our last invoice, I was then informed that the copier lease was a separate contract and that it would continue for an additional 2 years! Being new to our company, I had no idea and customer service didnt inform me. We are stuck with an outdated copier for two more years, but at least we dont have to pay for their silly maintenance contract any longer! What a racket!!! Dont do business with them! I certainly never will again!
