Drove here to get a new ink cartridge and turn in an old one. Depending on them honoring their listed hours. Showed up and there is a closed sign showing a return time of 12:30. Annoying and I wont be returning to this location after reading the other reviews of poor customer service and same issues with them not honoring their posted hours. Waste of my time.

Havent even gone here but after a 30 second call with someone there, I really wouldnt recommend it unless you want very rude staff.

I called expecting something like hello this is cartridge world how may I help you it’s hello I said is this cartridge world he goes yes this is my cell so I’m like whatever I ask if he has a particular ink in stock he says again this is my cell I’m out in my car right now we are closing here soon I don’t know what that had to do with my question but where was the customer service I wouldn’t have known if I was calling your cell phone if you didn’t repeat it a thousand times like ugh I was so irritated I had to tell somebody .

Very rude- works with multiple mortgage companys for finger prints- we were a burden that they had to even deal with us on multiple occasions. drive to fishers .

I asked for what I needed (an old style); he found it in seconds. I paid and was out the door in probably 2 minutes tops. Great price too.

This place is REGALARLY closed during their normal business hours. Dont waste your time driving there, hoping they go out of business. Clearly, serving their customers isnt a priority.

Not the best customer service. Gave me the wrong printer cartridge not much of an apology. It seemed liked I was a burden to them.
