THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR. Reserved a party a couple weeks ago for July 31. Paid a deposit for my time slot under the assumption I would lose the slot if I did not pay it after the owner texted me informing me someone else wanted that same time. No problem. We arrive at the venue only to find another lady setting up a party for the same time who had actually reserved the entire place even though we paid a deposit to have at least 3 tables. The owner decides to ignore my calls and finally answers for his employee (WHO WAS HIGH) to only say we can just have that lady leave and have the place for a discount or share. That’s not fair to her or us. Half of the bouncers were broken, the nerf area was down and all of the games were broken as well. Also it was all of 90 degrees inside there as well. We left and had a much better experience at great times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. If you want to do something nice for your children AVOID THIS PLACE, Goto one of the other places around town because this isn’t it. I wanted to spend my money in my own neighborhood, but this experience shows me NOT to.

My Granddaughters birthday party yesterday! The kids had a GREAT TIME!

My daughter loves bouncy town. It’s like a hidden gem in the mall. I wish I knew about it sooner. Great prices and such a good time. The staff was very nice and she did not want to leave. We will be coming back!

Since bouncy town has been under new management the experience that me and my children have is much better than previous times we’ve been. The employees are much nicer and they now have full control over what the children are doing and making sure that everyone is playing safe and no one gets hurt they also have more to offer than before which is a great thing for my older children that don’t play on bouncy. I would definitely recommend this store now that I have had a better experience than beforeThanks guys keep up the good work

I had a party there not to long ago. Worse place ever! The party area was dirty, full trash cans old plates and napkins all over the floors. The arcade games took our money which was never refunded. Not worth it at all. There was also puke in one of the bounce houses.

They could use a better sound system where its not in your ears but kids seemed to like it. Very affordable

Wasnt crowded and employees were nice but there were a few sketchy dark areas that need more lighting. The bounce houses themselves looked clean but there were extension cords, boxes piled in corners and the layout of the bounce houses didnt really make sense. we had lots of fun though!!!

It was cool but needed more stuff to do like more arcade games but other then that fun for parties

Terrible management and let’s kids run the place. Owner unprofessional. No air conditioning and it smells in there. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. Worse experience ever!!!!!!

Probably not the best place for your kids when I was there they were playing gangster rap over the speakers the was several young childrens birthday parties going on at the time.

Save your money. A kid place that blares explicit rap music the whole time, half the lights are off, and the equipment looks like its never been cleaned. It is east Washington though...
